So, I am a new player of DBD and bought the game for my sister, only been on a bit over 2 weeks-ish.... Well, I am rank 11 and my sister is rank 8. We play to have fun, not focus on rankings... Have any of your threads resulted in a change being made in-game? I posted about the Ashy Slashy puppet being busted months ago and it was acknowledged, but never fixed. The game has been crashing left and right lately. This is getting out of hand. I am so tired of finally getting on the verge of getting some kills only to have the game server crash just as I am throwing a Feng on the hook. And then to get hit with the penalty because of the buggy game is getting very frustrating. It's so annoying, i'm tired especially of Blight. Yeah i get it, he's good and you need good killers in red ranks, but a little more variety would be nice. Everyone is playing him with at least green add ons plus Ruin/ Undying/ Tinkerer/ Pop (not in this exact combination but at least 2 of these perks everytime), which makes most games a sweatfest. How can you identify SKILL in dbd?? In my point of view, this is not only about the 4k or 4 escapes, being too much subjective. Other point is that, this game is impossible to play just to "chill" because if ur not sweating, the survs that are obliterate you. Maybe it's a dumb question, but once the Stranger Things chapter disappears on November 17th, will the Demogorgon keep being fixed if some bugs happen to him later down the line? You know, maybe if some bugs return (like the unopened portals being able to be heard by survivors one, for example), or new bugs happen, will they still be addressed in later updates? Her power is literally so easy to learn and use, and she can ignore pallets and vaults and such and just hit you anyways, theres no downside to her power, atleast nurse has fatigue, what does she have,you drop a pallet and then she hits you anyways because of "Dedicated servers". I play mostly solo survivor lately on Xbox no crossplay. I never get any 2 players playing together and get crap for teams, but then when I play an even lower killer rank I get red ranks swf4 almost every match. It's so bad that I just camp every kill as the killer, which used to be my main and I used to do well, but I just couldn't care less. The last 12 matches I've played of survivor have been nothing but Demogorgon aside from a Huntress at the start. You have a couple MONTHS before Stranger Things is taken away. Not a couple days, not a couple weeks, MONTHS. I understand spamming the map (as annoying as it is), but at least that's actually being removed from the game, unlike Demo who if you have him, you get to keep him. On Victor, it's supposed to prevent survivors from leaving with him on. As soon as they get hit, they can leave. On Pinhead, it's supposed to prevent chained survivors from leaving. As soon as they get hit, they can leave. The Incapacitated status has this random side effect of preventing afflicted survivors from leaving that doesn't actually work. It's going to be a pretty quick question. I know modding in DBD was giving advantage to people, so i see why it was fixed, but cosmetic glitch didn't give any sort of advantage so why was it fixed ? I think it should be re-added to the game or at least removing sets because it's removing so much outfit possibilites. Thanks for reinstating the DC penalty. I just had 2 rounds in which survivors were working with the killer preventing me from dying or completing gens so I was unable to exit the game. The perk allows you to camp, eliminating the first person from the game ASAP. Deadlock will prevent the gens from flying as you're doing this. Once the first person is dead, I'd be surprised if less than 3 gens remain, especially because most tourney players run corrupt. Are you also advocating for tinkerer to be changed, as there is no way to avoid it being activated? Compared to other information perks such as BBQ, discordance, etc there is no workaround, and thus zero counterplay. Just had a game as the Doctor where I looped one survivor for god know how long around a single pallet. I shocked and he vaulted, I shocked and he vaulted. How is it even possible? He didn't have Calm Spirit, he was screaming and yet vaulting the pallet while screaming. Did they nerf the Doctor and now his shock doesn't do anything? Escaping should be a challenge and rewarding. The killers should be stronger and scary and you should have to be carful how you play as a survivor to avoid and escape. You shouldn’t have time or the confidence to troll the killer. I’m convinced this is why killers are being tryhards, tunneling and camping so much. There’s been a dynamic shift. It appears there is some serious bias inside the dev team regarding killer vs survivor perks. The norm for survivor perks is to either have an activation condition, an effect that's not terribly bad or good and a penalty for using the perk or just an effect that's bad so no one even uses the perk. What's with Blight's rush collision on some of the maps? On Coldwind, there's legit a part of the shack i can't collide with. Ormond is one of the worst maps for blight too. I started to rush and ended up getting momentarily stuck, which cost me that chase. It sucks because Blight is one of the best killers in my opinion and it's annoying when using his power costs me a chase or even the match.12 comments 231 views last activity
