Some of those sections become straight dead zones for survivors once pallets are removed since theres no windows. Also, the pallets can be zoned where the survivor doesn’t have much of a head start. I’m not saying it isn’t a tough map for killer but these are points I’ve been mulling since it went live.
-
It’s better. No issues playing yesterday.
I didn’t play a Huntress yet though.
-
They said they would fix his POV with the new chapter. So check back in April I guess.
-
Nope, not really.
-
Great theme for a thread; bad thread title.
-
I win a lot. I lose a lot too.
-
Agreed. DH most likely
-
It’s an offensive game by design. Let it go.
-
I used the search function and found this thread. I have had a massive drop in frames from this update. Oddly, not noticeable the first day of the update, but now it's pretty terrible?

You can't say that he's only improved when they nerfed/removed addons like old solvent jug, green ether bottle, garish make-up kit. He was buffed and nerfed but overall probably a small buff.
What we should talk about is if he was buffed enough or not.
Agreed. The brown to green addons were nerfed. The iridescents and purples combinations remained strong.

Can confirm the buses are glitched. The bus that can be walked through, non-window side, the entrance to the covered section is a fat shame for killers.
-
Third Seal was a clever thought. I hope it gets fixed.
-
All totems. Third Seal should’ve kept your tokens.
-
That OoO idea takes a lot of the abuse away. It’s no longer based on the survivors whim of looking. The killer sees you every thirty seconds, period. And that shared thirty second ping only happens while that survivor is the obsession. So no more four man Midwich OoO squads.
-
If that DS change happens, I’d be less inclined to smack down an unhooked player if I know they can’t do objectives.

There are places she cannot blink to or through. There are times when the Nurse ‘loses’ one or two blinks from her ability and makes a spammed noise loop.
Some of this, mind you, is inexperience with Nurse as her blink is very precise and if the blink would ‘land’ in an object, the Nurse blinks to the front of it. If that object is on a different floor, the blink keeps her on the same floor she was on.
But going back to the first point, there are literally whole second floors that cannot be blinked to on both the Crotus maps. Dead Dawg Saloon is hell for this too.
So some mixture of the last two paragraphs is why Nurse is especially tough.

My hag build is BBQ, M&A, STBFL, Whispers. Gens don’t fly when people are on hooks.

How is that "bait"? They bring up good points, how about you don't be so insensitive to others before you use harmful phrases like that?
No one should have to play this game and get triggered/reminded of something that might make them feel worse about their own body.
You’re the one posting kick the baby memes when the Twins released. And that’s okay.
“We all float down here. You’ll float, too.”

Well, you shot your shot.

Developers spent 30,000$ to create the Spirit. That included her powerful mimics, movements, etc.
They confirmed it in one of their streams some time ago.
That’s a pretty good deal for them
-
What?
-
Not trying to play (hiding in corners) is exactly how you don’t improve. So if we’re spending our matches like this and it turns out next match you still have just as hard a time? Surprised pikachu face
-
Not quite what youre asking but I have an internal debate about whois the strongest killer, physically. I think it’s Clown.
-
Whispers is a huge help to these kind of situations. Just knowing you're not wasting your time in a corner is a huge advantage in a time based game like this.

Hag is slower because her power gives her mobility in chase.
Billy's power doesn't really do that at most loops. If you want to understand why Billy is 4.6m/s instead of 4.4m/s like hag, play a few games with the purple Tuned Carburetor addon.
That’s a cruel suggestion
-
I do like the idea but worry about the coding. The oblivious status affect proves you can have ‘different’ terror radius for survivors.

next week... lame..
:((((((
-
That’s what resilience is for. And technically you should work less efficiently. Because ouchies.
-
Next week. I think Wednesday.
They usually have four to five unique skins. The rest recolors.
-
Bug reporting
-
They want you to feel the struggle.
-
Self Care is half speed because its half the survivors spending time healing. One, not two. It’s exactly where it needs to be.
-
👍 Not an argument here.
-
It is definitely not that killers caused it. It’s that survivors caused it all the way.
SWF is good just to know how well your teammates will do. You can get high level play in solo queue, but usually not. Your friends are less likely to crouch around the edges of the map and never touch gens.
Also, if your friends want to meme around, you’ll be prepared for that as well.
Then finally, I don’t play with friends who DC. This removes this aspect of the game.
Killers can do very few things wrong in this game imo. There’s a handful of bad behaviors but the lack of competitive play by randoms is what requires a SWF imo.
-
Barbecue and Chili
Monitor and Abuse
Corrupt Intervention
Whispers
BBQ and W to find survivors. Monitor to get closer, especially to puking survivors. CI because it’s quite easy to puke on just four gens at the match to get the infection rolling.
-
I’ve P3’d Demo and never knew this.
-
A proper lady requires an escort. Killers need to be more gentleman-ly.
-
Corn is more difficult for low pov/short killers.

I don't really agree with OP, but this is still very ironic coming from a bait master.
Couldn’t say master baiter?
-
A single engraving still moves so fast it’s hard to react. Just bring a heat mitigating addon and suffer like the rest of us.
-
He’s the first killer I mained. Him then Billy. I’ve been beefing him up lately collecting addons in prep for his rework. Plus one of his browns is going to become a green so I’ll have a ton of those if I keep going. I already find him competitive so he’s about to be buffed in a few ways and retain most of his higher addons.
-
I would remove Freddy’s base kit passives and have them reattainable by his standard add ons. His passives in one or twos are fine. The combination of like five passives are what makes him troublesome.
-
Just wanted to update. I’ve tried and seen that no gen regression works on every killer. Notable ones I was worried about, but was fine with: Clown, trapper, plague, twins.
Tracking perks and quick chases is the way.
My clown build for those interested is BBQ, Brutal Strength, STBFL, and Whispers. I saw one of the comments was ‘try this with Clown.’ No issues so far.
-
One of best moments in this game was not just P3’ingvevery killer, but also unlocking BBQ on each of them too. It ‘freed’ me up to play any killer without feeling inefficient with bloodpoints.
-
I think the Blighted cosmetIcs fill this role without the grind though.
-
Hillbilly - Beach boy shirt (or Blighted body), rabbit pants, and the Tome weapon.

You do receive an advantage in SWF. Sharing information is key, and if you actually look at perks and use logic, you would see that SWF is the equivalent of perks.
BHVR does not control discord. They only control grouping.
Therefore, the only solution(which must be implemented) is to remove strength from SWF to compensate for the advantages gained that are beyond BHVRs control. Grouping as two loses one perk on each group member. Grouping with 3 loses one perk and one add-on slot on each group member. Grouping as 4 loses two perks and one add-on slot on each group member.
Nothing must be implemented. The comms doesn’t make as much of a difference as you’d think. Telling your friends “I’m about to be downed by the killer” isn’t that helpful.
The disadvantage to the killer is losing a chase. The calculus is the same, comms or not. Down a survivor, hook them, find another survivor, hook them. All teams crumble to this.
If the killer’s not winning chases, it isn’t because people talked it into happening. They played better.
-
DS a problem for killers who are already losing their matches by their own play and decision making. Agreed about the cringe happening on these forums lately.
-
It’s a soft protest. A way of saying they didn’t like a circumstance within the game.
-
I f—king hate playing against Trapper. I always get trap PTSD the rest of the day. But Hag makes a lot of sense too since hooks are basically auto win traps for her.
