Isn't black box buff just an addition to what it already does?
For me the issue is that black box should be reworked I never saw some one using black box is mostly the paint brush

Of course, that is just an exaggeration (for the most part) and I am not calling anyone out, I was just wondering if it was just me who was having trouble understanding what people are saying sometimes on the forums.
Also the arguments people have frequently. They could use some work to say the least.
Sometimes it's hard to remember how write proprely, in my case, my first langague is portuguese, english uses a diferent word order so is easy to miss spoke sometimes

I would like more a more balanced titles to not need the bloodlust and maybe a kind of bloodlust when you spend some time travelling the map without chase someone, but if they make to only activate one level of bloodlust is fine

Maybe changing fuming Mix tape to something like:
When you manually cancel the power your fatigue cooldown reduces in 0.5 seconds
So we can't do the old legion instadown

Legion Needs some buffs, like killers with more lethal powers has less cooldown than legion it doesn't make sense
