Hi, welcome to the forums!
I’m sorry to burst your bubble but rank doesn’t really mean anything, you don’t get awards from it other than bragging rights and camping/tunneling killers!
It doesn’t matter if you live or die. Whenever or not you pip is decided by how many things you do while you’re in match such as doing generators, hook saving, healing, cleaning totems, & etc... As long as you’re doing those things, you should have no problem pipping up. It is VERY easy to pip.
Also, from what I’m reading, the killer caused you to depip because he camped you, which prevented you from doing the amount of stuff you need to do in the game.
After you escape/die in a match, switch to the emblem screen and it’ll tell you exactly what was needed to pip up and why you didn’t pip up.

No. The only DLC that is free is “A Lullaby For The Dark”. You have to buy the rest of the killers.
In the game, in your bloodweb on any killer, you can grind to try and get an ultra-rare add-on called a “splinter”. It will allow you to try a killer out before you buy the DLC.
I’ve never tried a splinter offering, so I have no idea how long it would take to appear in your bloodweb. -

If you’re playing on PS4, DBD was free not too long ago... Noobs are everywhere including in the red ranks. You can blame the devs for that since they completely messed up the ranking system. Way too easy to pip now.

The Summer BBQ event was an entire seperate event. It was an event to earn exclusive cosmetics (which looked lame).

Yes, I know it’s the truth but instead of continuously screaming and complaining about the problem, how about start giving feedback on how they should fix it? Killer’s are starting to get buffs now though, so that’s really good!

Also, yes, it’s true that Wraith is a very weak killer but I’ve seen a lot of good wraiths so don’t be afraid to try him! He’s getting a major buff though so he should be way better than he is now.

If he was lagswitching, it would be more evident. You would lag as soon as you got in a chase with him, not as soon as the match started.

When a Killer camps me while I’m on the hook, yes, I proceed to go out my way and message them hate mail because it makes me angry when they camp for no reason.
Especially, when they waste their time and patrol the hook until I go into stage 2 when it’s obvious as hell that no one is nearby waiting to go in for the save.
You did nothing wrong. Being too altruistic can get you killed, anyone that has any slight experience in playing this game knows that. -

I'd hazard to say that anyone who regularly relies on bloodlust 2/3 to win chases is probably over-ranked and doesn't deserve a win, with the exception being some bad window RNG.
Try it though, that's what the PTB is for. -

$60. All spent on feng mins outfit that requires cells, hags outfits, gypsy meg, neas mashtyx vest and plaid shorts, and that’s about it, I think.
i only spend my cells on things that require auric cells only otherwise if I buy stuff with cells that you can just get with shards, it’s considered a waste of money to me. The grind is real, though lol.
Too much money for only a handful of outfits, it’s really a ripoff but I’m tired of wearing just P3 clothing -

Its when the killer/survivor purposefully sabotages their internet for their own advantage in the game.
If the killer is lagswitching, these things will start to happen when your in a chase: You’ll be lagging a lot, teleporting back to the killer, slowed movement due to very slowed fps.
My entire 9 or 10 months playing DBD, Me and my friends only went up against one lag switcher and it was a lagswitching Clown and they were making it very obvious they were doing it. Every time one of us got in a chase with him, we would start to teleport back to him and have slowed movement. Not to mention, my friend tried to flashlight save me and his flashlight froze in the air, LOL. We all DC’ed from that match and even the random that was with us knew he was lag switching before I even DM’ed him and told him. -

I'm not new to the game specifically, I just get annoyed how killers are disconnecting the lobby because one person probably has Decisive Strike, it's not that hard to counter, either. Just bring them to a room where DS won't have an effect.

It's not a good mori idea. Freddy's mori already takes forever. Do you think it's fair to waste over 10 or 15 seconds of the killer for killing one person after having to meet the requirement of one hook?

Some long time committed DBD players don’t mind buying the cosmetics no matter how expensive they are because they’ve been waiting for this for a really long time and have grown tired of wearing the same P3 clothing...
However, it might turn away new people from buying it because they’re too expensive and there’s been a LOT of new people ever since this game became free.
I think they should lower the prices a bit and a lot more people will buy it or make the cosmetics into bundles like they did with the headcase.
Sorry if I’m talking out of my ass, I’m a PS4 player and I’m aware that it’s different platform wise... -
