Ghostface, Hillbilly or Freddy. Remember, kids: if the killer is viable, they aren't fun to verse! /s
-
That's at least 2 people not doing gens in exchange for a 3 second stun. I'd say that's fine.
-
I would imagine it will come when Deathgarden comes to console, which might not even happen. Just have to wait and see.
-
I just want an iridescent coin that spawns 6 extra chests
-
I try to play well and enjoy the match. If they're teabagging little chumps I'll usually facecamp the last person.
-
Shadowborn
-
Scratched mirror was never about chasing people. It's about getting the drop on people who move from place to place looking for gens. If a tier 1 Myers chases someone from pallet to pallet he's gonna lose. Spine chill gives you an edge, sure, but Myers is like 7 feet tall. It's not hard to figure out he's onto you
-
They really need to scrap his power and come up with something else. Feral Frenzy wasn't interesting to begin with. Any killer can run and stab.
-
Fat chance, nerd. This comment brought to you by the Ace Gang.
-
Hitting skill checks. I was too much of a coward to really show myself to the killer so I didn't loop much at first.
-
I see this post every single day and every one parrots the same things over and over again. You blokes ever heard of the boy who cried wolf?
-
Stalking is and was one of the best and most original game mechanics bhvr has come up with. No thank you.
-
Poorly designed maps
-
People think they're really funny when they sabo my hooks. Luckily pop goes the wheesel ruins their event gens so I guess it makes us even.
-
Try using shadowborn. It usually fixes visual issues.
-
I've been playing the Nurse a lot lately. I'm a console peasant so I had no reason to take the time to learn her, but the plaid flannel being a common addon made her way more accessible to me.
-
There are far more killers who need buffs than there are who need nerfs.

Some DC's just show what the game is lacking. instead saying stop dc try come up with solutions or thoughts of the cause. I cant blame killer dc's if he's up against some swf trolling 4 purple flash prove thyself adre etc stuff. also cant blame survs if they face prayer beads noed ebony mori spirit kinda killer.
Stop making excuses for people who DC. Doesn't matter the circumstances. People who do it are petty and childish.

Learn how survivors path. All maps are different but there are routes most survivors will take, whether they're in a chase or otherwise. Choke points, pallets(sometimes), Windows, hills/stairs, dropdowns, and main buildings are good places for traps. Ruin is crazy strong early game and let's her set up traps relatively peacefully.
-
I haven't gone against it but I can vouch for its strength. It pisses people off really bad, though. Ragequits are likely
-
Thompson's House and rotten fields are worse
-
I run surveillance and pop together quite a lot. Helps me shut down progress pretty effectively.
-
It's just a natural part of them being first. Sub Zero, Scorpion and Raiden were some of the first mortal kombat kharacters for example, and they eat up those games' spotlight almost completely.
-
Good power idea: he jumps into a locker and can teleport to other lockers at will. When he jumps out, he has the undetectable status effect for a good chunk of time. He could have some passive bonuses to make up for having a power that doesn't help in a chase. Something like the faster vault speed and longer lunge Myers gets.
-
How dare you. Plunderer's is my life.
-
We need a lot more indoor maps imo. Haunted mansion would cool, but I would like to see a pyramid, prison, school or even a mine.
-
No mither should let you heal up when the last gen is popped. That way you're rewarded for playing well despite being at a disadvantage. Would pair really well with adrenaline.
-
Bbq is technically pay to win. Or at least, pay to grind. I think that more killers should be given in the base game but I'm sure that they make decent money from people who don't feel like waiting.
-
I kinda don't think so because the masks are integral to their aesthetic. Then again, nurse went forever with a covered face, before she got the Valentine's skin which shows her entire head. Definitely possible but who knows.
-
Billy or Freddy. Nurse is useable but she's wholly add-on dependent now.

I question this. BL would only pop once in a chase, so they can't keep reusing the loop if BL is crucial to it.
The 75% fall recovery let's the survivor loop that window several times after the speed boost BL gives wears off. There's a specific way to fall that gives you more distance than the killer can make up for.
-
I think they're taking a look at Haddonfield next. Personally I'd like to see a complete overhaul of the Coldwind series of maps. Corn vision is atrocious and many of those maps have numerous insanely strong loops.
-
That would be pretty cool to see. After the Demogorgon became a killer, we could in theory see anything at this point. I can't even begin to imagine what the power of Anubis would be, but I can tell you right now I'll flip my lid if we get an indoor pyramid map :)

Bhvr: the Spirit is overperforming Considerably, she will be nerfed Tremendously. /s
Transparency goes a long way. A lot of these discussions feel like echo chambers. Everybody already has their minds made up about how they feel about the spirit one way or another. I pray the devs keep a level head, and make necceasry changes without gutting her power.
-
I agree somewhat. The nurse changes were necceasry, but the cooldown was not. They artificially made her harder to play by making you sit and walk around waiting for your blinks to come back, giving the survivor a ton of time to just hold W and get away. As for spirit, she needs tweaks. Most definitely. Prayer beads and phase collision is it, though. If they make any changes beyond that, I will be disappointed to see that the devs really are pandering to people whining about her. And as for doctor, he NEEDS to be buffed. Or reworked entirely. His entire playstyle is janky as hell and he's 100% add-on dependent (so is the Nurse now funnily enough). I trust they'll make him better. Freddy was an amazing example of what they can do. Hopefully he wasn't a one time fluke and they can give doctor the same treatment.
-
Hag most definitely. Excellent chase potential. Clown is next best choice, though. He has good perks, mostly, but his kit isn't as strong as it seems. His chase potential is also good, technically. But he has no real map pressure.
-
you could have a killer with a flame thrower, that works kinda like plague. They light you on fire, and you have a certain amount where you can extinguish it. If you can't do it in time, you lose a health state or get injured. Might be crazy strong so the killer would probably have to be 110%.

What? I thought they removed Freddy Aura vision already.
He doesnt see auras. Sleeping survivors glow brightly to show that they're actually asleep. It makes it impossible for stealthy survivors to effectively hide in bushes, against dark walls, around gens, etc.
-
I got it last December for like 7 bucks. Definitely worth it
-
Clown can end chases quickly, but he has no map pressure or snowball potential. If a survivor runs from loop to loop, he'll get all the pallets gone, sure. But 2-3 gens will pop and by that point it won't really matter. I love the Big Man but he's just not that good right now. Dearly needs some love but there are other killers who need attention first.
-
Freddy hard counters stealthy players because they glow brightly when sleeping. If you're having trouble with vision, try running perks like Shadowborn or monitor and abuse. They both raise your field of view making it much easier to find people.

It could be a year before it comes back, it was off the shrine on all other platforms for ages until a few months back. They should not have made it so obvious they were avoiding giving us the opportunity to get it through the shrine on Switch.
I put up with the bugs, I put up with the constant nerfs based on people whining for one side or the other but this is the crappiest thing they have done as far as I am concerned. Always said that it is all random what appears on there, they don't withhold things on the shrine and then blatantly withhold BBQ from Switch players.
It definitely isn't random. Bbq has been up on the shrine, what, maybe 3 times? Meanwhile perks like wake up and streetwise show up every other week...
-
Her blink recharge speed should be increased by a bit. I love her new addons, though. Especially Spasmodic Breath. I can't help but giggle like a maniac when I hit someone and start hovering as fast as trapper. Most fun I've had with the game in a while.

Just want to be sure that it's not a medium vault: is it when they take a bit of distance before going towards the window (fast vault, where one arm is used to jump the entire thing, momentum is kept) or the 'medium' vault which isn't that much slower, but leaves them much more vulnerable? it only prevents the former and used to be much stronger back at introduction I hear when mediums were slower.
It looks like they're fast vaulting. They fly over the window like they're not being slowed at all.

That's Xbox for you. Tons of toxicity with no skill to back it up. I had somebody telling me to kill myself for using noed and blood warden. Survivors pudding is salty for a reason ;)
-
Not really stress. But I do have moments where my heart starts racing. More of a thrill than anything. I wish the game was more suspenseful.
-
Ace and Huntress
-
Billy's fun but boring at the same time. I'm addicted to nurse with spasmodic breath atm.
-
I would like to see a perk that causes you to have a rolling terror radius. Meaning it slithers between 32m and as low as 8 meters every 2 seconds, probably within a chase. Might be a dumb idea but I bet it would disorient people, especially on indoor maps.
-
Just don't get downed 4head. But seriously. If you don't like being camped, try being stealthy. Claudette gets a bad reputation but she is the best when it comes to remaining undetected.
