I'd rather they just give killers the Survivor hook widget.
The killer knowing how many times a specific survivor has been hooked obviously makes more sense and would be useful but the arguments I’ve seen against that version is that it could potentially encourage killers to tunnel that survivor. If a killer wasn’t paying attention or forgot who they’ve hooked then they’re less likely to target a specific survivor. Free info like that for a killer with their head in the clouds can heavily favour them.

Well I've had one match using new clown and he seems... Normal? I mean, I'm not a big clown player but he does seem better, esepcially the reload speeds. Can't seem to find a good use for the Speed gas personally. The UI isn't bad. One thing that really confuses me is the hook icon I got when playing as Clown. It just didn't seem to explain what that was all about and nowhere in the in-game help pages does it tell you either.
It’s a hook counter. There are twelve notches since the maximum amount of hooks a killer can get in a single match is 12. If 8 notches are red that would mean every survivor is on death hook assuming 4 are still alive or 6 notches are red but two are dead meaning the other two survivors haven’t been hooked at all yet.. that sort of thing. It’s supposed to help killers keep track I guess but I can’t see myself ever paying any attention to it.
-
I watched a rank 5 Jake today urban around the map literally the entire match. He had a toolbox and was also running saboteur. He periodically would sabo a hook then urban away but never once attempted a sabo play. The one moment he actually stood up and ran to pick up a slugged Laurie he was discovered because of his 2 seconds worth of scratchmarks and downed almost instantly. Meanwhile a second Laurie was stealthing at a Z wall so long that she got crows. Oh and to top it off I got to enjoy the majority of this as a spectator because I was farmed and tunnelled off the hook by the Spirit.. lollll...

This isn’t “average” but late last night 3 gens were left on Midwich and I managed to run the killer for what honestly felt like forever. No gens popped and I ran out of resources so I gave up. The killer clearly thought it was odd too because they dribbled me until I was free.. caught a glance of the Nea slowly going in and out of lockers so the killer and I went on a hunt. I locker hopped in at least 8 lockers without any luck so I wiggled my body to say “no” and started working on a gen and the killer went back on the hunt. I got about 75% of the gen done and then it happened. Nea got yanked out of a locker and got hooked. The Oni gave her hook smacks while I pointed and tbagged in their face (I don’t even tbag killers) then him and I proceeded our ritual nodding our heads while Nea struggled. When she died I waved at the Oni, walked to a hook and pointed at it for them to kill me and get the 4K. They refused so we went and found the hatch together. They told me after they had to search about 15 lockers lmao. Such a cool Oni and the whole scenario made my night.

I was legit dominating a killer game and all of a sudden it booted me back to the title screen and said my session had expired. Said i left the game suspended for too long but i was playing so that didnt make sense. And to top it off I GOT HIT WITH A DC penalty. GOOD JOB DEVS tell me im inactive when i am PLAYING then penalize me for it. How is this possible. Please get to the bottom of this.
Yea feels bad. The other day I had a quad iri 4 bbq stack game then suddenly had an error that mentioned my account and all that. Restarted everything including my internet otherwise the game wouldn’t go past the menu. Didn’t care about the pips but losing all my bloodpoints sucked.

Deathbound is nice imo. It works as a healing Discordance telling you where half of the team is and the Oblivious is just a plus. It works really well on high mobility killers like Nurse and Blight.
Maybe I lost faith in it earlier than I should have and focused too much on the games it didn’t happen to proc/payoff

I use and like it a lot right now
I like the perk too so maybe I’m just unlucky tons of games with so little procs.. Surge and Infectious for example has been far more consistent and reliable.

Wouldn't making it work with self care destroy the purpose of the perk? Its supposed to make survivors who work together be punished.
I personally find it more punishing to the Killer if there are 2-3 medkits. Also the fact that the perk has a distance requirement there can be times you’re lucky to have Deathbound proc once or twice even if you didn’t necessarily need the info.

They stated healing your team will not remove DS. It only counts if you heal yourself.
Best comment by far for somebody’s legitimate concern. Glad I found something valuable amongst all the clutter. Genuinely mean that.
-
There’s a significant difference between criticism and defamation (libel is written and slander is spoken).
Okay so then someone writes about how much of a douche they think I am because they dislike my comment.. another person may respond by saying they’re being a bit harsh since they think it’s possible I’m just a bit of a stickler with good intentions and maybe they even suggest to me that I ease up and recommend a different approach because it can be off-putting.
There’s a mix of opinions and corrective criticism. I may feel insulted but no false claims were made that damaged my reputation. If insults continue it becomes harassment.
However...
This is a forum with rules and moderators that have the right to censor, remove, or ban. I’ve been warned before for self-censoring curse words with asterisks because I was ignorant but the mod was really nice about it as they’ve always been. To be honest I’m not even sure if the word douche is allowed so it would be a little funny if I got the boot but it’s all good.
-
Since you said the counter dropped I’ll go ahead and say it was just the bug. It’s happened to me maybe 2 or 3 times where they had brand new parts/prove Thyself etc. The game just doesn’t register it for whatever reason but after the second gen is completed the counter goes back to normal like someone mentioned above. Unless someone figured out a cheat to mimic that bug which I highly doubt then it was 100% not hacks. Basically just a harmless visual bug that’s pretty rare.
-
People tend to make light of this type of scenario but it absolutely fits the criteria of taking a game hostage and not participating in normal gameplay that progresses the match forward. Not everyone likes whispers or shouldn’t feel the need to run it on the off chance they’ll face players that hide purely out of spite. Some survivors are very good at stealthing without getting crows for prolonged periods of time 40 minutes to even over an hour. Remember that all different ranks and skill levels play this game..
two survivors refusing to move the game forward by working on gens for 40+ minutes are well aware the killer is having difficulty and typically their goal is to force the killer to disconnect. A killer can corner a survivor for 20 minutes straight effectively taking them hostage and even force a disconnect.. sure sounds bannable doesn’t it... how is hiding and refusing to progress the game for 40+ minutes any different?

@Beelzeboop said:
It makes stealth killers barely viable.
A quick fix with minimal effort would be to reduce the range by half or more if the killer is Undetectable.
It shouldn't be that hard.
I’ve said this before in another post that spine chill can obviously be a buzzkill when it comes to stealth but literally 3 out of the four killers that can be stealth heavy are licensed (Myers, Pig, Ghostface). Without spine chill Dbd could potentially give off a pay to win vibe. Without SC survivors are only left with something like premonition. SC gives survivors a heads up against things like Tinkerer as well but if you’re like me you’re trying to work on the sides of gens with the most available sight while constantly moving your camera.
Would I be down for stealth to not be countered by SC? Sure why not but on the bright side it’s typically very easy to tell if someone is using it so that’s one less perk slot available for maybe something like Unbreakable or BT.
There’s something about spine chill that is often overlooked since it doesn’t usually impact the game much but it’s the increased chance at getting a skill check... tons of times SC gamers will hop off a gen knowing you’re on your way and wind up missing a skill check as they let go... if you’re lucky and that happens then you get super ghetto makeshift Surge value lol.

I don’t even know why I’m here. People have been complaining since 2016 and it’s only ever technically been buffed since tier 1 and 2 didn’t instadown. NOED is fine. I died on my first hook to a clown yesterday that couldn’t catch me all game. They had tier 1 Bamboozle and tier 1 noed. They get a kill, it’s ggs and I move on to the next game.. it’s honestly all good.

I love laidback killers you guys make solo a bit more bearable!
Boop the snoot still isn’t funny though
True but when I reluctantly enter a match to complete a Freddy daily I can’t help but giggle when I spam dream snares and the survivors continuously follow along to walk in them and scream to meme. Warms my heart when I’m told I’m one of the rare Freddys they’ve faced that just wanted to have a laugh hahaa.

PLEASE DON’T TAKE THESE SERIOUSLY THIS IS JUST FOR FUN
Trapper: If the trapper is not a clueless newbie he is most likely an otz fan and a try hard. I don’t say try hard as a bad thing though. They’ll try their hardest to win but aren’t toxic about it. One exception to this is Rogi mask trappers. These guys will play 4d chess and know what your having for dinner.
Wraith: Usually veterans or completely noobs. Respectable players who don’t try too hard but will destroy you without saying a single word post game. If they are running the sword weapon they will completely destroy you.
Billy: Most respectable players in the game. Won’t sweat but will still 4K and says GG WP no matter the outcome. Default Billys will always camp though from my experience.
Nurse: Classic sweat. Will defend nurse at any given time because she requires skill and think they are better than they actually are. Will 110% blame the game for their loss
Hag: A rare breed Hag mains are pretty chill people IRL. Good hag players are annoying to fight against but usually run off meta builds and will say GG in chat. Default hags will put 10 traps at the hook and DC if the person gets saved safely.
Myers: Hard to pin down one stereotype as there is so many of them but most of them think Myers is a lot better than he actually is. They will never give up chase in tier 3 even if it costs them the game.
Doctor: Most Doc mains are very respectable. They play fair, Don’t tunnel or camp but do always run meta builds. They will DC if you loop them for too long though. Will say GG even if they DC though
Huntress: Usually pretty sweaty and will use any tactic available to win no matter the toxicity. They’ll go for cross maps sometimes but miss all of them and will get bullshit hits regularly but call it skill. About 60% want Anna to crush them with her thighs. I won’t judge
Bubba: These are the kinda people that will do the most stupid thing possible and end up killing you because of it. Don’t take the game seriously and 100% have music on in the background so use that to your advantage. Will camp if you either looped the too long or teabagged them.
Freddy: This guy is either a Noes fan who runs dream pallets and is a cool dude or a blind meta follower who acts like he’s the best player since otzdarva because he got 1 4K on dead dawg saloon. From my experience non prestige are category 1 and P3 are category 2.
Pig: You still think boop the snoot is still funny(it isn’t) and you think ambush is actually useful at loops(it isn’t). Either that or your a saw fan who laughs at the misfortune of the now dead survivor since you brought timer and gears. 100% of the time they will teabag on hatch if your the last one alive
Clown: New clowns are just playing him for his perks and have no clue how to use bottles and act like they are playing a 115% move speed huntress. Good clowns are very scary and will make yo reconsider where you put him on your tierlist. The more cursed their cosmetic loadout the better they are.
Spirit: I will refrain from saying too much as I will get crucified by all spirit mains but you are either too bad to learn nurse so you compensate with spirit or you 100% want to ######### her.
Legion: How any of you can main them confuses me. You think they are a hidden gem of a killer but will get demolished most matches. You like BP and get pips even for 0ks. Susie legions are very sweaty though so watch out for them. Can’t forget all joey mains are really chill I love you all.
Plague: I’ll find out a stereotype when I meet one okay? From what I’ve found they are all playing her for corrupt and don’t know what her power does. Actual plague mains seem to hate dead hard from my experience.
Ghostface: You know that toxic nea stereotype? This guy is the killer equivalent. He will teabag you if you loop him too long and will abuse his broken stalking mechanic to get a free instadown. Probably has a folder full of art of Danny himself.
Demo: These are the nicest killer players period. They will say GG and compliment your gameplay even if they lose horribly. Not the best players but will outplay you hard at least once per game. Doesn’t take the game seriously at all.
Oni: Very chill people but they will slug a lot. Probably have a framed picture of infectious fright. Big exception is scalped topknot these guys are big BIG sweats and will 4 man slug at 5 gens every match.
Deathslinger: Complete wild cards. Not one deathslinger I’ve seen is the same from perks to addons. Only stereotype is that if the have moniter they 100% have double reload and will sweat for the 4K.
Pyramid head: You hate DS and think second chance perks should be removed. You probably thought his old 50/50 was fair and want it back. Bring his butt back BHVR pls!!!
Blight: If the blight isn’t running the classic blight build they are really chill, know how to use him well and won’t give you a chance at winning. If they are running the classic blight build(bbq, ruin, undying, tinkerer) they are using it to compensate for their lack of skill and has no skill with blights power.
Twins: I’m convinced BHVR have removed these guys because the last time I saw them was like a month ago. I really have nothing to say here.
I will literally let all 4 survivors live even if they Boop my Snoot at 4-5 gens to go. I’ll just stealth around the map racking up grabs or ambushes for fun, accumulate 4 stacks of BBQ and then get more Boops at the exit gate before parting ways.
Always down for laidback games when they show up.

If you turn Midwich into a 3v1 early then it not as much of a headache. No pun intended but if you happen to be running devour and get super hidden totem spawn there’s basically no hope for survivors.
Haddonfeild has two bungalows that you have to physically walk down into in order to hear even a 99% gen. I lost a Badham bungalow gens roughly 5 seconds after walking away because there was literally zero noise. Badham can have pathing that is just nutty strong for survivors (two story house that can chain to an alright pallet with a super safe loop a few meters away and then leading to shack... a survivor can exhaust the car pallet, upper floor pallet, bottom floor windows before even moving over to the setup leading to shack that can potentially chain another path to a house of pain bungalow). if survivors aren’t mindful though there are 3 gen situations I’ve seen happen quite frequently on Badham maps that essentially offers any Killer a checkmate. This isn’t exclusive to Badham but I see it happen from both sides quite often.
Personally I don’t hate farm maps, I just can’t stand staring at corn 90% of the match. Swamp maps are depressing/gloomy regardless of gameplay for me.
I’m indifferent to Coal Tower for example but still suffer from ptsd from a match a long time ago where I swear there were like 30 pallets that all chained flawlessly back to back lol.
I always rant too much.. anyway.. I don’t mind Ormond but I legitimately can’t see scratch marks.. oh and Yamaoka Bamboo can go suck a lemon lol✌️
-
Can we all just take a moment and appreciate the fact that so many survivors out there trying to use Object won’t be running around the realms awkwardly staring at edges of the map for 80% of their match...
-
I’m waiting for the day they make a Steam Punk killer. Maybe a multipurpose weaponized device that can be used to catapult from gen to gen or propel themselves over certain obstacles like a jungle gym wall or windows etc. The weapon itself could be like a sonic blast of steam that pushes the survivor into the direction of force and damage is caused when the survivor makes impact with a nearby structure or wall.. so it would have to be strategic since a blast down a straight hallway or open field would only give the survivor more distance and the Steam punk may have to propel or grapple themselves ahead in order to close the gap. There would have to be some sort of basic attack but I’m honestly just winging this so yea..
-
I wound up facing a “competitive team” according to their profiles in a public match the other night. I didn’t know until after I was facing self proclaimed esports gods lol. They had the whole object player setup going on. I was legit just playing killer because survivor queues were so long and ended up versing a confirmed 4 man “competitive” SWF. Kind of funny to be honest since I am in red ranks even though I’m mediocre at best and based on my killer skills I belong in like low purple to greens. They were really good and somehow I got a 2k, the match didn’t have any BM’ing.. occasional click click of a flashlight but that’s more of casual strat to attempt to take aggro.
I guess my rant is to say you do you and use the perks you like. Some killers like Rancor or Franklin’s while some survivors are indifferent to perks or despise them. If the game has perks you like then use them and have fun. To be completely honest your build is about as meta as you can get except you’ve got object instead of something like BT so it’s not like killers aren’t dealing with those perks in what can feel like every match. Object will eventually get changed so if you enjoy it then run it until you wear it out and ignore any negative gum flapping.
-
My experience ever since the last nurse change:
- Blink directly on a survivor and swing for my guaranteed hit only to hear the sound of my weapon smacking a bush that is literally nowhere in sight and having to watch the survivor continue on unscathed just before I go into my fatigue and inevitably die a little bit more inside.

As shown in the recent Q&A stream, we have a proposed rework for Object of Obsession and we really want to hear the Community's Feedback on this.
Please comment your thoughts, ideas etc onto this thread for us to gain as much information as we can with regard to the above proposal.
Keep it civil please and be as constructive as possible, otherwise your comments will be removed and your feedback then not heard!
{disclaimer - remember this is just a proposal for a change, not a guarantee that it will change or will take this form}
It looks really good on paper. I honestly haven’t sat down to think of every scenario but off the top of my head the pros and cons for both killer and survivor seem rather fair
Mix of pros and cons:
- prevents hard countering a Trapper setting traps or potentially calling out the location of a killer on the object users terms
- takes away the absolute control a survivor has of choosing when it’s convenient for them to use it which balances out the killer maintaining the “power role”
- The killer is able to recognize that a survivor is using object of obsession if the current obsessions aura is being revealed which opens up situations where the killer can decide if they want to intentionally accept a potential decisive strike from another survivor removing the intermittent aura proc or continue to keep the 30-40 seconds of aura on that specific survivor and plan around it
- If the obsession happens to switch throughout the trial they lose the ability to see the survivors aura every 30-40 seconds
- Survivors could plan ahead and hop in a locker every 30-40 seconds to prevent their aura from being revealed
- Object can be used to verify a variety of killer perks and even act as a makeshift Kindred if the killer is using BBQ for example
- Survivors can discover the killers perks over time such as a Nurses Calling or I’m all ears.. an example of this benefiting the survivor would be something a nurse, huntress, or Pyramid Head using I’m all ears.. if object were to proc auras against a killer like PH after fast vaulting then the object user has a small window to view the killers positioning and potential next move
- Very situational but 3 seconds of aura reading suddenly becoming available for a killer could be extremely useful on certain tiles and with certain killers.. even doctor for example could benefit from a convenient aura proc at the 30-40 second point.
- 3 seconds isn’t a huge amount of time so a preoccupied killer can miss out on the obsessions aura information many times throughout a match so a survivor may not need to worry that their location will be noticed by a killer nearly as much as you might expect
- Bitter Murmur isn’t that common but can be a minor trump card for a killer. Object notifying you of a relatively underused perk like that could give the survivor a bit of a leg up (these situations all follow the same line of object turning into a very powerful scouting perk)
I’ll end it there for now.
ps. New Object on paper has a chance to be considered fair and viable for tournament use. Just maybe.
-
I like infectious with surge. Especially when a a scream comes from a surged gen.. a good case scenario is if you down the screamer by the time surge is back and ready to go or pressure them off and decide what to do with the slug. I wouldn’t mind the tiniest of buffs to surge but I enjoy the perk as is too.

You know I honestly agree I had no issues with Billy the way he was and yet he gets reworked and yet killers that need it are being ignored but then again it's paid for content right Billy comes with the game so easier to rework a killer no one paid for than one they have
I won’t lie.. a part of me thinks changes to killers like Billy are intentionally done to increase the odds of people buying new DLC. Suddenly Billy isn’t as enjoyable so a percentage of players go off and buy Oni.. Nurse pre recharge was incredibly strong and fun to master but likely made X amount of people say why bother with another killer so players start branching out to let’s say spirit or Freddy because a recharge mechanic is now unappealing. Regardless of how strong she was and is.. she feels less elegant with the new kit.
I don’t think I’m too far off by theorizing that additions and changes are driven heavily from a business and profit standpoint.. cosmetics that cost as much as a chapter.. randomly Bruce Campbell appears with an egregiously broken perk (Mettle of man) that obviously had to be changed yet many people spent money on him solely for that perk but before you know it that perk is completely different. It’s difficult not to feel scammed when the merchant is well aware of the expiration date but kept you in the dark.

Not at all can't stand decisive I find it's a waste of a perk slot
So happy I’m not alone on that.. Sure there’s a chance I get farmed off of a hook but 90% of the time I get the heck out of there to stay safe and never come close to having to use DS. Basically end up being a 3 perk survivor anytime I try to run it.

I’d rather see original Hillbilly brought back and leave his new addons as is before anything else.. From his roar to his overheat.. it just feels depressing to both play and face in my opinion. Just doesn’t feel right anymore..

Alice would be eating Entity shrooms and shooting up blight serum to see if it will make her taller or shorter...
-
I’m just curious if inner strength will deactivate DS since lockers won’t but healing will... wondering how that scenario will play out.

Also to add this was all just for a fun theory.
Also in my opinion the game is far from dying. New players all the time.. some come and go but the game is still thriving.

Lets say you find the most talented pc players in Dbd.. there are console players that are equally skilled.
It’s like striving to be the worlds strongest or fastest.. there will always be people almost as good, equal, or even superior on any given day.
Most of the “this platform is better” talk is likely just parroting where it’s echoed about even if they’ve only tried one system or basing everything on a few experiences.
I don’t think it’s a big deal personally.. I’ve owned every platform/console over the years and one of the most common/amusing feuds over superiority is PlayStation vs Xbox but it’s meant to be a joke. It’s just personal preference.
When an issue actually exists.. that’s when someone truly believes they themselves are superior because they press R1 instead of RB or Space.. but that’s people for you.. some follow the beat of their own drum while others follow a herd and of course there are extremists as well..
-
I’m not a fan of a bot system.. I still think it would be better to have an option to potentially queue into games that had a disconnect and you gain bonus bps or something for joining late.
Dbd is pvp.. bots would suck the life out of the fun.
In private then sure, why not..
-
If I play on console it actually feels rare to have all 4 survivors from the same platform. It’s usually pretty split but a lot of pc players especially solo I end up being the odd one out. Playing survivor on console the killer is from pc over 90% of the time. I switch over to a steam account and the majority seemed to be from console and I was the rare steam player lol. Maybe it’s intentional so BHVR can keep track on how well crossplay is working?

I can typically only play 3-4 matches as Killer before I feel so ######### I have to quit or take a break. Many days I can't even work up the interest to even launch or play at all. I'll always try to have fun but I am tired of being a punching bag for others.
I can absolutely relate. Not to get too deep but I play games to escape depression and keep my mind distracted from the negative “what’s the point in living” thought cycle. Escapism isn’t the greatest strategy but it helps to cope. I love Dbd but unfortunately it’s not always laid back and can even exacerbate a downed mood.. we can inflict that same feeling on a real human behind a monitor simply by taking part in the activity, even if there was no malicious intent.. just wanted to enjoy the game ourselves, you know?
Those are the times a break is needed the most but since I still want to keep up with Dbd I’ll honestly kick back and watch Ohtofu streaming for some chill vibes or catch some YouTube vids of him, Otz, TrU3, ScottJund and so on.

Survivors and Killers both get in a routine of running the same exact build... even if its not actually as optimal as it could be. They usually just run the same thing over and over.
So here's my advice: try occasionally experimenting with swapping out perks in your build for alternatives to see how much you miss them and how good the new builds end up being.
On my Legion build, I became really attached to Ruin/Undying but with the nerfs on the horizon I tried other builds. Surge/Pop turned out to be very good for my playstyle and is probably the better bet for the future.
On my Survivor build, I decided to experiment with using Kindred more. Originally I tried swapping out Blood Pact, but it didn't work out so well. I actually ended up dumping Inner Strength instead. And the resulting build worked out much better than the old one, which I never would've guessed until I tested it out.
I started using Stridor on almost all my killers and it’s hilarious facing 4 iron wills and you can tell they’ve been relying on it heavily

But honestly, different killer MMR is a dumb idea. A rank 1 killer knows the mechanics of the game well enough that they don’t need to farm low rank survivors till they learn a killers power.
I took a few months off and was a rank 15 or something and still facing rank 1’s then the occasional green and yellow. Now I’m red it’s practically the same thing. The only issue I see happening if it’s killer dependant rating then survivors can just constantly sandbag themselves until they only face less skilled killers that they’ve been sandbagging themselves against.

I think that ds should not work if you get off hook and go straight in locker as they know they have ds.
then eat it and tunnel then out of the game..

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. I almost never run D strike because I rarely get to use it. I run away and heal etc unlike many players that force it by jumping in a locker or holding onto a gen or something silly like that. Even facing 4 strikes I almost never eat them unless I grab by accident instead of a smack or got stomped and it was a guaranteed exit gate escape situation.
The way the majority of people force it after their first hook practically promises the killer will tunnel you to death if they want because now they easily can.
Sure I get tunneled off hook once in awhile with an unsafe no BT unhooking but honestly I don’t know what killers people are facing because being tunneled to death is not as common as people make it sound. I’m in red ranks but I don’t know if that makes a difference and yes having an obsession in the match can make a killer consider DStrike and leave you slugged but if you’re not the type of player that forces DS with lockers or rushing the killer and other nonsense like that then I doubt you’re using it in most of your matches.

A good tip during chases where the survivor is about to go around a wall and you’re going to lose line of sight blink to edge of the wall instead of blinking through because a lot of times the assumption will be wrong and the survivor just hugged the corner and can run back from where you came which gains them distance.
Blinking to the corner you can regain line of sight and either blink again if they kept running or if they hugged the wall you’ll likely get an easy hit.
Hopefully that made sense.

Female: Piggy with the beige jacket. She’s got a cute tushy and an adorable stun noise
Anna because she’s as strong as an ox so you know she’s got your back and a strong woman is sexy AF
Charlotte because so what.. don’t judge me.
Male: Clown because he’s a big teddy bear and you know he’s probably a god at cuddling

It’s impossible to please everyone but as long as perks like bond and infectious fright remain untouched then I’m satisfied.

yes. the idea is if you buy the game on another platform where cross-progression is supported (only xbox to windows store yet as far as i know), then you can bring your progression, which includes all your characters, bp, shards, uric cells, etc. you should wait until the full details are revealed because nothing's really certain.
This is correct and hopefully consoles like the PlayStation will one day have cross-PROGRESSION but so far Sony and steam for example are cross-PLAY only. If you own it on PlayStation then but it on pc, your pc account will be completely fresh.
