I've had my gripes against the matchmaking before but then the thought crossed my mind. Think about it. A rank 17-20 killer who only camps will eventually encounter either a rainbow squad or a full swf red rank lobby at some point and then see what an awful tactic it is. I could see how she might be capable on PC but srsly I don't even know where to begin. The fatigue after blinking on top of the cool down is just too much. Her add-ons are a straight joke. Survivors can literally outrun her and just twitch to the left or right when they hear her blink. Half the time you can't even tell where you're going to blink to. That's my suggestion. The fact that all survivors in a match can play with this perk and that it has no cooldown or limit to how often it can be used in a trial seems extremely unbalanced. Pretty much all of the killer perks have some sort of cooldown or limits to their abilities that make them reasonable to counter. What if he had a new add-on series that gave him more shots before having to reload? Almost every match I've had against red and purple rank players where I'm doing well ends with them abandoning gens and stealth searching for keys in chests and they always find either a dull or skeleton key, even without the plunder perk or any special perks that would increase their chances of finding one. I just played a trial with Plague and her corrupt purge had no hit detection. I noticed it while trying to use it against a survivor playing as Ace. When being looped around the killer shack on one of the Crotus Prenn asylum maps with a fully replenished corrupt purge I couldn't hit the survivor at all. It seems like the algorithm behind the matchmaking system is constantly trying to recalculate my skill after every match and seems to amp up the intensity of the match every 1-4 matches. I only say this because I get the feeling like I'm on one of the test servers. Is it just me or does his ranged attack suck? It seems like it takes too long to charge and use. By the time I have it charged the survs have already moved out of my line of sight and it's impossible to hit them with it. I've also noticed the survs don't care whether or not they cross the rites of atonement trails. I wouldn't care either knowing how easy it is to avoid his attacks. I know there's tons of these on the forums, but I couldn't resist putting in my $.02 any longer. What if when survivors reach red ranks their camera switches to first person? Maybe that would balance things out and also give those survivors players a challenge. I play on console. I just played a match as survivor and one of the other survivors (an Ash) was working with the killer. The Ash sandbagged me whenever I tried to run from the killer and sandbagged other survivors when they tried to save anyone or heal anyone and was clearly gesturing to other survivors and the killer trying to get people to farm points for the killer. So I've been noticing that whenever I try to think of running a new perk build I always end up either going back to BBQ, Bitter murmur, Nurses calling, and one whatever slot or I realize I need some other teachable perk unlocked to make a new build.
