I really like these. Still allows Twins to snowball via slugging, nerfs their camping and tunneling potential, and makes them more interesting to play as and against.
Also love the add-on concepts.
-
Man, the map's more of a maze than Lery's and Hawkins!
But I'm not final on my opinion just yet. I'll have to play on the map more, once it's reenabled.
-
Bamboozle. Tricky sucks balls in shack, Bamboozle fixes that.
The reload bonus is nice if you have an extra slot, but I wouldn't go for it. My Trickster has BBQ, STBFL, Pop, and Bamboozle.
-
Definitely not.
Maybe if they reworked that version to prevent it from working by tunneling, but other than that, definitely not.
-
Probably the only case of actual broken hitboxes and not just latency.
-
Next time I get on DBD I'll be sure to check my perks so I can run this build. Thanks man.
-
Outdated game design.
-
I mean, you aren't supposed to wiggle out to begin with, unless people take hits for you. It's meant to create sabo plays, and prevent the killer from going to the basement.

OP seems weirdly obsessed that the chapter doesn't fall exactly in line with what he expected out of an Resident Evil DLC.
I'm pretty sure it's the same guy who made a thread or two complaining that Nemesis 'doesn't feel like Nemesis' because he... can't sprint like the Hillbilly?
Pretty much this. Everyone shat on them and now they're agreeing with them because they're struggling on playing a slightly difficult killer that only now released. This gonna be the Blight situation all over again, trash tier to god tier.
-
Yeah, it's basic attacks only.
However, LF has an add-on that allows you to make survivors drop items with a chainsaw hit.

it's not games fault if it takes you long time to complete challenges. I've been waiting new challenges for a 1,5 week now. Not that hard to complete simple challenges.
Bro did you not read the post or are you just doing a little trolling
-
Man who cares, they were too oppressive anyways.
-
Oh god that poor Clown. He's new to the game too D:

I didn't say they weren't getting their own maps. I said they don't plan on it. Meaning it could happen, but we shouldn't expect anything.
I didn't say you didn't claim that they weren't getting their own maps either. Just wanted to point out they were prioritizing on All-Kill for the map thing.
-
Nemesis's menu music is badass. They really went all-in on that one.

During the last QnA stresm in like february, they said they don't plan on giving blight, twins, or trickster their own map.
There's an exception for Trickster.
He might get one, who knows?
-
In one of their Q&As they were asked for a health season, and they responded that the mid-chapter updates were built for that. Now's their chance to prove it.

Wait, are people actually genuinely defending the state of Clown now that he's lost 90% of his power? I thought they were sarcasm posting...
Kinda glad that we've gone to the point where people think our favorite thicc man is considered OP. Never thought this day would come, but here we are!

@CornHub said:
Not the entitled clown main coming in wanting his bottles to slow down survs. His speed boost bottles weren't enough? Next your gonna ask for extra bottles by default too, the nerve of you people.
Guys this is the same person that thought Doc was broken because he can prevent survivors from throwing down pallets and vaulting.
-
As one of the 5 Clown mains, I am very, very disappointed. Pls fix.
-
It's a meme of a perk. Seems fun to use but it's pretty obsolete, plus it's hard countered by Ruin which is already a meta perk.
It does buy more time for the survs, a bit more time.
-
I voted the wrong option. I meant to vote Maybe a bit of both, since some devs do play this game occasionally.
I want them to have a separate team to play the game and tell them about it.
-
They already got the coding, they can do it!

Theres no way you weren't drunk when you made this list. You put pig below nemesis, plague.....this list is drunk.
This is the real Tier list.
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/EEOHROAVBML7/opera-esjg88plga.png
I love Pig but she is no way in hell B tier. She's OP with Tampered Timer and Crate of Gears/Jigsaw's Sketch, but weak in general. Mediocre anti-loop that is very counterable, and struggles with shack and LT walls.
-
Really good buff. Ofc he still needs the bag base-kit, but this buffs makes his traps more viable and allows them to blend in through the reworked maps.
-
I think that would be horrifying. Seeing the Entity create a beautiful, lively wonderland in its realm with the survivors knowing the butterflies aren't real, and a killer trying to attack them through this utopia. However it'd probably be too funny and unfitting to be in the game, lol.
-
I'm excited for this event but it's still very disappointing that they copied and pasted the entire event from last year's anniversary with minor changes. Laziness at its peak. I wish I didn't take a break from DBD during its other events.
Oh well, at least I have another chance to get Jesus Jeff.
-
Here's mine:
-
I mean, Nemesis is a pretty bad facecamper. Dunno what they're doing.
They're either new or struggling to play him so they resort to camping and tunneling.
-
Do you think survivors should escape every game?
-
Yo what's u- oh...
Well, I hope he gets fixed.
-
Man, I missed you. Glad that you're posting these again!
It might be really oppressive on Wraith, Billy, and Blight, though I haven't gotten the perks on them yet.
-
Oh my god that's awesome.
Well done!
Could I see the Any Means Necessary one? It's one of my favorite perks in the game so I'd love to see it!
-
Laughed my ass off for a bit.
Her expression looks like Nea's.

I wouldn't say RIP, its not like you instantly overheat. You just get punished a little harder, so you have to be a little more careful. Again, punished for spamming.
Doom engravings just changes your charge time from 2.5 to 2.8, or 12%, its not like it makes him overheat twice as fast or something.
Punished for spamming.
Soooo you're saying Billies should be punished for using their power the way they want to? I understand camping but not this.
Also, if that's the case, try it! Play Flickbilly!
-
Yeah, Nemesis is really strong later in the game once you infect all survivors. Nemesis just released and people are jumping to conclusions. He has tracking, automatic map pressure, zoning, and the ability to counter windows and pallets. He's got so much in his kit, no way in hell is he trash-tier.
He takes a bit more skill than most killers which is probably why people are struggling to play him.

Then don't play flickbilly with engravings. If its only with that add-on that its a problem, that sounds like an add-on problem.
RIP a fun part of Billy.
Not just that anyways.

Yeah, but you were hiding this. Like, he deserved to Overheat, he was trying way too much and he played bad. You cannot really deny this.
He messed up at least 3 times (getting 360ed, when Nea unhooked the other Nea and when the unhooked Nea bodyblocked (he should have known that this is gonna happen, he is a very experienced player)). So after making 3 mistakes in a row, he should be rewarded with an Instadown?
Jeez, a chase doesn't need to be that long.
Also, I thought overheat was meant to punish facecampers?

I don't understand, how does it punish you for just using the chainsaw in general? it only matters if you max the meter, its not like your chainsaw progressively gets worse as you heat it up. You only overheat if you're spamming the chainsaw. So doesn't it punish you for spamming?
Try playing Flickbilly with engravings.

Funny how you use this timestamp and not this:
https://youtu.be/xELkqkQjJ6w?t=331
Where he messed up and got 360ed. Which is the main reason why he has so much Heat in his Chainsaw to begin with.
And the Survivor being smart to bodyblock with BT is not really a problem with the Overheat-Mechanic. In fact, the Overheat-Mechanic is finally shown to be doing what it is supposed to do - punish people who play badly with the Chainsaw. And he played bad.
That timestamp is pretty much why people don't like overheat. It made some of Billy's counterplay even more effective, which was unnecessary because his counterplay was fine. You can't expect people to play perfectly.
-
Wait, it's actually bricking consoles?
Yeah no I'm tired of this. BHVR, please spend the next 3-6 months fixing bugs, optimizing the game, and all that stuff.
-
@CHARMED69TAURUS said:
After the speedboost came to fruition, everyone abuses the boost and constantly cloak and uncloak. Its obnoxious. So obnoxious to the point that I hate Wraith so much just because of the add-ons and the BS playstyle.
That's... literally how people played Wraith to begin with.
-
I'd like to see MoM get its requirement reduced to two prot hits instead of three during a PTB.
Sole Survivor should have its aura reduction increased to 36/39/42. 42x3=126. Should be enough to completely negate all auras once 3 survivors are dead. It'll probably still be meh, so how about we make it uhh... work for the other survivors? No stacking though.
I think Second Wind is fine, though I'd like to see it be given a token system where you heal a survivor to gain a token up to two. Token is consumed after you're unhooked, and yeah you probably know how it'll go.
Distortion isn't the worst perk, I agree, but it def needs a buff.
Honestly I don't want Flip-Flop buffed. There are so many scenarios as killer where Flip-Flop could have worked against me. I'm glad not many people run that perk, because if it were meta then oh boy. Buckle Up needs a secondary effect.
Autodidact could use a system where the skill check odds increase after each token. It's a really fun perk IMO.
Vigil needs to affect more status effects. Wake Up is incredibly situational. Pharmacy should allow you to rummage an opened chest if the perk hasn't given you a green medkit.
And uh, not sure about No Mither.
-
Def one of the most fun killers in the game, to play as and against. And yes Daddy Blight deserves more cosmetics.
-
All of em, except for Leon's. Really wanna use flashbang tho.
-
He's the same exact killer, but with a purple add-on made base-kit. The lunge is exactly the same as it was pre-buff, except for the addition of 0.25 seconds to his uncloak speed boost, which doesn't affect the lunge's duration.
Base-kit Wraith is balanced. He has so much counterplay. Windows, pallets, looping, all that jazz. The only unbalanced things about him are All-Seeing add-ons and Coxcombed Clapper (silent bell). Other than that, he's in a great spot.
-
Meh, I like him. He needs minor changes that's for sure, but other than that his power is really fun and has one unique part of it: zombies. They're very useful for tracking and hell I've even gotten survivors instadowned out of pure luck with those damn things.
-
I mean I really like the idea of legendary skins, so I'm happy about it.
Legendary skins completely change the character without having to open up a new character slot.
-
Oh god, this update is a mess...

Add an objective and remove the token cap. That way they can’t ALWAYS counter these but whenever you have a token you could.
That's not a bad idea.
