Yes, just a few tweaks to how the rbt works with the while rng thing. And built in combat straps. Rework combat straps for normal movement speed while crouching or somethingDarkWo1f997 said:

Everyone's saying dodge the swf but I'm at rank 1 and the que times have been quite longer than usual. Longest time I've waited in a lobby was around 15 minutes. I found lobbies quicker when bloodhunt happened than right now. Screenshot_20180926-172659_Reddit.jpg

Nah that perk is one of the more skillful perks out there. You have to position yourself and always be watching the killer and try to remain undetected. Its fine as it is

Yeah I really did switch out between killers a lot now that I think about it lol. But that's the point of games and characters, finding the one that fits you the best.

Honestly if the matches were longer than the standard 5 minutes, most killers would be very powerful. If the devs added a secondary objective that is mandatory and takes quite a while to complete even with a swf team then all killers would be balanced. Would some still be weaker than others? Yes but what is the killers biggest enemy? Time and if they had more of time perks like DS wouldn't matter because the survivors are buying time but the killer can still get things done. If there was a secondary objective then the killer has more time to break pallets and loops resulting in a more fun and engaging match for both survivor and killer, the killer has more time to play and have fun and survivors get to do something other than hold m1 on a gen. Just imagine a rank 1 where you see every killer not just nurse/Billy wouldn't that be better for everyone who plays?

Pig with tampered timer and jigsaws sketch. Perks are devour hope, haunted grounds, ruin, and noed. Its amazing on them when they slowly realize their death gets closer with every box, unhook, and gen completed. Unless rng is in their favor completly denying the point of the build.

2.) All NOED Users are required to wear the frosty eyes heads on killers to alert the survivors they have NOED. If the killer does not have frosty eyes, they are not permitted to use NOED.
God I wish I were making this crap up. I was just dicking around with a random perk setup as Doctor and got a decent stealth build going. This salt came from a d-strike flashlight user that had the smallest BP gain off his whole team.

Also I had a survivor telling me not to camp with Freddy even when I was far away. Good times -

I love entity brain. It really gives off that whole a killer is chasing you and trying to sacrifice you to an evil entity. Also I like micheals too because it's just so cool and intense to listen to

Shes fine where she currently is. Have you tried to stop running when shes phase walking? Also if you're not in her terror radius you can easily hear her approaching by the loud woosh sound that's louder than a gen. Every killer can be countered you just have to find a way and learn from your mistakes instead of asking for pointless nerf that will just hinder the killer more

They have to pay the holder for the ability to put it in their game . those contracts usually keep the artistic values set to the holder . thus they have to submit a proposed idea to get the ok to make the final product , once made and approved they cant alter or change it without getting consent to do so . that means changing animations , cosmetics and such has to be approved before they can be implemented . as far as the performace changes goes that the in game balancing and this is where they can make changes so unless a animation is causing a issue they cant just change or add things . this is the way most license work , maybe it will help you understand , but like I said I don't know the specifics of their license so I cant say for fact .
