I play PS4 but I must be lucky because Rage quits are really rare, killers for maps yes and survivors because of who the killer is, but hardly ever see the quoting your referring too, and luckily I’ve never had any of the issues associated those thank god.Jack11803 said:@Paddy4583 said:

On ps4 it’s a massive issue. It’s really common, and can compromise your save data. If the killer decides to close app; survivors lose ALL CURRENCY ITEMS AND XP THAT GAME, a chance to lose stuff NOT THAT GAME, and a chance to have complete data loss, thousands of hours gone. I lost 7 hours yesterday. From a single DC. And they do it at the drop of a hat too, on PS4, it exits are powered and killer has no kills, there’s a solid 20% of a close app DC. Not to mention, it STILL EFFECTS you if you escaped. You’re only safe once you’ve been official escaped for AT LEAST 20 seconds

DCing should never be a reportable thing in a game like this at all. It’s not always the survivors being poor losers. Sometimes it’s the map the killer doesn’t like or a killer the survivor doesn’t like.
Players DC on Myers, Nurse and Freddy all the time, and nearly 90% of the killers I see DC on game map or swamp. No one should be HAVE to play, nor should they have to wait to be killed to move to another game.

You play PS4, there is no game chat any abuse has to be sent in a message to you. Sony has a strict policy when it comes to abusive messages and they have a way of reporting these people, they are flagged and have a series of soft and permanent bans. As does Xbox and so does steam.
You are ignoring the fact that your freedom of consequence is purely In game chat for one platform,there is no reason DBD should invest money in more employees to monitor pre and post game chats, especially when you use cost as one of your negative outcomes of the fore mentioned toxic behaviour.
The thing to do is end in game chat all together and let the service provider of the chat handle the reports, which would be the only cause of communication if in game chat wasn’t a thing,
(and yes I’m aware your using the argument of why take it away from those who don’t abuse it, but it’s controlled by the killer, so it’s not even a given that you will get a post game chat opportunity anyway.)
You know like your not set in stone idea that is actually a set in stone agreement and policy you adhere to using any of these providers. So your idea was merly saying you want DBD to have the same policies for one platform (as they can’t make policies for services that aren’t theirs) which is unnecessary.
Id rather they spent money fixing the actual game play issues rather than writing policies to spank a few ######### for mouthing off in an end game

If anyone really took these threats and hate speach seriously they would go through the correct channels, not crying to DBD developers to ban them.

the simple way to remove what you later defined is remove chat from in game. Steam Xbox and PS4 have clear guidelines for communication that can be reported and costs the developers of this game nothing at all

In the beginning, it wasn't supposed to be there because not knowing what the team does was part of the game. Only after a lot of comlpaints you budged and add it to the game.

I honestly don't care that i have been shard capped for weeks can't find lobbies anyway, I spent Bloodpoints on my characters because i decided i wasn't buying the dlc. What bothers me more then anything is how upset PS4 players have been but will have no problem spending money on the chapter and re-skins after being treated with a "shut up" attitude by anyone that matters at BHVR.
If all PS4 players stop spending on the game then why would they put anything back into it. You won’t kill the company you’ll kill the game and that’s just cutting off your nose to spite your face.

ypud end up in a big game of hide and seek without the hatch. I was stuck in a game as killer for 20mins looking for last survivor with 4 gens up, waited 4 mins then checked every gen and not one had been touched.
i love faking a hatch find and waiting for the survivor to come running and see that there is no hatch at all. -
