First controller, Xbox One: Right Bumper for sitting on a gen. Needed to remap the controlls to Right Trigger as the Right Bumper didnt worked all the time anymore, which caused many failed skillchecks. So now i do all actions with Right Trigger and it's fine (exept vs. Pinhead chains). Survivors have had issues with uncleanable totem spots for years now, and they get fixed very very slowly, bhvr just decided to delete the collision around boons so killers never have to worry about that until they're fixed. fwiw, I'm glad they've done this, but the same should have been done when there were many uncleansable totems as well.66 comments 1,621 views last activity

There should be a tutorial for the killer, as it's pretty messed up. You no longer can let your guard down after an apparent down hit. 1. Hit survivor for down hit. 2. Hear scream and see blood. 3. Look around randomly to see where they ran off to, just in case.1 comments 51 views last activity

No, it's not because of Boon Totems, not really. The fact that Dead Hard and Pallet Stuns (i think) are now calculated on the Survivor side is insane. How anybody thought this was acceptable is beyond me because it's absolutely horrendous while playing as Killer. This is honestly the best Console Survivor patch that has ever come out. Is there a possibility where players could transfer to a different platform(like me, from Xbox to PC) and keep all of their data? It’s really inconvenient that players alike have to start over with progress from survivor to killer. We no longer have the dlcs we had, the bloodpoints, characters, cosmetics, auric cells, shards, or even our stats when we want to make the move to a new platform. Not all of us want to run boons. One brown or green medkit is supposed to be enough for one full heal. But they're not. This happened after the upgrade where slightly/moderately/tremendously were replaced with percentages. Did BHVR miscalculate? Wouldn't be surprised. Just fix it. I still prefer medkits to boons. Since BHVR turned off the DC penalty during the RE chapter and then here recently, people are still dc'ing on first down even though the penalty is back on. Highly annoying when you're at 5 gens, survivor is caught and downed first then dcs. Had games today where the whole team besides me dc'd or two dc. This is happening literally every game, why? I just had a game, where i got kept hostage by a toxic killer. It was a doctor, who just head noded, carried me to other survivors and as last survivor alive, kept me hostage. First he carried me to the hatch, closed it and put me on the ground to nod. He then let me get free at the exit gate, he shocked me over and over again, i couldnt open the gate. Here is my guide to save as many bloodpoints as possible, while also completing the archives. People are just people, regardless of what role they play in this video. Everyone should play both roles to get a fuller perspective on the game. Just stop the antipathy. I am seeing this same thing all over the forums, and all over social media for the game. It is killer's complaining about the game and that the devs "are survivor sided" and "only make killer worse". This couldn't be further from the truth (I never have to worry about keys again, this is huge), and while killers DO have a right to complain, it needs to actually be educated. This killer pretty much goes against everything that makes a killer fun. This is the one killer that I actually feel like can just leave the game entirely because his visuals and his gameplay don't fit in DBD at all. There's no counterplay when in a 1v1 and once you are getting focused down with 14 knives that will hit you no matter what you do, everyone's stuck on gens getting bored to death. The devs wanted add a new mechanic to the game. I get it. But the way it was introduced was terrible, and what bothers me the most is that the way it is designed and the changes made to the game for its release seem to make sure they had no counters whatsoever. I just played a game against a Trapper where I personally cleansed three hex totems and heard someone else cleanse a hex too. The last totem was booned. That's all five totems taken care of. I know this isnt all survivors, and even killers can but stuff like this seems to be so common. Well its common to me do others get it? (I know both sides overuse tunnel,camp ,genrush etc. As well) Am I wrong to think this message was silly?
