I'm talking about Survive With Friends. Like you and your friends teaming up, but losing to a killer who was clearly beatable.
Don't really care about how my friends play. Getting pissed at a friend for not performing in a casual game makes me look like a dick.
-
I play a lot of solos. I'm used to it.
-
It's highly likely that Claire would be added as a legendary skin option.
-
Apparently he looks better in game. Can't confirm though..
-
I personally feel adding more AI to more killers this soon will kill the essence of zombies and how unique nemesis is in this regard. People already call his power similar to PH and demo. AI assisted killer is why he feels unique. Getting rid of it this early doesn't sound right to me.
Maybe at one point we can see more AI assisted killers but just not yet.

Legend

I agree that spirit might need some tweaking but I disagree with this logic.
Why is that that when it comes to survivors, people's logic is 'bad survivors can't use strong and God loops efficiently so they can stay' but when it comes to spirit, they take the scenario of a strong player and ignoring all the weaker ones out there.
-
I don't think it is possible for the engine to allow more than two zombies without downgrading performance. Atleast that's what the dev said.
An iridescent addon with an extra zombie and moderately increased respawn time of zombies (to weaken farming them a bit) would be perfect if they could manage to add one more somehow.
-
Alright I'll leave it at tier 2, thank you.
-
Yeah they fixed him. Now he slides better.

No. That’s just a new perk. They said they new mechanic would affect every match just like the End Game Collapse. Also their Concept evolved and it is not limited to the early game anymore. Other than that we don’t have any more information.
but they talked about the roadmap for this year and this new mechanism is probably part of the Live Design That is part of the roadmap.
I dont recall them talking about this in the anniversary stream. I'm aware they said it has turned into something else previously so I'm curious if this was it considering that they skipped talking about it.
-
Because it's a survivor item 🙂
-
Jill and nemesis. Leon if we get a second survivor. Spencer mansion map possibly or no map at all
-
I guess it's just to deal with excessive slugging when it comes to the twins
-
Personally I think nemesis is the most likely candidate. The devs would have had their hands on the project long before lady dimitrescu was even revealed to the fans which means it's extremely unlikely they are going to risk working on a character the fans have no idea existed and then calling it iconic doesn't make sense.
Jack Baker is definitely possible but when I think about iconic resident evil games, the first three (and 4th to an extent) come to mind. Tyrant or nemesis seems more likely and nemesis over tyrant because of how much power flexibility and the scare factor he has and I believe he is one of the fan favourite of the series. And when I say this, I'm looking at the general consensus and not stating my personal opinion.

The best way to buff solo queue is to add a comms system (but at the same time, buffing killers), that way SWF won't be affected at all because they use comms anyway.
Comms for solos is going to be a nightmare. People will now be forced to listen to their teammates trashtalk the entire game. Just creates more toxicity.
-
Little do they know how good urban is.
-
It is super unlikely that it's RE8 themed. The game wasn't even released when the devs got hold of the license and since there is no prior data whatsoever about whether it will go well with the fans or not, it's unlikely that the devs would take the risk.
-
A lot of people forget that hook time is also a resource and if you haven't been hooked yet and there are other survivors who are close to death hook, force the chase or just go down trying to bodyblock someone and protect them from dying.

I genuinely cannot believe that some people on Twitter though that this post wasn't a joke and that devs were actually recommending that you use this build.
I believe there was a similar post made by one of the DBD Twitter accounts (Mobile I guess) that recommended sprint burst and lithe together. Unsure if it was taken down but a lot of people still have PTSD over it
-
Scalped topknot is an oni addon. Not pyramid head.
-
It's technically a different game at that point and massively favours killers.
-
Probably as much as emblem system does. I would imagine the only difference will be that the opponent's MMR will now also be taken into consideration before awarding/deducting elo.

Oh and I forgot to mention. In the Myers game, our Yui had repressed aliance. We were close to doing a gen, but as soon as she saw myers downing someone on the other side of the map, she used the perk. That gen was never finished again.
I dont think you can use repressed alliance while multiple people are working on a gen.

It means survivors won't know if demogorgon travelled through his portals.
Or the universal specific roar you hear when he travel through his portal won't occur/happen
I don't understand. Is it the global sound cue that is muffled or the noise he makes while coming out of a portal?
-
It'll probably be Mr X or nemesis. Either of the tyrant. No way it's going to be a licker. They can barely stand.

I know it's a quote from RE but could this possibly have more meaning ?
I was thinking, the way McCote said it, could he possibly hint at the fact that the new killer will be the first killer that can be killed ?
How coold would it be if new RE killer's power literaly blocks surviors from escaping the trial until they kill the killer or be killed themselfs. A power similar to victor in a way that enables survivors in some way fight back and kill the killer, probably not permanently tough.
Still if it was done properly and killer was actually terrifying to go against but beatable I think that might be the coolest power ever.
Kill or be killed is a quote from the game I believe.

Stranger things had more content and costed more. As long as the content is solid and plenty, I don't mind paying extra for it.

The Nerf of Freddy is a good thing, but they missed the point of what he needed.
The slowdown when using snares is good but 4.0m/s is too much, maybe 4.3 is better
The clock changes is good, but maybe a better location spawn would be good too.
The reduced snares and dream pallets is not that good, but could be a good thing if they change the slowdown add-ons for increasing the number os snares or dream pallets he can use
And the black box is a pretty dead add-on, I suggest adding something more cool like Freddy now can use snares and dream pallets but he can't teleport to gens anymore
Isn't black box buff just an addition to what it already does?
-
Remove her stand still mindgame and she is already significantly weaker.
-
I don't see why they would reduce endurance duration if it isn't mapwide.
-
You guys actually buffed it. That was quicker than expected. Thank you!
-
New players already think exposed means your location is revealed to the killer. I feel too many status effects would make it really hard for them to catch up to.
-
New players don't really know about survivor rulebooks or things that people dislike. They barely get any perks from the bloodweb because they wouldn't have much and the choice is limited to killer perks which are usually bad (Take wraith for example, a free killer) and universal perks. They read description and they feel its a good perk and so they pick it. Can you really blame them for doing that? Any new killer will want to bring the best perks from what they have and what they know.
Same goes for camping. Camping just feels natural and nowhere does it say that it's bad. If anything it's the dev's fault. New players aren't going to care if NOED is nerfed. They would know nothing about it and so they would pick the next best perk that they feel has a strong description.
-
It depends on RNG for the most part and how far each gates are. The only best thing you can do is to start progressing your exit gate switch and stop exactly before a light turns on and go back to hide. Killer will come and look at the switch. No red light? He will go back to the other gate. Go on with opening the gate. No going back this time.
They also go back and forth in a pattern so they are like AIs at that point unless they pull a 200 IQ on you in which case you deserve to die. Just hide for sometime on either gate to understand the killer's pattern and start playing accordingly.
It's probably obvious but there is nothing more you can do. Remember that it shouldn't always be a 100% escape because its unfair if it is.
-
We're gonna live forever?
-
That's some decent changes. I really like them removing the spread. Hope the main event isn't useless still but will likely still be.
-
Predator game did something interesting with perks where it gave each perk a specific point (from 1 to 5 I guess, based on how strong they are) and a limit to how many points you can have when making a build.

cool idea though I'd say that the other totem should have its aura exposed within a certain radius maybe 12 meters to survivors
I was thinking more like if you couldn't find it for a set duration, the aura of totem will be revealed to the survivors. That way it lasts more than how much it does now but at the same time it isn't too oppressive if the totem spot is insanely good. Duration is again based on balance but something more than 60s.
-
Doesnt it say that it activates when you are in Terror radius?

Is only the person that cleansed it exposed or everyone? Could make a cool effect for an obsession
I dont really have a concrete idea but it can be based on the balance.

Haunted ground is fine at the moment. Combine it with retribution if you want easy snowball
Like I said, I'm not saying it needs changing. Imagine if haunted didn't exist. Now look at this perk.
-
If a killer hooks you early and DCs you depip. Emblem system is unfair for both sides as far as DCs are concerned.
-
It might get fixed in the next hotfix patch. Maybe...

Yeah, they did mentions some changes are on the way so hopefully it will help Trickster out a bit :)
Did they confirm it? Do you have a source?

I guess they added it recently months after its rework.

I would love to have an insight of why you have fun playing vs the twins.

Agreed. Her stand still mindgame is the most frustrating part of her kit. Anything to indicate that she started phasing would be so nice.
