When you are wrong, ran out of arguments but still keep going.
When you know the person was speaking from experience and thus wasn't wrong but continue to insult them because you don't like their answer. Based upon my experience I said what had happened to me, that's no different than people talking about things that've happened to them.
By your logic then everytime someone says something on here based upon their experience they're stating it's a game mechanic. Now see how your logic can be used against you in a very valid format? I admitted I was wrong but said i was talking about it happening to me.
Thus my statement was true and in no way did I ever state it was a game mechanic. That would be you and the other person who seems intent on using it to try and insult me.
Game mechanics are constructs of rules or methods designed for interaction with the game state, thus providing gameplay. All games use mechanics; however, theories and styles differ as to their ultimate importance to the game.
Gameplay bug in game mechanics is when something happens with irregularity or regularity thus disrupting the normal gameplay mechanics. Thus creating something that may appear to be a normal gameplay mechanic or something not abnormal.
There is no argument here. You either encountered a bug or mix things up.
Not saying that you lie, but the killer doesn't keep his add-ons.

It just rewards failure.
I've posted several times a fairer way to finish the match and keep it interesting until the end.
No one escapes Death takes up a perk slot and can be completely avoided before the last generator has even been popped and you have no way of knowing until at the last generator gets popped.
There is no perk that you need to put on to make hatch spawn. Unless your teammates are absolutely braindead there is no way you should at least not have to gens done by the time there's only one survivor left. -
Honestly I don't know why the devs didn't in just stick with the idea then closing that hatch would power the exit gates.
It made endgame perks a lot more desirable the only on the killer side but the survivor side to. I'm not just talking about the commonly used ones like noed, remember me and adrenaline
Wake up: to open up gate a lot faster which would help if they are closer together.
Hope: the speed boost could have really helped from getting one area to another.
Dark sense/bitter murmur: helps get the location of the opposing team allowing you to manoeuvre around them or catch them. -

They should drop the trailer Sunday or Monday.

Only the ones following DBD are aware of the stuff going on in PTB. There are a lot players who dont bother with that or streams
The only people who would have actively looked it up would be the people who followed Dead by daylight and those people would have already known what the killer is and what it involves from the ptb. -

what's that ######### idea? Because you dont recover from exhaustion while running. So you're permanent halflife, loud af but your exhaustion cooldown will reduced from 40 seconds to 20 while youre not running?I mean no mither needs a change that the killer can't predict it... because every killer starts laughing at the beginning of the match and will tunnel the ######### of of you and he will not leave you on the ground. not for idk 30 seconds. An important change would be to make it invisible for the killer. (you start healthy and after you're injured you stay injured with an extra icon which can only seen by the survivors)
An extra quality of life change would be something like a considerably increased selfhealing speed (like unbreakable). Or something like those speedlimiter addons "50% more points post trial"^^

If you want to be technical unlike Michael tier 1 all detection perks work against Freddy.
It's just that if you're not in the dream world Freddy and aura are just invisible to you.
It's why object of obsession, alert and dark sense can all go off when facing freddy even though you don't technically see him mainly because they are working on him you just can't see the aura. -
Will we be getting a buff to surveillance?
While I can understand why it was previously limited in terms of use now they're survivors have a lot more than generator tracking capabilities with deja vu maps and detectives hunch do you think it's possible that we could finally bump this killer perk up so it's not hot garbage.
By the way concept and the idea for the perk is absolutely amazing so you don't have to completely rework it, it's just a those 16 seconds are terrible -

Tunnelling the trapped survivor is not how to play her. She can counter pallet loops. That is something that almost no Pigs use but it makes her so strong.

Realise that in any game that has opposing sides the other side is not meant to make sure that you have a fun time the main priority is to win by any means necessary as long as they're not doing anything bannable. Suck it up and move on.
Whether that means camping or tunneling and if you're a survivor looping infinite or generation rushing killer doesn't have a chance to murder you.
That's your choice guess what it's not fun for the opposing party but you know what they need to do suck it up and move on.
I'm sorry even if I can't communicate if I see a bubba clearly standing right by your hook, I'm not going to be dumb enough to go for a save I'm going to do a gen. if whatever random teammates you have decided not to do that and foolishly go for a saved that's their own fault for being incompetent.
Lastly sorry but I'm not going to believe that assertion unless I see proof because if you are going against rank ones like you claim unless all the survivors you were going up against were potatoes I don't see how they didn't pop at least two gens -

If you find Amanda, Myers ,Doctor ,Clown, Hag Bubba and Freddy op
Explain why these killer are op. just saying that overpowered is really general thing it doesn't help isolate what exactly is overpowered about them.
Most of the time when someone doesn't explain why it's because they're not actually overpowered they just don't like facing them.
Also when you say ancient what the hell do you mean. If you're talking about Wraith, Hillbilly and Trapper then I'm really questioning the validity of your claim. Ruin.
I hate the fact that I have to equip it at high ranks as a killer and I also have to hope that it doesn't get destroyed in the first 20 seconds or it's going to be like I never brought it to begin with.
As a survivor the only reason I hate it because the people I play with don't just power through and spend way too much time looking for ruin so by the time they eventually find it people already dead or on death hook.
If I have to pick another perk it would just be unnerving presence.
Dear god this perk is absolutely useless it's literally the definition of noob stomper.
It completely crashes people who are new to the game but any survivor average or above can basically use this to their advantage to not only increased amount of greats they get but increase the amount of skill checks they received.
Unless you're the doctor using the perk without something like huntress is going to be more beneficial for survivors. -
Honestly on consoles at least on Xbox.
99% of the nurses I encounter are people just doing a daily.
1% are people who actually know how to use the nurse and end up destroying your team. -
Carbon fiber straps.
Is not worth being an ultra rare, combat straps pretty much already reduce it to 1 second and they're an uncommon add-on.
I would simply just make it increase her movement speed when crouched as well as decrease her ambush charge time.

If you want white ward to counter Franklin's and to protect the items you bring in, you have to change the concept of what a white ward does.fluffybunny said:Killer brings in a Ward, he or she are free to test and explore a new add-on without the fear of losing it to it being smacked out of their hand and dying before being able to retrieve it (or a "teammate" stealing it). Survivor doesn't have the same benefit if the killer uses Franklin's Demise and it doesn't feel all that fair.
What if the perk made survivors unable to use their item for a certain amount of time instead of knocking it out of their hand? It could correlate with a flat time or with an objective being done (like add a new thing a survivor would need to do to unlock the item).
The current version of white ward protect whatever item is in your hand when you die this doesn't have to be the item you bring in and it could be any item as long as it's in your hand.
( when my friends are trading very important items, high rarity or event items, we often use white ward's to make sure even though we die we still keep it.)
If you wanted to be a counter to Franklin's demise and protect your brought in item in general. When equipping a white ward you would be unable to drop your item whether by choice or force.
This way you beat Franklin's Demise and your item is protected however you can't pick anything new up whether it be better or not. Also you would be unable to drop it for somebody else if the situation arises. -

As a survivor you simply have to be alive when a special gen is popped even if you currently in the sacrifice animation as long as the gen is completed before you get the tally screen you earn a token.
That's why survivors have more, they don't have to be the one who completes the special gen to get rewarded for it as Killer you have to actively hook survivors on special hook. -
The point is it to punish survivors who work in the terror radius but it doesn't, why the fact is the perk is a noob stomper.slingshotsurvivor said:

Why nerf survivors if they can hit a difficult skill check? Just get rid of it all together if that's the case, problem solved.White_Owl said:Lately I found myself playing against a strangely high number of killers using UP and I noticed a thing: under the effect of the perk I'm able to hit more great skillchecks than usual. It's probably due to a combination of factors: with less forgiving skillchecks I focus more on the timing so I get better results, and the great zone is proportionally bigger in the smaller skillchecks, making it statistically more likely to hit the skillcheck in thegreat zone. I also noticed this was the case with other survivors.
In other words, Unnerving Presence seems to make skillchecks easier for experienced survivors.
I think something should be made to make the perk not an handicap in high ranks. The easiest solution would be to make the great zone affected by the perk, reduced or removed altogether, but other possible effects could be implemented like counter-clockwise skillchecks.
.When used against any competent survivor they can hit a skill check in fact you're literally just going to make it even easier to get greats.
This means using an unnerving presence by itself with no proper synergising perk like huntress (unless you're the doctor) outright benefits the survivors more than it hinders that is not what a killer perk should do.
This is actually a very good suggestion it makes it a lot harder for people to hit the skill check no matter what their experience level is, with this as I said before people who are already experienced with hitting skill checks can't use unnerving presence as free great material anymore.
So outright reduce/ remove the great zone or simply as the person above suggested make it go the opposite way to throw people off. -
Sure but Wraith and Freddy first.
Bubba can be buffed along with Amanda after those two.
-
If they were ever to implement the ability to mori without and offering or a perk they would have to limit it to a Cypress Mori.
That way people could get those annoying dailies that require you to kill a survivor with your own hand when you don't really use that killer but it would also require a lot of planning and luck on The Killers part. -
I think this would be hilarious af.
I already find it ridiculous that petite little 20-something Amanda can hoist David King on her shoulders like it's nothing but doing that to a overweight guy would be hilarious. -
I would say if you're removing all the boxes and traps make the aura range 18

She has a add on that hides her machines so the survivor has to take more time locating it.
The nurse Blink ability takes a lot of skill in Timing and predicting the survivors movements
Michaels Stalk ability takes time and sacrifice if the survivors know what they're doing.
Countering a killer vs countering a item is fair if the killer is decent he has nothing to worry about...
Leather face on other hand presses his ability instant kills a survivor and destroys a pallet at no cost
Michael wasted time and counters don't mean his stalking takes skill do you know what skill mean.

The Killers' powers for the most part controls their playstyle for example a doctor won't really be played the same way a Hag would.
However it doesn't matter what item a survivor brings as they all can be played the exact same.
just because you have a flashlight doesn't mean you going to go for saves or just because you bring a toolbox doesn't mean you're going sabo.
Tldr: Items don't really dictate gameplay but powers do. So no it won't be fair. -
Honestly one of the main things that kills it has a hex perk is for some reason they decided to give a notification that it's applied.
I think if you're going to keep it a hex perk either only give a notification once five stacks have been hit or just don't give a notification at all.
If you're going to stop it from being a hex perk then you probably might have to take away no warning sound and just severely reduced the warning sound
