Jolt is a great idea gen regression that rewards for you for downing and doesn’t make you have to go to a gen. But, the limits are terribly stupid. These three changes can make it a viable regression perk.
- Remove M1 requirement the devs must see it’s stupid now, considering they didn’t have it on the Nemesis perks or Blood Favor or Third Seal anymore. This will make it viable to all killers in terms of any value.
- Boost range to 40 meters. 32 can’t even reach a gen on some this will help with map weaknesses.
- Reduce cool down to 30 seconds. Regression isn’t enough to justify 40 seconds. And this can give it huge snowball value.
-
I still enjoy killer better then survivor. It’s fun not needing to worry about “teammates” leaving you for dead after you take a hit for them.
-
Can’t nerf camping without reworking gens

From what I’ve seen Hillbilly, Hag, & Twins

Impossible

Wraith, Hillbilly, Nurse, Hag(kind of), Huntress(kind of), Clown, Spirit, Legion (kind of), Demo(Kind of), Slinger(kind of) Oni, Blight, Artist(kind of)
-
The game styles are so different outside of being the 4 v 1 asymmetrical game. They’re entirely different. So are they really competition if they aren’t even that similar? I mean new game sweet but all this DBD killer talk and New DBD talk is so repetitive and cringe
-
Ghostface
-
Still would prefer a periodic phase change
-
I go back for teammates with all gens done
-
I said it before the devs do listen and fix things it just takes them way too long. They make walking Nurse look like double speed Blight.
-
Map with good things like design and unique loops. But, gameplay was terrible. It neutered the fun powers. I had this map so much as Hillbilly and I hated every minute of it. It gave survivors a bunch of weak pallets with few windows. And gave killers hard to reach gens and difficult tracking. I think they should reuse the general layout but give it good changes

The zombies I honestly feel need to be ditched. With them there he just feels very lackluster. Like ditched as in replace.
Agreed. Nemesis shouldn’t be a threat because of some inconsistent AI with no input of a player’s skill. Or some light PH power. He should have some form of tentacle strike base with a dash. And a special ability to use his flamethrower or rocket launcher depending on the scenario. And remove zombies
-
He’s not OP. In many instances he’s pretty weak. And very boring for most and uninspired. He needs a rework to be more stronger, enjoyable, and like the real Nemesis.
-
Honestly if Legion was reworked to Freddy levels of power change not sure people would feel it like old Freddy. Current Legion is a boring power to face. Not really unique they run fast and stab a little quicker. Then get looped since they can’t chase. Compared to the unique more enjoyable experience of old Freddy. So Legion could be full blown reworked with much less criticism. So I do hope for a full blown rework into something more interesting liked promised in the trailers
-
Hillbilly
Very versatile does a bit of everything
Shreds pallets
Counters Hold W
Mobility
Instant-down
Console have a few hundred hours understand most loops and hit-boxes
Normally 2k without gen perks

The Thing: The ultimate in Alien Terror
Killer: The Thing or Shapeshifter (behavior name)
Survivors: R.J MacReady and Dr. Kate Lloyd
Maps: U.S Outpost 31 and Thule Station.

When his chase chains are buffed

It’s not that hard to deal with flashlights. And a squad that committed to flashlights is easier to beat.

CoH because winning with 0 skill involved is boring.
Well guess what. My teammates can’t even find totems until we’re all on hook.

How exactly would you have a changed her?
I would’ve preferred you periodically see her phase. You’ll be told she’s phasing because she’ll have a red glow and scream. The whole phasing you can periodically see her every so and so seconds. This way you can use that in your advantage show yourself then loop around to hit em.
-
Would’ve preferred Spirit was changed differently. Like I accepted the changes at first but I just now feel meh with this change

Why would you play that killer?
He has a bit of everything but not the best at anything. He has what Bubba, Oni, and Blight can do. But, Bubba has his instant down mastered, Oni curve/strafe mastered, Blight mobility mastered

We’re the few the proud

Temple of Purgation desert edition
-
Generator rework to make them more fair and enjoyable and have the killer not feeled force to camp or tunnel. Which then can allow for changes to camping, tunneling, slowdown perks, and second chance perks.
-
They’ll probably figure just make another mega Mid-Chapter that does do things wanted by the community. Or get some big license.

And yet, devs see this and decide that Cenobite is overperforming and needs a nerf.
At least they didn’t touch his base. Rip Hillbilly
-
RIP to the few Twins Gamer out there. I told people Exponential would not be strong. Then I remembered Twins and I was like ouch
-
As the like three people who like the realm beyond. And the near everyone who dislikes these maps. I hope all are finished next Mid-Chapter. And they said it’d resume

I've never understood the "they don't listen to the community" complaint. There's no evidence of that, unless you take them not immediately implementing popular community ideas into the game as proof that they don't listen- in which case, um, good, it'd be terrible if they implemented every popular community idea.
Like I said they do fix things it just takes too long. Like it took ages for key and Spirit changes that could’ve happened so much sooner

Another map that's way too big. It's like we've learned nothing.
It is beautiful visually though.
Do we got specific numbers?
-
@scenekiller said:
It’s aesthetically beautiful but WAY too massive for no real reason. Slower killers are definitely going to struggle.
What’s the comparison in size to Mother’s Dwelling?

Until gens are reworked also

They're only spending 10 extra seconds blessing instead of cleansing.
Also I don't think you can say they're "wasting time" by blessing a totem with Circle of Healing.
10 extra seconds will make a difference. Considering time it takes them to get back to a gen it can be more.
-
@Jago said:
Did 4 match with her, damn she feels weak when you're bad.
Like Nurse
-
Can work well since even if survivors prefer to boom it they’re wasting a huge amount of time blessing instead of cleansing

Survivors are still scared of NOED, plus they need to destroy totems for archives challenge and inner strength.
Wait for a Tapp in the lobby
-
Maps need to be shrunk and gens need to be reworked
-
They spawn in too stupid of spots

Dead hard used to be exhausted on the ground.
As Trapper main, I can make Overcome exhausted on the trap.
That’s why I don’t see it as a big deal for Trapper. If you hit them they’re likely gonna run out of your trap area and you wouldn’t want to chase regardless.

Yes

Hag is a weird one. She's one of my favorite killers but I only play her when I need a break from Plague and Pig. The thing about Hag is the more I play as her the better I get/muscle memory and perfect trap placements etc. all that jush. Hag is a 4D Chess killer and definitely not for everyone. When I don't want to think I definitely don't play as her lol
I do my best to not camp with her because that play style is dreadfully boring and unfair. Phantasm Traps should dissipate when placed near hooks or not be able to be place immediately around a hook in general like Pyramid Head's trails of torment. It promotes an unhealthy playstyle that literally no one likes. That being said I will trap a basement hook though because reasons.
But yeah, I have the absolute most fun on Hag when I use my jump scare build using Granma's Heart + add-on of your choice and: Tinkerer/Monitor & Abuse/Pop/Corrupt (You can change things around, Dark Devotion adds to the chaos). Scaring the daylights out of survivors with her is genuinely the most fun I have in this game.
I generally hate playing against her because most Hags camp hard and use unfun stuff like Franklin's + trap the dropped items with Rusty Shackles etc etc.
If they don't camp it can actually be pretty fun though.
Rusty Shackles is stupid

Cmwinter is actually the best pig player in the world or widely regarded as the best because before mmr he had a 150+ win streak or something like that so it feels bad to see even the best with a weak char struggle
Yeah I remember that. Before the dark times. Before the MMR
-
Seems like glorious Pig gameplay. So let’s see they said Legion and Ghostface were next in big changes. So Pig’s gonna suck for a while.
-
That camping potential is why I don’t enjoy facing Bubba too much. Which is a Bummer he’s fun to face in looping
-
To play as yes. She’s very unique one of the most and doesn’t need to care about gens going off on the distance. You have make a plan and seeing it work so well is awesome. No map is equals an automatic loss for her. And doesn’t need certain perks or add-ons
-
Wraith nerfs really?
-
And add more faces please. If a Bubba face vamps me I at least want him to look different
