Question about if Addon order matters

Otzdarva's youtube vid stated addons take place in the order you equip them. So for the map addon, if you were going to use Map Addendum (adds 5 sec) and Retardant Jelly (slows burn rate of map) and want to get the most out of them, you'd want to put the MA in the 1st addon slot, then the RJ in the 2nd.

Wondering if this is still true. If so does this apply for something like the Toolbox addon Wire Spool (add 12 charges) and Socket Swivel (increase repair speed)??

    As far as I know it only matters for addons that effect the consumption rate. Things like the jelly and low amp filament. It shouldn't matter for your toolbox example.
