DS is Op, because you need a other perk to counter it.

Even the developers admitting it's a problem so you're wrong. No debate, you're wrong.

Oh, you mean the same ones responsible for the new killer? The nerfs, the perks, the mending?
    The same ones?
    Cool.

If we’re basing the effectiveness on perks on how scrub players use them then there are no problems with any perks.

Of course that becomes a problem when you hit high rank and play good players and in particular SWF.

This team was Rank 1. And so am I.
I'm merely stating Decisive Strike hasn't been a problem for me, ever.

  • Like, if they get healed to the injured state from the dying state?

  • Happens to me with REALLY good jukers.

If all survivors are willing to unquestionably equip Small Game to deal with NOED, Distortion for BBQ, Unbreakable against slugging and BT against camping and tunneling without exception then we perhaps can consider that equiping Enduring to deal with 1 of 16 Surv perks is something that somewhat resembles an argument when looked at through very thick fog, by a blind person.

If not, you are just hypocrites* and i will dismiss you like that.

    Fixed.

Total falacy of logic. Enduring is something I love running and I am not doing it for DS. Enduring is great for stuns in general. You are talking about having survivors run 4 perks to specifically counter gameplay, yet you make a weak comparison with Enduring? lol

DS should be limited to one person per match. That is how you fix it. That, or make it so anyone with DS merely slows the killer's movement by 20% when being carried. Means you hit a hamstring or something. Fixed.

Flawed logic. In a 4 man Solo Play, who and what decides only 1 person can carry DS? And why would that be fair?
Enduring stuns me for 1 second, instead of 4 seconds with Decisive Strike.
Same with Flashlight Stuns, Pallet Stuns, wiggle free stuns.
I don't have a problem with DS nor I've ever encountered one.

If the survivor was smarter she would've ran to the window and looped around that pallet fir a while therefore prolonging the chase. However at that point it didnt really matter as 1 was already dead

Then it isn't the perks problem.
As you can see, the perk was used against me AND the outcome was to my favor.

  • @Blueberry said:
Watching a bad situation DS moment along with a survivor being stupid doesn't show us anything. Enduring had nothing to do with the outcome there either.

No, no, no....you can't say that.
If you say every time someone downs is because it was situational, then that isn't the perks problem, it's the crappy player or the crappy survivors.
The perk itself isn't a problem.

I know that Freddy is one of the weaker killers in the game but honestly I don't think he is the worst killer there is.

If freddy isn't the weakest killer I wonder who it is.
What killer is worse than a killer that can be deny picking up a survivor because another one is healing him under their nose?
What killer is worse than a killer that find a survivor breaking his totem and has to wait will the survivor break it in his face because he can't do anything about it?

Before the exhaustion changes, playing survivor was really easy. Some people can disagree with this but it is almost like a fact.
Back in the day, almost everybody was able to loop good enough to not be stealthy. Even if they made a mistake, they would get their sprint burst and go to the barn or something.
After the pallet vacuum removal, exhaustion nerfs, main building nerfs, window vault nerfs, loops become more and more dangerous and some survivors switch to the stealthy mode.
Freddy might be the best killer against stealth, even better than the doc. This is why he is not as terrible as he used to be. When you put the stealthy survivors to sleep, they start to waste too many pallets and don't leave anything for the good survivors. If he can also put other survivors to sleep and waste a good amount of pallets, there is not much thing to do against him.
This is why he is not as bad as people think he is.

    That wasn't the question.

    WHO is worse than freddy?

    Pig

    yea pig is ass

    I beg to differ.

  • More Gens should spawn if there are less than 4 survivors. Come on....it's so unfair when one doesn't make it.

not a huge fan of decisive, cuz im not a [BAD WORD].

I don't like DS because i'm not a big fan of a 1 time use perks, neither of end game perks (the only one i like is adrenaline though), but in my personal opinion DS is fine and people are making a big deal out of it.

Adrenaline shouldnt wake you up, Wake Up should. >_>

But hey! Adrenaline does wake you up in real life.

  • I want his changes to go something like this:
He starts to put you to sleep, during that time he can harm you, but when you're fully a sleep and in the dream realm, you're exposed. It should take about 20-30 seconds or so for the transition.
You cannot be woken up before entering the dream realm, but you can obviously get woken up after that.
Syringe wakes you up as well.

I don't know, I'm trying to find a balance here.

  • I'm a casual Claudette survivor. She's awesome.
Started with Self Care, then leveled up Nea for her Urban Evasion and Balanced Landing.

Since when could you get banned for farming?

DBD is full of it. I thought the major complaint is that not enough was done to tackle it.

95% of claudettes you come across will pull you off the hook to save themselves. I've had it happen many times as survivor and I see it happen all the time as killer.

It would be considered Purposely Losing the Game. Anyone pissy enough can send a report.

I don't get it! I've never ran DS and I play against R1 players with it. I don't understand the hate this perk receives.

You just chased a skillful player down for like 2 minutes.
Now you have to do it again.

The games chasing is broken and DS encourages looping even more.
So in total you might loose just because of DS.

    I count to 10.

Try dropping them, or face your back to a corner to corner them when they fall, or spin when you carry them.

Yeah its the same thing provide other people know your entire build and the killer not be able to see profile/names of survivors. Totally the same thing
    (?)

Most people would like to see killer perks hidden post game, killers shouldn't be able to see survivors names so they don't dodge to cherry pick their lobby.

Hey let em check that profile, well they've got all the achievements so better dodge, I don't like them because they've got x achievement done so dodge etc.

    I think Nurse is fine.
    She has no Ultra Rares.

An additional blink can already be considered an ultra rare addon. This greatly facilitates the gameplay of the already very powerful killer in the game.

Nurse's Ultra Rare would be something like...
Reduced her Blink to 1, but can see Auras of all injured survivors.
Take my Ultra Rare. Amanda's Letter.
Takes our Reverse Bear Traps, we can only carry 1 but while crouched we can see all Auras within a 12 meter range.
An Ultra Rare takes something important, and gives something godly.

all you do is run in circles in the corn then start walking the killer will be so confused following the scratch marks you have a free escape its bullshit really
