Wraith's post-cloak sprint burst tied with cloaked movement speed?

TGB

i.e. If I'm running addons to increase his cloaked movement speed, does this also apply to the short burst of speed he has once he uncloaks?

Or is that speed burst completely static, and cannot change?

Inspire

No it does not apply.

Steel_Eyed

Static and stacks with the lunge speed.

Thanks for the answers!
