Forreal the pig because it highlights all the saw things and only one is real and as the surv it's hard cause the pig knows if it's fake or not.

the pig doesnt know which boxes holds the right key or which ones have been checked yet so idk if you never played her or what but your info is wrong. pig is actually low tier in my opinion. even with her dash, best add ons, and no terror radius. anything thats not spirit, hillbilly, or pc nurse is more than likely going to get wrecked by any survivor two man squad with half a brain

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/154407/who-is-the-most-broken-killer-in-your-opinon

I think that is a good explanation but i believe that death-slinger is pretty broken for people who have played a lot of FPS games and know how to play him well are pretty overpowered.

deathslinger? Overpowered? are you f-ing kidding me? the deathslinger is slow, gets looped, has a lackluster power, has a limited power, doesnt always get rewarded even though he gets his hits, gets wrecked on any map with good line of sight blocks. change my mind. you cant because hes garbage even if youre good at first person shooters. not that that even matters lol to answer the post though. Theres no such thing as a broken killer in this game. You guys keep asking the devs to nerf the strong killers anyways. Broken being a term used by survivors who dont know how or refuse to adapt to different killer powers.

  • huntress needs her addons looked at. Hillbilly and leatherface need reworked add ons, freddy is fine. Other than that the killers do need huge buffs, especially trapper and wraith

  • @gatsby said:

Spirit shouldn't be able to see scratches during her power like Legion and should have a cooldown like Nurse if she misses her hit coming out of phase walk.

Makes her take a bit more skill because Spirit players have to play exclusively off sounds and get punished for wrong predictions. Run Stridor on Spirit and she'll still be an A tier Killer, but not the S tier status she is right now.

Hahahahah look guys another one Hahahahahahaha

  • Stop with this pressure argument! Some games it's impossible. I want this game to be where I have a chance to win no matter what killer I play or what map I get. This pressure argument is impossible to use in every scenario so just dont.

  • It's frustrating enough going against swf. Imagine them doing every gen, tbagging, emoting, flashlighting you all game, then killing you? Terrible.

  • When they finish a gen right after me hitting them. Always triggers me. It feels unfair to me at that point so if it happens idc if I lose at that point. They die

  • @Akito said:

    Yea how about no.

Dude comments like this are not productive at all. I get that you dont agree but do you have any valid points as to why?

  • Have way more. Would post them but my phones almost dead haha and I need to play some DBD.

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/152857/why-do-bhvr-allow-survivors-to-make-constant-loud-banging-noises

The same reason they allow tbagging flashlight clicking, emotes at pallets. Open gate safe havens and all the other manner of disease caused by survivors in this game. Because they love their survivors playerbase. It's a 1v4 and without the 4, they wont have a game. Same as the 1 but they outnumber us.

Can you tell I hate survivors?

  • @andyollolloll said:

This usually is toxic behaviour so why do BHVR allow survivors to make constant loud banging noises?

Jumping in and out of lockers, sliding over crates?

Has it been a year yet that survivors on the floor still make no noise and there never has been an issue with survivors making constant noises?

The same reason they allow tbagging flashlight clicking, emotes at pallets. Open gate safe havens and all the other manner of disease caused by survivors in this game. Because they love their survivors playerbase. It's a 1v4 and without the 4, they wont have a game. Same as the 1 but they outnumber us.

  • @EvilJoshy said:

And despite all these killer sided buffs, there is still hardly anyone playing killer. Sounds to me like they havent fixed the real issues yet.

That bridge has been burned a long time ago bro. The toxicity of survivors on this game has been unreal ever since the filthy spawn of ochido and his virgin fans.

  • @Chrisko said:

Don't say Behavior never gave you anything killers...

Are you joking? Remember freddy? I do. Survivors ran the show for 3 years. Its about time we take the crown away from them.

Brutal Strength and Pop over Ruin and Monitor. The advantages to chase are massive, especially for a 110% killer. BBQ is a given. I use the fourth slot for tracking. My perk of choice has been Iโ€™m All Ears for the chase potential.

I will never run brutal strength on any killer lol. Terrible perk and a waste of a slot. Pop is good as well. I interchange them from time to time but I'd run noed on huntress b4 ever running brutal lmao!

Im honestly sick and tired of seeing the complaints about DS. I'm a 6k hour killer main with 16.5k kills yes i know this matter little. Ds does NOT affect my games in the least. sure... there are situations when i get dsd in the gate and they escape BUT.... It VERY rarely gets to endgame. i'm not trying to say i'm the greatest killer in the world but the only time it gets to endgame is when im facing that 0.5% 4 stack on comms with metas. it really isn't the perk that's a problem its your strat and swf breaks the game if the survivors are really good at the game. SLug em it's still map pressure not as good as a hook, but still pressure. just play the game guys you win you win you lose you lose. it is that simple

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/151399/stop-blaming-ds-for-lack-of-strategy

Sorry but I don't believe you. If you truly have 6k hours in the game then you would know how problematic and abusable DS is. Pretty much everyone has a problem with DS. Ask people like Noob3, Monto, Tru3, Otz, and so on, most will say DS needs changes.

Actually ds IS a huge problem in this game right now. It always will be because the devs love their survivors. It allows survivors to do gens in your face for 60 seconds if you ignore them with zero fear of getting punished. If you go for them, locker "tech".... dont go for them gen gets done. It's a win/win situation 100% of the time for the survivor and that's before bt and their exhaustion perk reactivation after hook. All they have to do to fix it is remove its activation if grabbed. Imagine if killer got something half as strong as ds, there would be riots

  • @undeadcookie said:

I love the actual concept, but for me personally, busting through a wall doesn't feel like I'm doing anything really different from breaking pallets.

They're terrible. They shouldn't be next to windows. Whoever designed the saloon upstairs section needs to be fired. That window needs to be a door with no breakable wall to get on the balcony. Breakable walls turned out to be a hindrance because they dont know where to effectively put them. Now that loops are shorter they're just a gimmick to waste more of the killers time. I think they should scrap this idea and do something else to benefit the health of their game. It's a waste of time and resources if you ask me.

I've made no mistake. It's human nature to have preference and bias. These forums are a plethora of examples of that very fact. To deny it is ignorant.

Everyone does when it suits thier argument. ๐Ÿ˜‰

How does that effect my argument at all though? Even if I only played killer, it doesnt change my point in the slightest. You're just arguing for arguments sake at this point.

  • @Crazewtboy said:

I know I'm gonna get flamed for posting this by a lot of people but so be it. I will just do my best to explain my point of view in a calm manor. So...

In my opinion, tunnelling is going for a survivor the entire time to get them out of the match or slug them even though there is other survivors present for you to go after. If a killer comes back to the hook and sees both survivors running away, but chose to go after the recently unhooked person, that is tunnelling. If a killer comes back to the hook, both survivors run in different directions and the killer happens to see only you which then leads to the survivor getting hooked again or slugged for DS then it is NOT tunnelling as the killer only saw the recently unhooked and had no other options. The killer should not let the only person they see go just because they were recently unhooked and ran in the wrong direction because that defeats the point of killer.

Part 2: Tunnelling is okay within reason. A killer's job is to kill you by any means similar to how a survivor's job is to escape by any means. If the killer sees and injured person and a healthy person, logically you should go for the injured as they are the easier prey and you can eliminate them faster. Tunnelling is okay if you need to get someone out of your game to snowball. Tunnelling is NOT okay when you are deliberately doing it to ruin someone's experience (and in most cases this leads to the person being camped or slugged until bleed out)

At the end of the day, people can tunnel if they want as they paid for the game and tunnelling is not breaking any REAL rules of the game. This is just my opinion on it. Thanks for coming to my TED Talk

The thing is, survivors overuse the terms tunnel, camp, soft tunnel, blah blah blah. If the killer wants to go for the same person over and over it's their choice. There are risks like bt, and ds but if they really want to take someone out, I'm sorry but this game isnt "live by daylight" the killers one objective is to hook survivors 3 times until theyre dead. The rules dont specify who and when. If you want to play with made up rules go play KYF. The words survivors spew are just buzzwords to me at this point. I get called every name in the book even when I dont camp/tunnel.

  • @OBX said:

the Devs are WAY too scared to touch swf. As a killer, just accept the imbalance. Equip ebony Mori and play normal. Dispatch players if you fall behind. Dwelling on swf will only make the game more frustrating. Mori is the equaling factor.

The thing now is that we cant even tell what's a swf lobby or not one bc everyone joins in at the same time. Bringing a mori would be complete guess work at this point

  • Noed is the only real second chance perk. Nothing else really exists that can turn the tide of a game. Although I dont use it for a second chance. When I run noed I run it for insurance in case survivors get a good map for them and just focus on gens. It's frustrating because killers are pressured by survivors to not tunnel, camp. Blahnik blahnik blahnik but then they just wanna rush gens

  • @Respectfulnancymain said:

Umm how is this the devs fault?

They allow toxic behavior to thrive in their game. Not just saying survivors, killers as well

  • @Clueless said:

Why Monitor and Abuse over Shadowborn? Does the smaller terror radius seem noticeable to you?

Yes. Trust me bro it's super confusing on the survivors side. A 12 meter terror radius is nothing to laugh at even though the lullaby is there. If they cant see you, they hear nothing but lullaby until you're basically breathing down your neck. Try it out on kyf. I'm telling you its god tier on her. I've even had survivors message me over it

  • @Respectfulnancymain said:

Survivor: no noed, no tunneling, no camping...

Killer: no second chance perks, no gen rushing, no swf...

Why cant we just enjoy the game without making up rules for the opposite side to follow?

Those aren't really killer rules. I've never had a killer message me, nor have I messaged a survivor first over using second chance perks, gens, or swf. Wish I could say the same about survivors. I play on console so they can freely message me until I block them. Survivors are the ones who complain the most in my experience. Not trying to flame, just stating what I've witnessed over the 3 years that I've played this game

I have no idea. Legit a m1 killer with no power would be better than old Freddy. You needed to walk up close to the survivors, and then put them to sleep, wait like 5 seconds for them to fall asleep, and only after that you could smack them. Then they just wake themselves up with a skillcheck.

Wraith. Honestly I'd have to agree that old freddy doesnt need to be brought back. Survivors would literally do gens in his face. He was only somewhat scary if you were the last survivor alive and he could see you with his aura reads

  • @DelsKibara said:

A rather simple question, but I'm sure there could be some interesting answers to this. Mainly because people often clamour how sometimes old versions of Killers & Perks are better (Like OG Freddy or OG Ruin).

All of these things are changed for a reason, which is why I'm curious to ask what you would return to the game if you could and for what reason.

Nurse blink timer for sure. They finally make her somewhat playable on console but shes hindered so hard with these unnecessary changes. Keep her add on changes. Those def needed work but the change to her base was what nobody asked for

  • I stopped playing her when they added a cooldown to her for no reason other than to make it easier for survivors. Also you get hard punished for missing your blink swings now. I wish you wouldnt take a stun if you miss your swing now that they've added a cooldown. Its rough on console

  • @calem said:

Doc: Distressing, Monitor & Abuse, Unnerving Presence, plus some perk you are comfortable with, both add-ons that increase terror radius, The Game map offering

Huntress: Iri Head, don't think I need to say much else

90% of Killers: The Game/Hawkin's map offering

That doc build isnt reliable. Any good survivor will be able to hit thos skillchecks and unnerving presence makes it easier to hit great skill checks. Avoid that build at rank 1

If the game'd that unplayablable why care? I wouldn't even play for long enough to stack DC penalties that high if I encountered massive gamebreaking bug after gamebreaking bug.

Because I've played this game since it released on console and have sunk more time into it than any other game. It's not like I'm new and just started. The thing that's new is this ban system.

  • @emptyCups said:

So the one minute ban for your first DC was rough on you huh ?

That's not the point. If you want to troll someone go to YouTube. It wasnt even my point and no it wasn't my first temp ban. There was a storm that intermittently knocked out my power twice while I was in separate games before.did you even read my post?

  • @Aven_Fallen said:

They will most likely only change it when Huntress gets her Add On Overhaul. And nobody knows when this will happen.

I also dont know why BHVR makes easy things so hard, it would be possible to change Iridescent Head any time, the majority of players would actually approve that. It is the most OP Add On in the game.

That's subjective. I think purple tombstone michael is more op

  • What do you mean? They nerfed it into the ground. Now you only get one hatchet and have to run an add on to either get 2 or 3. Hillbilly base power is stronger than iridescent head and he runs at normal speed lol. If huntress got you, she got you. Dodge better, and no, dont listen to the guy who wants to make it like deathslingers pink add on. All the new killers untra rare add ons are extremely weak, almost like the devs dont want the killers to be the power role

  • @Mister_Holdout said:

I like playing against Legion more (especially if the killer is Julie).

    Lmfao! What?!

  • @Orionbash said:

Killer mains. Give 'em an inch, they take a mile. How about....no. Haddonefield sucks ever since the Balanced Landing nerf. If you can't manage then you're not very good at mindgames and need to learn to git gud.

That's funny. Remember freddy? I do.

  • I could accept keys as a killer if they werent able to be found in a chest. That's the most infuriating thing to me. Especially when it's a good game and I finally, finally, finally got the upper hand just to watch it slip through my fingers because some FTard found a key in a chest. Happens more than you think to be honest. Also why did they take away the hatch grab? Do they play their game? If a survivor has the key and is near the hatch at full health, there is literally nothing the killer can do to stop them. Nothing. It has to be extremely specific to be able to stop them now. Like tier 3 michael, maybe hillbilly, maybe LF and maybe Franklin's. Even Franklin's isnt guaranteed though. They can pick it up and hop through the hatch before your recovery animation

  • I'd prefer something usable like shards lol. Not a huge amount but maybe 150 per level. Instead of something that's just going to sit in the void of countless other things not getting used in this game. At least I'd be able to spend them on something I actually want for slogging through the rift

  • @Mikeasaurus said:

I've only seen the maps that were changed so far. I think the game forgets that other maps exist!

Man must be nice! Haha I've had almost 60% mothers dwelling. Theres no way that's just bad luck over the span of 3 days

  • Tell me why I thought this was a devout hope vs noed thread. Lol hope is fine. It's an endgame perk that boosts your base movespeed. Does exactly what it's supposed to and can be a nightmare for anything that's 110 or 4.4

  • @Uistreel said:

Why did you make the exact same post twice

Not sure what you're on about lil guy

  • Look guys they're getting a posse together lmao! Here come the killer nerfs.

  • Survivors need to learn how to use stealth instead of trying to 360 mph pallets forever. This is a horror game not a nascar simulator. That's why survivors complain, because their easy way of life is being stripped away right in front of them and theres nothing they can do. No longer will survivors run the show

  • @Peanits said:

This has been suggested in the past, but there's a pretty major flaw in this: Say you're healthy. You're running towards the gate and the killer is right on your tail. You get to the gate, and now you have two options.

    1. Enter the gate area and try to escape. If you do, you're exposed and you'll go down before you can escape.
    2. Wait for the killer to hit you and use that speed boost to get out the gate. If they're smart and don't hit you, the collapse will kill you. If it hasn't started, they can just open the gate.

The benefit to it? There's not really anything that I can see, other than an indirect buff to Blood Warden as you've mentioned. If they're sitting there teabagging in the exit gates right at the threshold, there's no difference between downing them in one hit and having them fall into the escape zone and downing them in two hits and having them fall into the escape zone. They're still going to escape no matter what. It would punish ordinary people who are just trying to escape more than it would people who are trying to BM. I don't think it's worthwhile when you can already just hit them out.

Can we at least make it so if I down a survivor at the spike's they dont fall out of the game and escape? Theres a level of toxicity that survivors know they're inflicting after all four of them sit there tbagging waiting to be hit twice after just wrecking you on comms. It's frustrating. Either that or walk around the map while they refuse to leave and let the 3 minute timer run down. I wish I had more of a threatening presence as killer in these situations. Not be a joke to survivors egos

  • @BigBrainMegMain said:

I hope the killer base returns on Console.

These survivor queue times are getting worse. =/

Almost as if survivors shouldn't have been "toxic" for 3 years and cried for unwarranted nerfs. Knew it would happen but I'm sure the base is fine. It's just the dedicated servers

  • @MadArtillery said:

I find it interesting to play with and against. Especially as it removes collision deadharding through the killer is a heck of mind game sometimes, especially if done from outside the killers fov such as hiding around a corner and popping through them as they are looking for you. Just a brief flicker on the screen and they are gone. A bold but risky maneuver and just another mindgame in the arsenal. Hopping through a pallet lunge to lock the killer on the opposite side of the pallet then they expected to on. Mindgames are a big part of dbd and probably the best part so a mindgame tool that both players can really work around is fun. Some players really use it to it's full and it's just plain fascinating.

I've seen survivors dead hard through killers from behind going for a pickup animation just in time to turn around and get a flashlight save.

  • @Nick said:

Best exhaustion perk in the game, and completely balanced.

Although its annoying sometimes when they just about reach the pallet or window because of deadhard, but thats what the perk is supposed to do

Actually its sprint burst but that's opinion. Truetalent is wrong haha. There is no way dead hard is better than sprint burst. Hillbilly, oni, michael, leatherface, and ghostface cant stop sprintburst. Plus sprint burst's only condition is that you dont have to be exhausted to activate. You have to be injured to use dead hard. Just bc everyone and their mother uses dh, doesnt mean it's the best

  • @Tactless_Ninja said:

Have fun getting tunneled, moried, camped, and having the killer dc except now with a chat window to mock you afterward? Oh and profile graffiti.

But at least it's smooth 60+ fps. Now you can see the glitches faster and in a crisper format.

Honestly console chat is worse than the chat window. I'm on xbox and the fact that people can message you before the game is even over or spam you with salty party invites while you're literally still in the same game they just died in is way more annoying than the chat window that you dont even have to look at.

  • So wait, there has been a decline in killer skill? As if survivor has taken skill to play ever? This game isnt skillful no matter what truetalent tells you buddy. This is a casual party game that the devs want fun for both sides.

  • @notsonew said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/1241201#Comment_1241201

Once you down a survivor and hook them, you see where the other survivors are at and so go for them, and since they are most likely still injured because if they heal the gen they work on will regress, they are now exhausted, so no need to worry about dead hard or any other perks.

You can freely chase them without the need to worry about those perks, and it can cause an endless snowball effect, hook one, get to other survivors, use FF if needed, ruin do it's job, they are exhausted, hook and do again.

Tested yesterday, blood echo was utterly useless. Most survivors healed and or I kept getting mothers dwelling. Played at least 18 or 19 games on mothers dwelling yesterday. Swapped it with infectious fright and 4kd every game. Trust me I want bad perks to be good too and it sounds awesome on paper but blood echo does literally nothing haha. Especially since it goes on cooldown for a whole minute.
