  • I'm praying for the entity will see fit to bless me with Mad Grit

  • Just run make your choice so they can't complain ;)

Freddy is a lot like hag in that if he gets a basement hook, nobody's getting out safely. I get chills every time i see a gen on the killer shack basement.

  • I'd prefer to see a pretty lady outfit with the makeup covered skin mask

  • Yeah tombstone takes too long to get going. Plus you're basically forced to run tuft of hair as well so it takes even longer. It can be really strong on certain maps and perk builds, but there's a reason you won't see it much. Tombstone piece is a bite sized version but it's arguably stronger. You can get jumped by a tier 2 Michael with monitor and dead rabbit, then be dead within seconds if he can tier up and you can't reach a pallet or window in time. It's a high risk high reword series of add-ons,but you can jump into a locker and he'll be forced to hook or slug you.

  • Favorite map as survivor and killer is the Game. Least favorite killer map is Thompson's house, and least favorite survivor map is Autohaven in general.

  • Otzdarva. Funny guy, good attitude, level headed. Takes things seriously when he needs to but knows how to have fun.

  • I imagine he'll be a Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde type killer, meaning he'll have a stealthy passive mode and can transform at will. This could all just be a teaser for the spirit changes they had in store, though... the lack of a sword could be some cheeky symbolizing of Rin being disarmed. Who knows.

  • I mean, if you run both the pen and victims detailed route, that's a 16 second cooldown. He's like the wraith on steroids.

  • May the entity see fit to bless me with Mad Grit.

  • One of the swords has been removed... I know it sounds weird, but, Daddy Yamoako slices the competition? Bet that would be a funny conversation between Rin, her father and the entity lol

  • Charms should have been minor cosmetic accessories. Like gloves, hats, facial hair, tattoos, etc. Charms, for the most part, look tacky and awful.

  • I mean, you can already instantly down them and hook them either way. Evil Incarnate is supposed to be hard to get and shouldn't be tried unless you have good perks and a good map offering. Buffing tombstone is not something Myers needs.

  • Legion in general serves no purpose right now. They're effectively an m1 killer with limited wallhacks. Their entire kit needs to be built from scratch and that takes time, just like with Freddy.

I know you mean a sixth gen that has to be done but I was thinking what about a perk for survivors that spawned an extra gen (basically spawn with 8 gens but still only have to do 5).

That would completely destroy late game gen defense.

  • It's fine as it is. If you're really putting that much pressure on people, then that ds isn't gonna matter too much. Plus it means they can't use it again.

  • I agree 100%. I've pretty much stopped playing since I finished the first level. 1 week apart would leave you with plenty of objectives and plenty of time to do them. That way you're not forced to play killer when you want to play survivor or vice versa.

Make it generate in a 32m radius around the killer iregardless of chase status.

Make the icon not update until entering into a chase with the killer (therefore not giving away the killers location if there a stealth killer)

Allow for more then one Pebble to be stacked (ie having up to 3 be able to be generated.)

If the pebble lands within the radius of an interactable, let's say a 4m radius (read locker or vault space) it will lock it's notification icon to said space, and leave the scratch marks normally. This will make the pebble more convincing.

If the killer is hit with the pebble they will make the stun sound. No actual stun just the noise, which will make it potentially useful for revealing a stealth killer if a little unintuitive and also allow for memeing.

Possibly allow it to be aimed or have at the bare minimum an arc that depends on the height/angle the player charecter is looking forward, with also a highlight showing the arc of where the pebble will land?

Low-key pls buff pebble I love the concept but want to make it both more useful and reliable with more fun to use

I like your idea, but it may need a cooldown period between throws. Otherwise you could toss them quite a bit and it would probably be pretty annoying as killer. It would have it would work a lot like a survivor variant of whispers actually. You will always know if they're within 32 of you. I dunno if that would be broken or kind of cool.

  • Brutal Strength, sloppy, ruin and pop are really nice. Gotta run decent addons tho

  • I love nurse a lot now that plaid flannel is easy to get. The blink recharge feels a little unnecessary but if you're good with her you'll barely feel it. Also, isn't spasmodic breath a 60 second effect? I swear it lasts forever when i use it but i dont read addons much anymore. It's really funny to see and use but it neuters your deviousness point gain.

  • I liked the idea of finding fuel cans to work on gens. There could be 7 spread around the map, and once a gen is fueled up, it can be worked on by anyone at any time. This would increase the time to complete the main survivor objective, without actually increasing gen completion time

  • I'm sorry, I had a whole friggin essay written about my idea for Clown but my Google app or maybe the site itself totally gave up and froze. Basically it involves the clown using a drug cocktail made up of trucker speed, Nicaraguan cocaine, energy drinks and nicotine to make the ultimate Rage inducing drug. He injects or drinks it and laughs loudly, possibly map wide for balance, then sprints forward at high speeds but with limited control. Would be very similar to the mechanics of billy's chainsaw but without the 1 shot down. This would require some new addons most likely. I think that he could be a top tier killer with some map pressure, alongside the chase potential of the afterpeice tonic.

  • Hag will be the queen when Spireh gets messed with. I'm surprised I don't see more people complaining about her. "I shouldn't have to run urban evasion just to counter 1 killer!1!" I agree with your list but I'd bump Myers down and pig up. All those killers have a similar level of power. Demogorgon I don't know about since I don't have him. He seems like a weaker hillbilly but being with Myers and plague seems fair.

  • Discordance is pretty reliable. People love to work together when gens are going slow. Run it with ruin, pop, corrupt, thana, dying light etc. They make people want to work together to circumvent the slowdown. If you're tired of discordance, I'd reccomend whispers. It combos well with ruin and corrupt intervention. Great for most killers; wraith, clown, and bubba don't get much use out of it.

  • I think it has to do with the fact that lunge speed is the same for all killers. It stacks with your base speed I believe, so 110 killers are technically slower when lunging but that 5% isn't too noticeable. I always misjudge Demogorgon and clown. Their size makes me think they'll be slower than they actually are.

  • Whispers, pop, surveillance and corrupt intervention.

  • The only 110 killer I enjoy is Hag. I never wanted to get legion when they were 110 percent speed and after the changes they got I wanted to avoid them for different reasons.

  • You can body block the hatch though which is nice. Nurse can blink right on top of it and the survivor can't really get through her hitbox.

  • 16-24 meters would be nice. As is, you're better off running perks like whispers or nurses calling and using different addons altogether. Piggy has a lot of terrible addons, sadly.

  • I used to be an avid user of spine chill. It was funny to have it never go off and I'd just be sitting there wondering where the killer is... then I hear the Halloween tune go off and realize my mistake. The change isn't too crazy but I don't feel like it was necceasry. Myers was already undetectable in tier 1, so the undetectable status effect making him more detectable is honestly hilarious.

  • If think that every killer is fine as is then I can't believe that you've played them extensively.

  • Just don't get downed 4head

  • I think her terror radius should shrink more quickly when crouching. 4 seconds is a long time and it can easily alert people you're trying to creep on. I'd also argue that her dash should have no slowdown when charging, or no growl. She's pretty solid but I feel she could use with a few tweaks to make her more optimized.

  • You want to run loops really tight so she has a hard time infecting you. Good plagues will just tag you and leave you, though. Cleansing is okay but you have to do it far away from where she is. Ex: cleansing across the map from a basement hook could draw her out making a rescue easier. You can also cleanse after all the gens are done, but this could quickly K.O. your teammates.

Those people are called "trolls", but I would take it a step further. Anyone who sets out to ruin someone else's day, or experience is nothing but a bully. In this case, a "digital bully". It takes a truly low person to do such a thing. I believe their toxicity is a reflection/result of their own lives being...let's just say, subpar. In other words, I'd say it's a release for them. It is best to ignore them, as they are trying to get that oh so satisfying angry reaction out of you. It is their reward, so you must not give it to them. Reacting to them is like pouring gas on a fire expecting to put it out, it just doesn't work.

    "Digital bully"

    Nice meme, dude.

  • This is why the devs are hesitant to make big changes. They have to walk on eggshells with the dbd community. Buff killers/survivors, nerf killers/survivors, add new mechanics, killers, perks and you can guarantee someone will be complaining on the forums/twitter/YouTube and so on.

  • I've had several lowpoints where I'll stop playing the game altogether. Used to happen during bloodhunts but recently I started to hate the game after I got the rift pass. Made me thing really hard about the state of the game and whether I should keep playing or drift to something else. Right now I'm okay with it, but I don't know for how much longer.

  • I just unlocked the trapper mask.

  • I think I'm gonna get him whenever I get my cells back from the rift pass. Hope his perks get buffed a bit.

  • Plaid flannel makes her very enjoyable on console. Helps me get good blinks. Waiting for blinks to recharge is really annoying, though.

Not at all, because when the only objective survivors have is using head on over and over again just to be annoying as #########, gens do not matter anymore; I once played with a team that told me in post game chat that they didn't care about gens, so that means they just cared about being a pain in the ass.

But the gens still matter. They are the survivors' MAIN objective. If they don't do them, they lose. So what if you eat head on stuns? It's not like they're personally insulting your mother or kicking your dog. They're locking you in an animation for 3 seconds. Getting mad about head on is like Getting mad about a DS or surprise pallet stun. It's not game breaking or indicative of bm. This whole thread is the equivalent of Survivors complaining about tunneling and camping. Completely self centered and non sensical. I'm done with this thread as well. It was fun chatting, everybody.

Not it won't. It's boring and annoying as ######### to play a game like that. Like I said before I seriously could careless if none of them are touching the gens when all they're doing is coordinating head ons over and over again with the only porpuse of making the game as annoying as possible for the killer for the lulz. I play this for fun, not to get frustrated and bullied for the lulz, but if that's what dbd is all about, then I suppose camping and tunneling the ######### out of someone just for the lulz is also acceptable, right?

If you guys are getting frustrated when the survivors aren't pressuring gens, that is a YOU problem.

I am talking about a separate person doing the head on stun that gets in a locker in a different structure than the one I am currently in. You are talking about the person I am currently chasing jumping in a locker. Please follow the conversation.

Please quit complaing about a balanced perk.

  • @Rydog said:

I can't believe this is still going.

It's an exhaustion perk with a cooldown, and it takes time to charge. People hiding in lockers and using this become predictable, and aren't doing objectives. This is such a non-issue that I don't know what else to say.

Not much that can be said. I'm genuinely curious if they'll change their opinion or stick with it.

there is literally zero risk of an insta down in this situation are you kidding me? how am I supposed to magically know they're in a locker ahead of time unless, like I already said, I respect every single locker I am forced to run by during a chase?

If the survivor messes up and jumps in early, they're dead... that's why the perk is risky. Once they use head-on, you should be aware of their plan and can punish accordingly if they take a suspicious route. It's better than what most swfs do anyway. Most just run dead hard and adrenaline then rush gens. Head on is fine and balanced I'd say because it's high risk with mixed rewards.

  • Basically non-existent. Get matches within seconds of queuing up. Rank 1 Xbox. Solo survivor can take up to 2 or 3 minutes sadly

  • I think self care should give you stacks but it shouldn't be affected by autodidact.

  • I've noticed this too. The black hair cosmetic the hag has used to look tacky as hell. Like a poorly dyed wig. Now it actually looks like hair and you can see all the little strands sticking out. Blew me away.

Completely wrong way of looking at it.You still have 2 people doing gens, but you also are guaranteed to lose the chase. How are you supposed to win if you lose every chase?

You guys are severely overplaying how strong this tactic is. They are wasting tons of time messing around with you. And you really dc'd because somebody head on stunned you? Isn't that a little unsportsmanlike? It's not like a 3 second stun is gonna lose you the game. If you were gonna lose, you were gonna lose. Head on wouldn't change anything.
