I had a streamer report me for "holding the game hostage" as Pig.
Nah buddy, there's no hostage here; only a victim.

2 kills is not a win, the devs don't know what they are talking about. Most devs don't even play their own game. I can easily get 2 kills with bubba by just camping someone in the basement and then crawling out with noed to get another free kill. That is not a win, nor is that balanced.
I can get one free head pop with body blocking Pig and another kill courtesy of Rancor.
I didnt realize I was winning this whole time...

I've already faced hackers.
Why are they always Dwight?
-
Midwich/RPD
I just find them to be the most fun maps

For the people, unbreak a bill, soul guard

Pinhead is the Blitzcrank of DbD now

What perks do Trickster mains hate?
no mither

Sometimes milliseconds matter

With validation, I think Fearmonger ought to be higher up than a perk like Surveillance or Dead Mans Switch
-
Overrated perk

People still play Pinhead?
If I could pull Chatterer Teeth out of the bloody web I would but I keep pulling Original Pain...

Tbh I dont have strong feelings either way about it

The voice lines are the only thing that could save this killer
-
David's is a step up from before
Dwight, Meg, Laurie and Kate look awful. Kate's whole personality seems to have changed and I dont like it. Before she had like, a late 20s early 30s country music star who rides horses look to her and now shes a derpy Barbie Girl. Shes plastic but she ain't fantastic.
-
Coh and SS are incredibly powerful perks but that's 2 slots, so you only get 2 slots for IW, DH, BT etc.
There's simply no room for this boon, and no reason to run it solo over the others.

Still a thing for some reason. Many games are like this too. Completely negates the appear offline system feature, which has been around since PS3/X360 days.
Offline feature back then was amazing. Idk why that's so hard now..
The sad thing about DBD friends list is that you can see people who aren't even on Dbd

As a Video Tape Rule Set 2 enjoyer, yes pls. Make Jane get some exercise!

Brace yourself for more noed if this happens
Boons convinced me to make NOED a staple perk, dont worry I'm already doing my part

Oh hell yeah it's awesome sauce. It's like out of a dream or something.
This is a kind of Daylight map that I can get behind; way more ominous and foreboding than Cornwind.

All Kill Part 2, featuring the new killer Yun Jin Lee
-
Shes hot
I gotta wait til tmrw to play, since automatic updates on Xbox are a lie :(
-
Go ahead and cleanse, no one is stopping you broseph. If it glows, it goes.
Just like with Ruin; if an annoying Hex appears you just get rid of it.

I dont see any way they don't nerf pentimento speed to 15-20% within a couple months. Solo q and new players could have a really hard time figuring out what they need to do to speed up their gens. If they don't forum or have a DBD Senpai to guide them, I could see it being hard to figure out and impacting them WAY more than a swf.
I've had Red grade survivors call Wallhacks and not understand that BBQ is a thing, if we worry about those kinds of ppl then well have to make Killer an AI role at that point.

Tunneling and face camping is soooo passe
Us cool kids run video tape and rule set no 2 + Rancor

Demo with both IRI addons is pretty strong. Obviously good survivors will just destroy your portals.
That's not always a downside though. Ok, it is, but any extra objectives you can give Survivors is always a good thing.
-
Absolutely nothing wrong with bodyblocks.
For Chads such as Bill it makes sense to protect the youngins. If you want em so bad, then you'll have to shred the meatwall protecting them.
-
I'm excited for Overcome. Itll be nice to swap out Die Hard for a bit.
-
Pallets will bug out
-
Lisa's Nurse outfit on Cheryl is the sexiest thing I've seen in this game.
I'm a fan of Fengs Shining Lion shirt as well as Susie's Neon outfit. MY GOD that outfit is amazing.

I play Nemesis regularly
Feeling kinda bamboozled, not gonna lie

I dont loop with Demo, but I'll add him to the list if OP has him there. I love his Hag play style, his flexibility feels so comfy.
I also love my Legion and Nemesis. Lots of fun to chase with
-
Zombie-only Nemesis....probably.
-
Itll probably drown out the hackers if anything. The hackers tend to be the same few losers.
-
Video Tape with Rule Set No. 2 is fun. Doubly fun with Rancor for 2 easy kills
After facing a hacker I decided to give it a shot. I know an eye for an eye makes the whole world blind, but some days just get to ya.
-
Lazy killer for lazy people who want to put in as little effort to ruin somebody's experience.
There's a reason you dont see Bubba campers play Nurse, because they cant power trip with her.
People who play him normally are fine and I think Bubbas not OP as a chase killer
-
I'm a chill survivor but I usually end up playing like a scumbag killer either intentionally or not so I'll say killer.
-
I used a brown kit today and I actually had 1 extra charge
Looks like the tables have finally turned?
-
I've seen 2 blatant hackers this month and both were Dwights

Lethal Pursuer. I understand it's decent with killers that have fast mobility or perhaps a nice time saver on a large map. But usually you're going to find survivors fast anyway. I can't see the worth in using it since killers play the rest of the game with just 3 perks.
When it was first revealed I honestly thought it would be a meme perk no one would use but people do use it.
It's such a nice consistency perk in such an inconsistent game; there are times when a survivor will spawn practically on the edge of your terror radius, and on a map like Ormond or Mother's Dwelling it helps a lot.
It gives you a good guess as to what the survivors you are not chasing are doing. It's not uncommon to make a play 2+ minutes into the match based off your initial information.
If you are running hex totems, this perk is a boon. I've dropped Undying entirely as a Ruin backup.
Being able to identify lone survivors and groups of survivors is also nice. Killers such as Doc, Legion, Oni, Plague and Myers appreciate knowing where a group is to get maximum value out of their kits right out of the gate.
There's also that neat synergy with Pinhead's box spawning logic
-
Pop goes the weasel
I'm more of a Surge gamer personally. I typically don't run a whole lot of other gen perks except Tinkerer barring a couple of killers who synergize well with Ruin, namely Pinhead and Demogorgon.
I don't like being encouraged to kick generators, I'd rather be chasing people.
-
soul guard+unbreakable
bond, windows of opportunity, open handed, kindred
spine chill, resilience, object of obsession, dead hard
lucky break, iron will, lithe, quick and quiet
-
I like to get angry when I play Oni.
I like to pretend I'm an end game boss as Nemesis and as such I take end game perks

Imagine further paying to use the internet subscription you are already paying for lol.
Please stop this. At this point, the 3rd biggest argument on this forum is how PC players suck and should be ashamed. And this argument isn't healthy, AT ALL
I never said PC players suck, just that base DbD is just not worth it considering the grind and $$$ involved.
Us console players have one thing going for us, and I hope our Epic brethen get to have the same experience as us.

Maybe yall should just run fear monger then easy fix, even if its 10 seconds and your using killers who can close in distance real fast you be surprised how , ghosties love it lately it seem as now I cant sprint burst away if they close up stalking so yeah there is another fix. what number post of dead hard complaints is this I think number 500, ugh lost count.
ive been running it on Plague and even I still find myself respecting DH on survs that I know are exhausted haha
Fearmonger and Tinkerer is a legitimate combo now if you ask me
-
@GoshJosh said:
I don’t want to hear anymore complaints about Haddonfield if so, because that is the already one of the strongest basements in the game.
It's our one solace on this map, Haha. As Demo I only have one priority on this map: immediately Portal Ruin and Basement. Whoever goes down near basement dies.

From my understanding he does that because he's played with the good ones endlessly and is mostly just playing in a way that holds his interest.
I do agree somewhat on addons, especially Plague (he vastly overrates the iris) and Demo (he doesn't seem to enjoy Demo much so doesn't really seem to play him) but I totally agree on his maps and builds videos.
Perks...I'm still not sure if people overrate CI or if it's just my own inexperience.
What did he say about demo? If he said Red Moss was absolute FFF dumpster tier and that Lichen was good, hes be absolutely correct.

@EvilJoshy said:
Blood Echo is not the only useless perk. In fact I think half the perks in the game are useless. Another prime example is furtive chase. Every time you hook the obsession your terror radius is reduced during a chase. What possible purpose would that serve? Your chasing someone they already know your after them. The whole point of having a smaller tr is to get the drop on them before they know your there. What is the point of a smaller tr during a chase? If it was reversed, smaller tr outside a chase, then I could think of uses for it.
In theory its neat.....for solo q.
-
If I'm in a swf I kinda dont mind twins actually.
I'd rather be slugged than facexamped that's for sure.
