I think it could work, just keep the 3rd person view just don't let them look behind them. If they tested it we could all see how it works and you could still stealth it's just that it would be a little more difficult. It could also upgrade the killers mindgame potential around pallets. It would need lots of testing before actually making it into the game though.

In DBD, I can do that. I don't care if I die, or if all four escape. I just want some BP, and on to the next Trial. I just want to sometimes run around hitting people as Myers, Freddy, or Leatherface, or be a killer Clown.
That said, though, I can see this game getting repetitive faster than I would probably like. Though I hope I am wrong about that. At least in Overwatch there are all the arcade modes to shake it up a bit, and always custom games.
I've also discovered that I can't play DBD if tired. The mind games needed in a trial, alone, drain me after a while. Starting tired doesn't work out well, bloodpoints wise. I write for a living, so my days are mentally active to begin with. Sometimes, a bit brain-frying, too, depending on the book or the scenes. Then coming into DBD with the required mental gymnastics doesn't always work out.
Yeah Overwatch has surprisingly helped me relax after getting bored of Dbd. I play Sombra when I want to play good but have fun and some reaper just to mess around. I've been loving Hammond though, his kit is just so much fun and I've always wanted to play as a hamster in a giant mech suit.

I'm going back to Overwatch to grind for some Halloween skins. I have every single Halloween Terror item in the game and have always gotten them the year they came out and I'm not starting to miss out this year. Dbd should be a fun grind to do as well though.

Fps is way worse in ps4.
It's ok about the rank thing, everyone plays what they enjoy the most. I wanted to reach rank 1 on both sides asap to shut some people's mouths. -

I like the idea but why does everyone say to put them in a borrowed time effect. If you somehow get a headshot end game and the gates are powered and they're not injured they could just walk out, maybe I'm not looking at it right. Nice idea though it would be rewarding to skilled players.

No, if survivors start complaining about my sweater boi after his well deserved buff I will personally strike them down with the claws of sharp hand joe and will do everything in my power as a Freddy main to prevent him from being murdered again. The true killers on his release were the survivors.

Can we fix fps on console in general? I swear I've gotten hits that should have hit and hits that should NOT have hit. Dbd is the first game I've really had noticeably fps problems on. All my other games run perfectly fine, not as good as pc though

As @Orion already said, it's best to wait for rank reset. This was a change that was made to keep the newer players apart from the veterans because sometimes people would derank and stomp all the new people

Exactly, we cant continue relying on perks to slow down the game. I can play a pretty good match ending chases quick and finding others to chase yet gens get done almost instantly after a chase is over.Blood_Coil_Viper said:I agree with you here. Like you said, BBQ and Enduring are always going to be a staple until they add a different post-game BP multiplayer / looping + DS becomes less cancer, but having 2 staple perks on most killers (Enduring on Nurse is next to useless) isn't the worst thing in the world.
Still, the buffed Sloppy Butcher is strong and has found it's way into the meta. May be even stronger after the healing changes.
Then there's Spirit Fury, which joins Bamboozled, Enduring, and Brutal Strength in combating looping. Obviously you're not going to take all 4, since you'll probably want room for BBQ, so there's variety in choice.And, of coarse there's still perks like Whispers, Ruin, and Nurse's Calling which are always nice and the Killer dependent perks like Distressing Doc, M&A Myers, and Shadowborne Nurse.
Overall, I think there's a lot of good meta perks and room for variety for Killers. Some people absolutely swear by Ruin, some don't. Loadouts beyond BBQ and Enduring are mostly preference. What they need to be working on is fixing the core mechanics of Killers / Survivors.
PS: You're also missing a lot of common meta perks for Survivor. Adrenaline, Borrowed Time, We'll Make It (even stronger next patch), Urban Evasion, and WGLF, etc, etc.

You're perfectly fine with what you're doing right now. It's always good to learn both sides and once you get the perks you want on the characters you want to play then you're all good to go. Just have fun with leveling up and experimenting with different builds
