In another thread, I mentioned that I wouldn’t be surprised if he had traps, and maybe traps on chests. I only have a very basic knowledge of the series, but it’s all about pain and suffering and how exquisite it all is to the Cenobites. So, lots of status effects make sense to me. Maybe a Pyramid Head-style cage.
He probably has base kit a hook and reel like Slinger, but can perk into a trap on things instead of a reel.
So just pyramid head with slight differences?
Depends on what license they got -- the one for the OG Pinhead or the Hell Priest we get in the Scarlet Gospels.

Unfortunately, it’s kind of hard to say since the cenobites aren’t exactly combatants. They definitely do damage, and seriously ######### people up, but at least in the first movie, they weren’t exactly hunting people down like Freddie or Michael Myers. It was more about what awful people brought on themselves (to the extreme).
There's almost no hype going for him though. It's mostly just people upset about missing out on Springtrap, which is understandable. Power is going to be boring, no innate potential=just put some variation of ranged crap in dbd devs mind(ph, nemesis). Hopefully they're not starting a trend of adding miltiple third-rate horror "icons" in a row and do some fun original killers in between to offer some meaningful mechanics exploration and learning, like Blight, becouse this game is really starting to feel stagnating in terms of gameplay.
He can summon chains from anywhere and control them. Can cause hallucinations or teleport to an area. He leads the Cenobites so can call in the others to come join him to torture someone. He probably will have powers that are similar to killers already in the game.

His powers are basically all he has going for him though. That is the exciting part. I get people don't like ranged killers, but it should be cool, at least. There is definitely a world where a ranged killer could have meaningful mechanics that require exploration and learning. We shall see, I suppose.
My bet: He will be kinda like Kel'thuzad

Well let's see here, it's been pretty much confirmed Pinhead for 2 days now. Just went to reddit, and what do you know - it's all Springtrap. Only found one thread showing appreciation of pinhead being added, it has an astonishing number of 100 likes. Your topic is the only hellraiser discussion trying to happen, "Hellraiser fans" appeared recently and it's already drowning. Facts are facts, your beloved bald guy is not even close to the level of actual icons, like Jason or Myers, and at this point in history people care a thousand times more about a goddamn Springtrap than him. I can't think of anything that isn't too close to something we already have, we have Deathslinger who shoots/reels you in with a chain, Pyramid Head who 'torments' you and captures you in a cage, Pig who puts something deadly on you that you need to remove, as well as numerous killers that inflict physical/mental status effects and have both short and long ranged attacks
I hope it's not gonna be like Ghostface where it's a killer we already have but slightly different, or 2 killers put together with some parts removed. They are going to have to pull a rabbit out of their ass if they want to have a unique power. Here's to hoping the hints aren't actually pointing toward him and it's just a diversion tactic, otherwise we will have another Ghostface situation

He’s gonna sneak around the map like Pig, have hags teleport, and throw pebbles at survivors.
I'm just worried there skins are gonna be basic asf, especially with other countries laws, the major bdsm fetish style they have won't work well .
