But now I can safely say this is the worst map ever on dead by daylight the absolute worst design possible. A Red Forest times two sized map with god pallets next to gens for easy escapes or pallets so unsafe they can make Hawkins blush. full disclosure, I am not the best, but I like to think I'm at least pretty competent at the game. I don't see BMing very often, but when I do it seems to always be in red ranks and purple ranks. I played ~15 Blight matches with MMR on and had a blast. Every game felt like a real challenge, and I frequently got 2Ks rather than the constant 4Ks I got before. I actually felt challenged and engaged. Then I played a Pig match, when I hadn't played Pig in months. See nobody likes camping or tunneling, and killers are also not a fan of hooking someone during the EGC and then just camping them because...what else are you going to do? Often when a match goes poorly a killer will just resort to camping and tunneling because "one kill is better then nothing". Well this was mine, It was towards the end of the Silent Hill release and a week before the 4th year anniversary event. I was like, "What am I getting my self into?! Does anyone else experience constant disconnection problems? The game just constantly disconnects me in the middle of my games which is why my disconnect penalty keeps getting longer and longer. Can someone tell me why the sbmm being invisible is a good idea, I can't think of any reason other then I guess toxicity but even then who tf cares what score you have, all it being invisible does is to hide how mismatched the new matchmaking will be. So, we know Behavior is pumping out new lighting, new textures, new model overhauls for existing maps. They're also doing this for some killers. Some of these are good, more of them are bad, for instance, while I hate the Gideon rework (mostly because the pallets), I really enjoy the Crotus Penn one on the otherhand. Trapper looks good too. The thing is everyone is fooled into thinking their playing DBD's version of Nemesis while in fact they really aren't... They are playing generic DBD killer number 600 with zombies. Silent Bell isn't the problem because 'Bone Clapper' (can't discern the Bell's distance or direction) addon is a perfectly suitable substitution. The Aura Read of survivors while cloaked for 12 meters is just a bit too much IMO. I think it should be outright removed or at the very least nerfed to 8 meters instead. After lagging out of my first few games until i had a 1 hour ban, I bought new connection stuff that helps make it a consistent ping and i stop dc'ing. You know whats fun? Steam, something completely out of my control, shuts down 4 times after the fact while im playing which pushes me into being put into a 48 hour ban. I don't see how its my fault?
