people will most likely hate this idea for a buff, make it a token perk, every time a survivor is hit by the killer you gain a token, for every token the survivors get a 1/2/3% regression rate

But that will certainly matter in the matter of game balance, as regressing the generators is a beneficial mechanic for the killer, which can so easily be rendered almost useless, and everytime the killer has to apply the effect, the killer loses time, which gives an additional advantage to the survivors.There are more examples, but these illustrate just fine that there is an a game mechanical issue with being able to simply click once or keep clicking to avoid a game mechanic that is supposed to be a detriment to the survivors.
If you have more examples like the above, feel free to add them.
There is nothing that can make the above an acceptable matter, the devs need to fix this.just make it to where gen tapping ruin gens will work like overcharge, ruin was made to slow gen progress and I actually does nothing in high ranks

Dwight's second teachable will be replaced with Tactful Stratagem, a perk that buffs his locker hiding abilities.
Tactful Stratagem -
You know how to hide quickly and hide well. Slowly entering or exiting a locker is 10%/15%/20% faster. Additionally, slowly entering or exit lockers is harder to hear by 6 meters. While you are inside a locker, your aura is hidden from the killer.Pros:
-Gives a reliable counter to BBQ so we can stop hearing people complain about it.
-Gives Dwight the lockeriness he deserves.
-Makes lockers a more viable hiding place.
-Replaces a really bad perk that's never used.Cons:

He also desperately needs an indicator noise (as with fully charged hatchet throw on Huntress or bottle throw on Clown) when the Chainsaw is fully charged. Many times I have to keep my eyes on the survivor if they are spinning to create a break and I release the mouse button to attack and it just de-charges because it was a micropoint from being charged. It could just be a 0.5 sec tone change or something.
I think some small changes like this might make him used a little more often again as you barely ever see him now...apart from Officer Leathercock...
