  • Got infinite loading screen on your PS4? Hit the “home” button to go to see your PS4 main screen, then go right back into DBD. It’ll kick you off into the match results screen and say someone disconnected. Now you’re free to search for a new lobby! I’ve done this by accident twice and it worked each time. If it works for you, please post confirmation here. Same for other systems. If you find

  • I scanned through a few pages deep in the Bug Report section and saw nothing, so I apologize if this is a duplicate. Anyway, I’ve realized that I don’t get the speed boost from Lithe after vaulting, yet I still become Exhausted. At first I thought I just didn’t pay enough attention, but now I’m certain. This has consistently occurred over multiple matches and on different maps. I’ve been play

  • Even when conditions and supplies aren’t ideal, you make it work to save a life - maybe even your own. If you are in the dying state, use any medkit you find on the ground to fully recover to the injured state. Recovery speed is based on the medkit’s rarity and add-ons. The medkit does NOT need to have any charges remaining to be used. It will be consumed at the start of the recovery action, eve

  • Escape a chase to earn a token. A maximum of 1/2/3 to,ens can earned in a match. Stop moving near any pallet and press the active ability button to consume a token and arm it with a tripwire. When the killer passes through the pallet, the tripwire will drop the pallet and stun the killer. Pallets armed with a tripwire will have a yellow aura that is visible to all survivors. -NOTES- I unde

  • Ok so it’s a minor thing, but I’m still noticing that something’s not right. I’ll be in the lobby and see my teammates load in wearing the exact outfits that MY characters have equipped. For example, I may be Dwight, but when someone else loads in as Meg, she’s wearing what my currently unused Meg character has equipped. But then when the match starts, they’re wearing something entirely diff

  • Bring back old Ruin! Just during the event though. Better yet, combine old Ruin’s skill checks with new Ruin’s passive regression. Oh the horror!!! 😱 Ok ok, I’m joking! Kinda…. Would this be ridiculously OP? Hex: Yeah Man! But it would also be hilarious! Anyone who joined after the Ruin change would have their mind - and gen - blown! I get it. In action this would probably Ruin - ahem

And while I’m at it... ^deep breath^ T-bag clicky clicky t-bag point clicky point clicky t-bag t-bag I play both sides equally, so to some extent I get it, but still... If I played like this as killer, the games would be pointlessly dull. They’re already irritating with all the BM. When I play as survivor, the games are ridiculou

  • He can be strong and he can be weak. But he’s ALWAYS fun! I feel like he’s kinda Billy-tier in that regard. All in all I’d say he’s in a good place and is healthy for the game.

  • An ominous and oppressive fog rolls in, masking the dangers of the realm. At a range of 6/10/14 meters from all outer walls of the map, visibility for survivors becomes tremendously reduced. Visibility is moderately reduced 5 meters further. At a range of 3/5/7 meters from all outer walls of the map, survivors become Oblivious. The killer notices a slight decrease in visibility at all stag

  • Name: At What Cost? Description: If you are in the dying state at any elevation other than the main level of the map, you may press the Active Ability button to activate “At What Cost?”. Activating this perk calls upon the Entity to drag you underground and transport you to a random location on the main level of the map. You will remain in the dying state and your bleed-out timer will be reduc

  • We’re in for a world of confusion if we don’t work this out early on. PH Is it Pyramid Head or Pinhead? Personally I think it’s Pyramid Head since he’s historically been referred to by those initials. Essentially, he wins cuz he came to DBD first. But that’s just me - I’m open to arguments to the contrary.

  • With the cancellation of the chapter, are we to assume that Nancy and Steve are the first to ever escape the Entity’s realm? Or have they had their Hope drained to the point that the Entity no longer has any use for them? Or is it just business as usual since people will still be able to use the characters, albeit no new players joining in to keep the usage high? I admit I’m not super inves

  • It’s never happened to me before, but now I’ve experienced it 3 times this week. The killer is friendly. He nods, he spins, he swipes at the air - gives all indications that he wants to farm. Survivors all crawl out of the woodwork and take hits - lots of points for killer. We start healing up, but never get to finish because he suddenly decides to down everyone. Seems within reason until the

  • Maybe add a line to the description like “guarantees at least 1 skill check every 6/5/4 seconds”. I think this simple change would very effectively bring this perk out of the junk heap.

  • Killer Perk Hex: Stacked Against You - While active, this hex has no effect. When a survivor cleanses its hex totem, 1/2/3 of your other equipped perks receive a bonus stack (if applicable). Note, this can work twice if you have Undying Survivor Perk Invigorate - When you stun the killer with a pallet, instantly recuperate 30%/40%/50% of another perk’s total exhaustion time (if you are

  • Not all the time, but sometimes Zombies should spawn with items in their hands. Smash a zombie with a pallet to make it drop the item. If Nemesis kills the zombie, the item is destroyed as well. Because the zombies had the items when they became, err, zombified, the items may have add-ons and may also have some of the charges used. Decision time for survivors: do you take the time to lu

  • You know who are. You bodyblock your teammate in a tight spot and bob up and down until they finally heal you. Have you noticed how many times your victim teammate ends up pointing at you? It’s because when you’re TOO CLOSE they do NOT get the interaction option to heal you! Therefore the 2 of you are trapped in that tiny corner wasting a ridiculous amount of time. You’re sitting there think

  • Razor sharp thorns cover all surfaces of each totem - requiring deft hands and extreme concentration to cleanse. When a survivor begins cleansing any totem, they will be met with a near-constant stream of normal/moderate/difficult skill checks for the duration of the cleanse. Missing a skill check causes the survivor to scream and produces a loud noise notification. If the survivor lets go

  • You can “accidentally” blind your fellow survivors with Blast Mine, flash bangs and firecrackers...... But why not flashlights?! Sometimes that punk teammate of yours just needs to endure an “accidental” sticky-clicky which, by random chance, is aimed right at their retinas! 🤭 For the record, this is a joke post, though it does still beg the question from the standpoint of consistency..

  • Dark, gloomy, holes in the ceiling with little rays of light beaming through here and there. That’s the general building. But the real beauty lies in what’s being stored there! Killer items! Jigsaw Box on this wall. Pool of Devotion along that aisle. Vaccine crates randomly placed throughout. Are these random props or do they belong to this match’s actual killer? Sounds! • The grind is rough, as has been discussed ad-nauseum. Will it ever get fixed? I dunno. Until that bridge is crossed though, how about a perk counter? It could be super simple. • Full disclose: I’ve never played RE, but I assume a “Licker” is a type of zombie that attacks with a long tongue. The rest of this suggestion post is based on that assumption. Ok so as far as the Nemesis’ Iridescent add-ons go, I find the “Iridescent Umbrella Badge” to be way too situational and therefore practically worthless. The other one is fine. I propose swapping the 2 add-ons so tha

There are so many perks out there now, and the Shrine doesn’t just pick the from licensed characters, nor is it prevented from repeating a perk a couple weeks later. I feel like the daily switch up is a fair way of helping people who are holding out for that one certain perk. Even with daily changes, it could still be quite a

If we forget to shut it before dark, it’s really creepy when you walk into the kitchen because the window itself is practically pitch black. Since it’s head height, you could absolutely envision a face materializing out of the dark to peer in. As a result, if you walk into the kitc

  • I was killer. I made an Explosion build! Oppression, Eruption, Surge, Overcharged Explosions everywhere! This was far more effective than I expected! And ooooh so satisfying! Admittedly, I’m at low rank, so Overcharge was useful. If you want to try this at high rank, I might recommend Brutal Strength instead.

  • Sometimes the pedestal has a purple aura. But sometimes it doesn’t. I’ve only seen it twice, both times as survivor. However, I’ve collected several crowns for both roles at this point. I see no rhyme or reason as to why you only see the auras on certain occasions. Am I missing something? Anyone have details to share about this?

  • I’m lucky to actually spin into a match 1 out of each 4 attempts! “A player disconnected while the match was loading.” Ok so I’m playing PS4 and lag-spikes/stutters/whatever-you-want-to-call-them still run rampant. I’ve got crossplay off, so everyone else I see is also on console. Could this be the reason for all the disconnects? Plausible, but I have yet to be booted from any matches while l

It could be the first ever cross-role perk! Just imagine the possibilities - you could make a total “obsession build”! OoO, Rancor, Nemesis, STBFL. Other options as well. • There should be a perk that allows killers to see their red staid on the ground - knowing that survivors can see it too. Pro players don’t need this, but newbies could benefit. This would be like the killer version of Fixated. Perhaps it could also be used to illuminate dark corners where survivors may be hiding. I’m not sure what the name or 3 tiers would be, but I’m open to suggestions! Tho

  • Not entirely safe, but safer than practicing on the killer! Learn what to look for, how to aim, how the beamer behaves, etc. Then when you’re feeling brave, sear he killer’s retinas by shining his neck! (I know, right?!)

  • ...when the PS4 lag spikes get fixed. As it stands, my most common lag spikes occur when charging/aiming the tentacle. However, the expectation of a spike each time is forcing me to develop a certain timing for using the power which will need to change when things run smoothly. That’ll require an adjustment period, sadly.

  • I mean, yeah, they get hurt and the punch itself looks cool, but it “feels” like you’re just punching air. Like it just doesn’t quite connect. It’s hard to say what’s missing here, but it’s just “off”. I find the gold standard to be that solid whack you get when Hillbilly hits with his mallet. You clock the survivor in the head and you can’t help but think “dang that had to hurt!”

  • Really enjoying the new content so far! But there are a few things that just, well, they don’t feel quite right and it’ll kinda hard to describe. Nemesis M1 punch attack. It looks awesome! But when you hit a survivor, it doesn’t “feel” like you actually connected with them. It’s more like punching air. Compared with Hag, you feel like you really gashed them. Or Hillbilly’s mallet feels like su

  • I’m on PS4, so all this is very new to me since I can’t play PTB. Anyway, why use the vaccine? Is the benefit worth the trouble? Details are.....limited. So while I think I understand it well enough, I’m hoping this thread could be useful to others. The way I see it, it’s really just a tool to try to deny the killer his power - or at least delay it. This in essence buys you an extra hit. Y

  • PS4 Autohaven I’ve only seen this occur in my most recent match because of how this particular a Trapper placed his traps. He put the bear traps directly within the pull zone of unused pallets - as opposed to somewhat in front of the pallet like most Trappers tend to do. The problem - there is no prompt to disarm these traps, ever. No matter how close you inch toward it, the prompt always sa
