Why not playdead make it so you can't be healed by survivors etheir? and you heal to healthy when you get picked back up
Healing back to healthy might be a bit too powerful. I considered the no healing thing but I decided against it. Might change it though.

Why is it every time the topic of LGBT characters comes up the word “forced” is used? Like the devs are being forced against their will or something.
They’ve already stated that there is an LGBT character(s) in the game, they just haven’t revealed it. So *if* it were revealed in the future that an already existing character were in fact gay or bi or whatever, it’s not them “forcing” anything, it’s just revealing more about the character.
EDIT: Now that I think about it, this is the EXACT same type of argument people tried using against The Last of Us, when Naughty Dog revealed that Ellie was gay. They said it was just pandering and that Ellie being gay was “forced propaganda” because it wasn’t revealed in the main game, but rather the expansion. Those arguments didn’t hold up then and they don’t hold up now. People can be gay and it’s not always apparent.
I want to make it clear that I have no problem with LGBT characters and there are a lot of characters that I really like who happen to be LGBT. I'm just concerned about how this would be handled. If they do it properly, then I'll be fine with it. If they make a huge deal out of it, I'll suspect them of pandering.
I was not aware that they have already stated that there's an LGBT character in the game, however. If that's the case, then I'll be a little more okay with it, so long as they handle it properly.
My views are a bit more moderate than I let on. I tried to offer a perspective of people who would be more opposed to David being gay than I would. I personally don't mind it at all, but what I do care about is whether they're gonna use the fact that he's gay to gain approval and more sales. But I'm probably worrying too much. I'm sure BHVR can handle it well. Their business practices so far have been more acceptable than many of the major publishers.

Are you gonna take off your shirt?

15/20/25 meters is much too low, especially with a downside. You could probably tell the generator progress from at least 16 meters.
Edit: The meta is to ignore healing and rush gens anyway, so the downside isn't much of a downside.

Character-specific perks would force you to place 1 character for the effect you want. I'd rather not have to play a survivor I don't like.
Why would we need more distractions for Killer? They already have to worry about 4 people.
As for the rare Killer addons, Survivors using Instaheals and Skeleton Keys would achieve a similar effect.
I'm sure someone could code a 2v8 mode in their free time, but I don't think we're allowed to mod this game.
-
I would like a Judith's Journal on Ghostface so he can get some use from Furtive Chase.
Crouch addons much be a bit op considering how fast he can crouch and attack compared to Pig.
I like most of these, though.

Strong killer perks = game breaking?
Sprint Burst does the same for survivors, why is it game breaking for killers?
Where is the counter play to someone using Sprint Burst?
Killers are faster by default and don't need to worry about crouching/walking to save SB. Sprint Burst gives Survivors some distance, which the Killer will eventually close. The on-hit speed boost does the same. SB on a Killer would allow them to catch up to a Survivor who just got hit and immediately close distance.

Spine Chill works while she's phasing so that can help you figure out where she's going.
Iron Will is good for losing her if you're injured.
Fixated can do the same if you're uninjured.
Don't ever try to move towards her when you think she's phasing. She might be faking it.
If you're hiding while she's phasing, hide in places where she's less likely to bump into you (such as a corner of a room with no nearby doorways).
If you want to try to stun her with a pallet, move side to side (do not sprint) until you feel her bump into you, then drop the pallet before she realizes you're there (works best if she doesn't know you're there in the first place, like when she's chasing another survivor). Might take some practice to do this consistently.

I think devs should do something about camping. This is the biggest cause of DC'S
Simply a killer kills you because it doesn't go off hook
What happens is that the killer can easily tunnel and camper
Hook has a catch that makes it even easier for the killer to camper, if you try to take it out, it gives you a catch.
I don't like DC, but these things make the game very stressful
They already punish camping, and I'm not sure if that's the main cause for DCs.
I almost never camp and avoid tunneling when I can and survivors still DC all the time. Just yesterday I had a survivor DC in the first minute because I hit them. No joke.
Get unhooked when the killer is near? DC.
Get downed first? DC.
Get picked up by the killer when you have No Mither? DC.
Survivors dying too fast? DC.
Don't like the killer? DC.
Get grabbed off a gen? DC.
They should really compensate the other players when someone DCs (and killer should receive better compensation than they do now), except for SWF survivors on the same team as the DCer.
Edit: Accidentally posted too early.

Imagine getting nerfed on your own Chinese year btw

What if there were no Survivor with a dark skin tone? I doubt you would use the argument of "just imagine them as having a dark skin tone" I don't understand the logic behind how making a character gay is wrong. Or why such a small addition in the characters bio is so worthy of a wall of 'nope' from some of you.
Just because you might not like it that the association is made with say Dwight and him being homosexual doesn't mean anything.
I don't believe Dwight's eyesight is very good so I wear the headpieces which don't have glasses but I imagine him wearing glasses.
What if Huntress was from the red lagoon instead of the red forest, you wouldn't have the same level of outrage by that and those are bigger changes/additions to the lore.
There's nothing wrong with a character being gay. However, a lot of people have a problem with it being forced. If BHVR added a gay character in the next chapter, pretty much no one would be mad. However, if they suddenly go "oh, this guy's gay btw" that wouldn't seem very sincere.
Creators have a vision and they bring that vision to reality. If they already brought their vision to life and they decide to change it or add to it in a way that wasn't even hinted at before (NOT because they genuinely think it would suit their vision, but to appease a group of people), that would just scream "Hey, look how inclusive we are! give us your approval/money!"
I'll be perfectly fine with it if they add a new interesting character who happens to not be heterosexual as long as they don't make a huge deal out of it. However, if they suddenly decide to add a detail like that to a character they made a long time ago, I might question their intentions. I wouldn't rage about it if they said David was gay, since I don't think it was confirmed either way, but I would still find it questionable.
Also, your first point doesn't work well in this situation. Not every detail is left to the imagination, but some are. A character's skin tone is usually obvious and undeniable. Unless confirmed otherwise, however, you cannot determine a character's inner traits. A character's sexuality, therefore, can be interpreted in any way unless it is confirmed to be a certain way by the creator(s). As another example, take Claudette. Unless I am mistaken, the college she attended was never specified. Therefore, you could imagine that she could have attended any real college that could fit her lore unless BHVR releases a cosmetic or new information that specifies her college.

I should mention that the survivor should be human (so no WX-78, Wormwood, Wartox, Wilba, Wilbur, or, even though he technically is human, Webber).
-
Weird Hex but ok
...
In all seriousness, I wouldn't want some survivor to come heal me just to find out he's a Charged potato and I end up in deep wounds (or back to 0 after nearly recovering myself).
Let's see if I can rework this...
Hex: Static Cling
A Hex that interferes with Generator progress.
Generators regress 6/8/10% faster.
When a Survivor begins repairs on a regressing Generator, that Generator will explode (there is no regression penalty) and the Survivor becomes Charged.
Charged Survivors can no longer hit Good Skill Checks and they cannot heal, mend, or wake up other Survivors. Charged Survivors can interact with another Survivor to cause that Survivor to scream and remove the Charged Status Effect.
Survivors who scream due to this effect are woken up.
I tried to make it a little less complicated while keeping it close to the original idea. I also made it affect all regressing generators and have no cooldown (it is a Hex, after all).
-
I usually save my shards for cosmetics, but I also try to save some for when the PTB comes out so I can spend them all for BP (Shards spent in the PTB don't save so you might as well spend them).
For perks I usually just level up the character, except for Ruin because I just got the game and planned to buy the original characters with shards (so it would have been a while before I got Hag)... until I gave up after buying Clown/Kate with shards and just bought the rest of the DLCs :P

A killer whose power is to accelerate time
Sounds like a heavenly ability.
-
What QOL update could it get? The only changes I can think of are buffs.
-
Too many people think he's the worst killer.
-
It could probably use a cooldown decrease, but giving away the killer's exact location is a bit much.

Okay, I realize it's a joke, but Head Start would be neat to see in game.
Head Start
-at the beginning of the trial, all generators start at 15/20/30% and regressing. Generators are more durable, taking slightly/moderately more time to damage. You begin the trial with Exhaustion for 180/140/100 seconds.
All 4 survivors run Head Start
All generators are completed at the start of the game
Just git gud killer mains

I chose other cause I like the mind games, so, Fredy, Spirit and Demogorgon are the most enjoyable for me
Ah, I probably should have included mind games then.
-
@Rin_is_my_waifu said:
You should have also included spirit Mr Yung
Spirit is a bit of stealth (if you consider prayer beads), high mobility, with potential to end chases quickly and also injure several survivors at once.
I'm not asking who your favorite killer is. Think about why you like them and what part of their playstyle draws you to them.
-
I mean good chase potential and ability to force pallets. Leatherface can eat pallets for breakfast and once he finds you with no pallets nearby you're doing down really quick.
-
Alright, carry on.

Pretty sure they're off right now.
Edit: Unless they were turned back on recently and I didn't notice... hmm

I mean
I kinda had to pick it

@Blueberry said:
You should've titled one, We Don't Heal, We Know How to Loop and Gen Rush
That's pretty much the adrenaline option, so I didn't include it as a separate one (besides, if you're not using adrenaline you're not really healing yourself).

@Kongtwenty12 said:
I said other because my main is plague who is both injure multiple survivors and ranged attacker.
Most killers fall into multiple categories. Do you prefer one aspect over the other or do you enjoy them equally?

*breathes in scratched mirror*

Especially if people who kill themselves on hook are included. Robs me of points as killer and just ruins the game for everyone.
-
He's just one happy boi

Myers has way more variety for builds. Vault Master, Jumpscare, Burger King, Massive Terror Radius, and so on.
-
Maybe not give gens a flat increase but add another objective to slow them down indirectly. Then nerf Ruin.

I was using The Spirit's wiki page as a reference for the speed. It must not be correct, since I see now that's the same speed as the Huntress. I'll edit this to say 4.6 m/s
Yeah Spirit and Huntress have the same speed.
Interesting concept for a killer, though it could use some mobility or map pressure since Clown has taught us that chase potential alone doesn't make a good killer.
-
I just don't like having to use it every game if I want the game to last longer than 5 minutes.

@BenZ0 said:
Legion and Leatherface are both the weakest Killers, and thats why they are underplayed as hell on high ranks. But Killers that are fine but underplayed, they are for an example, Ghostface, Plague and Hag. These Killers can be really strong on the right hands, but sadly the majority of the players dont know how to play these Killers well so thats why noone touches them unless for dailys.
Leatherface isn't that bad. I'd say clown is worse.
-
Didn't pick higher because "so proud" wasn't an option and I am now slightly disappointed.
-
Dedicated servers are coming, so that will probably fix them. Or make them worse.
-
Her basekit didn't need a nerf and I'm glad they only changed her add-ons.
-
*cries inside Myers mask*
-
Claudette is pretty much the only survivor that has a reason to prestige.
-
Fall. Don't have to deal with overheating, freezing, or constant rain. And as a WX-78 main, rain is especially bad.
