Is that the only place? I heard there was a certain place to go to send video evidence.

As far as I know, yes, that's the only one right now. However, the devs are working on a new report system. I'd hang on to the evidence for now if I were you.

  • Survivors are upset about the things you just said. They have this delusion that they're meant to be the power role.

  • End-game screen is where you can send reports.

  • Don't be greedy with a pallet and drop it earlier.

ive upvoted the game on multiple accounts, just to counter these ragers.

...but im the bad guy around here.

Good work, you deserve one cookie, take one of mines.

I still don't get why so many negative reviews, but they will forgot about this in a few days when they adapt.

Its because some killer perks do feel way too overpowered now. Bitter murmur for example combined with BBQ and tinkerer
Which oyu cant even counter because the aura blocking perk for survivors only works if some of them are killed off.

The last few matches i did was literally the killer running straight up to every single survivor and it was a wrap.
I am all for making the game challenging, but that should work both ways killers have it way too easy now.

Use Dark Sense to counter Bitter Murmur, generator auras to counter BBQ, and closets to counter Tinkerer.

  • I'd put my money on bug or exploit before cheating, but you never know.

I just hope they regress SC and not an immediate drop if you stop healing.  I have played with some idiots that will run up, get you to stop healing so they can do it, and then run off.  The regression gives some balance and isn't to big of a nerf to SC in my mind, and the benefit is that if it is still over powered the devs can slowly speed up the regression till it gets to a good middle ground

Just don't stop healing in that situation. That said, I like your suggestion, if regression is faster when the Survivor is moving.

  • The button for Sprint Burst is the sprint button, on both platforms. If you don't intend to use it, walk.

  • It's good, but then I had to go and run into the Obsession. :P

Ok right I guess that’s why I sent a video to Patricia to help out right ? Because I didn’t want it to be fixed and “exploited “ F off dude im trying to help you’re wrong this time

    I was wrong. My apologies.

  • I like it, but the problem is that Survivors would just abuse chase triggers to recover while being chased.

  • @EpicFailTryHard said:
my bad. i can't remember if you are someone i argue with or agree with. this is all getting so confusing.

Likely both. I've never met anyone who was able to do just one of those.

orion coming through in the 11th hour with his own brand of uber-spaz. quite a contest we have going here.

Clearly you don't remember the Steam forum, and how every idiot was posting how-to guides for exploits because "the devs will fix them more quickly" (spoiler warning: they didn't, because that's not how it works).

  • @Nickenzie said:
Maybe he's actually trying to help @Orion :( Don't assume, remember "assumptions are the beginning of all f*** ups". I'm really glad that the mods are looking into this issue and may fix it!

Every self-righteous idiot likes to claim that they're "just trying to help" while they make things worse. They also refuse to listen to how badly they're screwing up.

There u go. Might not be the same but it sounds like u are saying is OP, which is not.
I run SC cause cant trust other survivors.

Thank you for proving you didn't read what I wrote. I said that was the bigger problem that Self Care was a small part of. Now I know I can ignore all your comments, just like you do others'.

    I did

Then you shouldn't have a problem pointing out where we said Self Care guaranteed you escaped or that Self Care has an amazing healing speed.

  • @Vietfox said:
Right, cause i got 0 deaths on all my playtime thanks to SC, and the healing speed is so OP as well. XD

Maybe you should reply to what was actually said.

  • You will note that for every 1 positive review, there's about 4 negative ones. Make of that what you will.

Be careful to see both sides of your argument.

Survivor is an asshat too, my point is that I have no sympathy for players that do this. It's your own problem if you get stuck in a hatch standoff, stop blaming the game. It's getting fixed, just hit the guy/jump in and get it over with.

    @MegaWaffle said:
Can't "milk" people who are choosing to watch this for 4 hours. They lose nothing by watching it and lose nothing by not watching it. By your logic everyone everywhere are being "milked".

He's milking people for sympathy money. "Oh boo hoo I'm in a hatch standoff for so long". Sits on a stream for 4 hours and does nothing. It's a scam.

Most big streamers are like that. If you want to change that, support small streamers. The Media Lounge section has plenty of them.

  • If I get every Survivor in the dying state and they wiggle when I'm carrying them to the hook, I leave them there. I'm assuming trying to avoid the hook in that scenario means they want to be slugged.

  • The problem with Self Care stems from a different problem altogether, which is that injuring Survivors has no significant effect. They can heal an infinite number of times, so the only way you can truly capitalize on that initial hit is by making sure they go down and then die. Self Care is a problem when combined with looping and safe spots, since Survivors can just heal up during a chase.

Sorry you were confused about the nature of an asymmetrical game.

asymmetrical game doesnt mean it have to be asymmetrical at every point of this game. you should maybe do your homework.

But it does mean that a lone Survivor, when faced with a Killer, should get absolutely destroyed.

thats completly wrong and devs see it the same way. otherwise you shouldnt be able to loop a bad killer for hours. a killer should at his peak skill overpower a survivor but in fact most killer are bad.

    Alright, whose alt is this?

Hag traps that once triggered all move towards their target with EW3's power.

    That makes no sense.

  • @PhantomMask20763 said:
Sounds good to me. If that happens I can run devour without having to worry about losing a perk because I'll still have my other 4

Exactly. Hex perks are too vulnerable to be given a normal perk slot. You go in with 4 Hex perks, by the middle of the game you're down to zero perks. This way, you can equip one Hex perk without worrying that you'll lose it immediately and have your perks down by 25%.

  • @PhantomMask20763 said:
Sounds cool, I like it! But that perk slot only applies to hex perks correct so if i dont own any I cant use it?

    Indeed, that's the idea.

  • Can't not pip as Survivor unless you throw yourself to the Killer. Welcome to the new meta, where you can't abuse newbies any more.

  • It should be fixed with the latest update.

1- Dedicated servers. U know why.
2- Killers shouldn't be able to see us in the lobby and what items are we taking with us. Same way survivors can't see the killer.
    Thx.

2 is not reasonable. Killers need the information in order to select their loadouts.

Then survivors should get the same advantage huh? If we see a doc we can fix our loadout accordingly;)

No, because this is an asymmetrical game.

Yep, so both sides shouldnt be able to see eachother. Killers complain so much about survivors and act like their opinions mean more than survivor based opinions. I play both sides & I would much rather not see the little worms before trial lol.

Asymmetrical. As in, "non-symmetrical". What you want is symmetry in information, and information is power. Survivors should not be as powerful as the Killers. The lobby should stay as it is.

I want this game to be fun for both sides. Thats all.

Not allowing Killers to see items would effectively make Franklin's Demise either worthless or ubiquitous. Many Killer perks require the Killer to be able to see the Survivors and their items. It's that simple.

    how to counter every killer/camper

    1. Do the gens.

OP posted this in another section, but it was (rightly) ignored. If you ignore it, it'll go away.

  • Video is blocked in my country. GG.

  • The most beautiful map I've played in is Anna's map. I wish the game would take longer just so I could take my time to fully appreciate it.

I dunno I had a weird thing happen last night.

I had a Pig Daily to do, and was chasing an ace. He was in the middle of a pallet, and I went for a lunge, I know I fell short, and got stunned by his pallet...yet about half way through my stun..the hit sound goes off and he fell over.

I actually felt bad for him, that was a legit glitch.

I'd say you should've let him go, but then I remembered how Survivors play.

  • This is why the devs don't listen to Survivors any more. They just complain about any and all changes that aren't overwhelmingly in their favor.

  • @azazer said:
That's how we got BBQ, pop goes the weasel, make your choice, devour hope. People still camp because survivors make it viable.

That's why we need to punish Survivors for hook rushing. Give Killers double damage and increased recovery speeds within 8 m of a hooked Survivor, see if that fixes it.

Pisses me off when self-righteous idiots do this. It just makes the game worse for everyone.

People reporting bugs piss you off?

This is not a bug report. There's a section for that. This is a thread advertising an exploit to other players. It's been proven that the developers do not read this section for bug reports.

  • @Mc_Harty said:

You can’t hold me accountable for anything because you’re opinion doesn’t mean anything to me I knew my intentions were good and you’re just a troll

Like I said, I hope you keep feeling self-righteous when you encounter this more and more.

  • You still haven't removed the explanation on how to do it from your OP, so I can only surmise you want this exploit to be used. And yeah, how dare I not want yet another game-breaking exploit to be used by the Survivors? Worst of all, how dare I hold you accountable for your actions?

  • @lyric said:
And FYI I didn’t even know there was a section on here no need to be a smart ass

That's why it pays off to read and think before acting.

  • @lyric said:
Well I was just trying to make them aware because on PS4 that report system does nothing and I didn’t think it was right my bad for not wanting cheaters in the game

I hope you still feel self-righteous when this exploit is used more often thanks to your explanation on how to do it.

  • Thanks for explaining how it's done. I'm sure Survivors won't abuse it.

FYI, the devs don't read this section for bug reports. That's what the "Bug report" section is for. The name is not a coincidence.

  • @Someissues said:
They just need to fix Killers dodging lobbies, make it a bannable offense so people can't dodge flashlights / toolboxes

I always find killers who dodge lobbies for solo players like me disgusting

Yeah, don't look into why they're dodging, just punish them for it. That totally won't make them leave the game.

  • @HeroLives said:
If I’m there and I need distance I will use them. It’s not my fault they are bugged

That's not a bug. You dropped them while you were in the Killer's melee range, and got hit at the same time as they got stunned. Drop it earlier, when you're not in the Killer's melee range, and you won't have that problem.
