We are now seeing an expose of low skill survivors that were being carried by a crutch perk. Dead by daylight is a game of either stealth evading the killer or looping the killer effectively. If you are good at those 2 things and play the game as it was meant to be played, then you don't need to use Ds in the manner it was used. I finally switched to mouse and keyboard instead of beating my head against the wall with my controller trying to learn the blight. Now I am finally getting good with him with a proper control and I don't want to play anyone else! Every other killer feels incredibly slow now unfortunately. I've been a controller user on pc for years. Over 2000 hours using a controller for every killer including blight. But I have to admit I am tired of trying and trying to get good with blight with a controller and at this point I just don't think it's possible. You surv mains need to learn to take a loss. Juat because you lost doesnt mean there is something the killer did wrong. Sometimes he just beat your tail. Plain and simple. Every game lately its always one surv has to comment on the "reason" he didn't escape. And then leave chat real quick like he mic dropper or something 🙄. Cmon guys just stop already. Sick and tired of surv abusing the glitches that make it so they can't be picked up by a wall. Its like they know it too and they go down and boom...perfectly still. Ill dc ideas. Imo take the disconnect penalty out. Never punish your player base for not wanting to play the game. If people are upset they shouldn't be forced to finish. Pay those that stay for their time and move on. We pay for a game we should never be locked out of our product. Wait times used to change and be bad for a couple weeks for either killer or surv but then flip flop. Now it seems killer is almost instant and surv wait times are at least 5 mins. All this time I've been wondering how some of these nasty hits are hitting me when others use the blight. Id be clear around a corner, and I'd get hit seemingly through the wall even. I was just running hag. Only perks used was ruin and the third seal, and I Kate hit me with DS and I looked all the way at the ground and then...bam! Right back on her. Wasn't fair. For some reason it's not the controller that affects the turning rate differently than the mouse and keyboard, Because once I hopped back on PC which I also use an xbox controller for, the turning rate was much better than console. I honestly think the problem has to do with the console versus PC somehow. Maybe frame rate? Played for 2 days with him on console and was so frustrated it made trac7 comments 431 views last activity

I've been watching monto and other people play the blight and it seems like they are able to turn much more with a mouse and keyboard than I can with a controller. They are getting the kind of turning rate that I can only achieve by doubling up on the turning rate add ons. Wasn't this a similar thing with the oni? if a survivor is using walls, how do you know? If a killer is using them, how will uou be sure of it? If either are using a .2/ms speed hack thats very subtle, how can you tell? Earlier I was playing against the spirit with her new skin and all of the flowing white hair made it so that I could not see my decisive strike skill check at all. Isn't this kind of a stupid design because other killers I've notice have the same thing happening especially if they have white on their clothing.
