Just don’t think you’re completely invisible with it and you should be fine.
At the same time though, you can get away with new plays that you probably hadn’t been able to do before.
Iron Will kind of does it’s own thing when you’re injured. You can hide better, and it helps with looping as long as you’re out of LoS.

I’m not even mad. u.u

-
I just got Piggy yesterday.
It’s interesting to see a different side of some survivors when they want to boop the snoot.
It’s too cute. 😖🥺
-
This happened to a friend of mine, who’s on PC. Although, it happened before this patch.
Reading this though, I’m hoping it didn’t get worse. 😓

What do they risk? They life?
I’m just gonna hop on the train and say I’ve been baited.
Your responses tells me everything I need to know.

There are people out there who would leave their teammates to die, all for the sake of flying through gens.
Bringing gen-regression perks is sadly a necessity. I’m sure there’s Killers who would like to try something new, but could risk a lot by doing so.
-
🤣😅 How??

And still, pc players are against console only crossplay tho. It is weird. If they hate us so much why play with us?
I hope not everyone is the same.
My guess is that they only want faster queue times.
And no, not everyone is the same, luckily.
-
The usual: Saboteur, Breakout, Mettle of Man
The fourth perk has always been optional for me, but I sometimes go with Iron Will.
-
Thank you. 🤗🙏
-
Kate, if you want better perks and cosmetics.
Yui, if you want to complete the tome.
I personally suggest Yui because I’m biased.
-
Babysitter
Calm Spirit
But at the same time, Mad Gr- oh.
-
Snow-globe, Christmas tree, and the Nea charm.
Especially the Nea charm. She looks so mischievous, that and it reminds me of a friend who used to main Nea.
Said friend doesn’t play DBD anymore though. 😔
-
Killers are affected too. 😅 Had a tier 3 Myers swing through my character twice.
-
He deserves all the hugs.

First of all, your choice of words (I can’t find the terminology) have always been intriguing to me.
Secondly, I agree. Though I love almost everything about this update, it’s clear that a lot of people are upset by it and it’s process. It’s gotten to the point where health issues are included and it’s pretty unfair that they either have to deal with it, or don’t play at all.
I’m not trying to bash the Devs and I hope others don’t as well, but when health problems come into place, that’s kinda where I draw the line.
-
At first, kinda. After a while of just walking and running, I got used it and noticed no difference.
-
I love everything about the update except three things:
- The tiny little health bar next to the Survivor icon.
- The healthy male running animation.
- Walk through walls bugs on Disturbed Ward
Other than that, everything is great imo.
-
I can’t believe I’m saying this, but
Respect.
-
Honestly? The Twins. Now, I adore their concept and their lore is very interesting.
But their gameplay? No.
-
Jake: Mother’s Dwelling or Shelter Woods, because of his character and backstory.
-
Jeff.
Big guy doesn’t deserve to suffer. 🥺
-
I don’t know what platform you’re on, but if you’re on PS4 then it could be a network (or PSN) issue. Or an error tussling with said network.
A sign of this is when you go to your home page and you cannot see your friends, online status, notifs, etc..
It somehow only does this with DBD for some reason.
-
I hope you reported them.
Teaming with the Killer to gain an advantage or to grief is bannable, I believe.

Idk, this is a hard one. I mean perks are there to assist you in game and hopefully have synergy with your play style.
We could classify every perk as a crutch in some way. Spies from the shadows , crutch for those that struggle tracking.
BT, crutch for those that can't perform safe hook rescues. I mean you could make a case for every perk being a crutch in some way.
I say, they are just perks. You use what best works for you and your play style. And damn any label people want to apply to them.
This.
All that needs to be said. 🙏

Deadhard when I’m playing with Plague is a 50/50. It means nothing when I still have Corrupt.
At the near end of it though, 😔 annoying to deal with.

They went through the trouble of doing a close up on the bodies showing us that they are all in fact yui. In fact one of the yuis was wearing an apron, referencing the time that yui spent working as a hostess. It definately does seem like they are all alternate yuis whos life branched off into one of many possibilities that could have happened to yui. The alternate universe theory is definitely holding up, while there has been past tome entries that seem to state that most skins are survivors from alternate universes. There was never any talk of survivors being able to travel through those alternate universes, why is this one yui killing other yuis? and what role does the observer play in this? It seems like the only thing that would allow evil yui to do this is the entity, but why would the entity want to kill off every other yui? He liked yui enough to abduct her into its realm, wouldn't it be better to have backups in case our yui loses her mind and is sent to the void? maybe evil yui wants to kill the other yuis so she can get into the entity realm for some reason.
Does this include the old woman as well?
Is she Yui, but old?
-
This is, unexpected but not unwelcomed.
😔 I wish they had more cosmetics of Jake with his default beard.
-
Awesome, great work
-
Looking at this, it’s a good thing I play Jake more than Yui. *cough* -

I must be a ghost, then. Vommy Mommy is the best!
To OP, employ hit and run in the early game. You need to spread the infection as soon as possible. If they cleanse early, good. Learn the arch of the vomit. A lot of times, you can hit survivors over barriers if you know the angle. Puke in a cone, not in a straight line, unless you're right on that Jane's booty cheeks. Infectious is a fun perk to use, since it applies with her Corrupt. Remember, you're denying them healing, so unless they're potatoes, they WILL gen rush. Try and find the map advantage, either by a three gen, or having a healthy stockpile of corrupted fountains. You really don't want all fountains full, as you lose quite a bit of map pressure if they all clear.
Pretty much this.
Be as aggressive as you can. Survivors need to be sick.
-
I think I know exactly who you’re talking about.
Condescending? Yeah, maybe I can see that, but I’m pretty sure it’s not the Devs intention. As you said, we aren’t exactly the perfect community either.
Cringe though? It sounds like they bash them for anything.
-
Yes, indeed.
Now can we all just get along? 😔
-
Gonna need more information than that.
You can do nothing all game, still escape and then de-pip.
Or you can quickly Mori everyone as Myers and de-pip.
-
No, not really. If all they’re doing is trying to survive, then I personally don’t consider it BM.
Teabagging, pointing, flashlight clicking, etc is what can get Survivors killed. It literally does nothing but slow them down, annoy the Killer, and waste their item.

That thing that gives the survivor even more hope to feed off of when he's watching his team get picked off one by one? There's a reason the entity let's that appear every time, just like the gates themselves.
Viggo making the hatch is what makes me not trust him.
I mean. Given that statement, yeah I can see where you’re coming from. Survivors can choose to play selfishly to get hatch, when it comes down to it.
But still, I’m sure he made it as a Survivors last hope to escape, be it one or all 4 of them.
With that being said though, I’d sooner trust Benedict than trusting Vigo.
-
You’ve got to be joking.
Either that, or this post is made to stir up some drama.
-
By themselves, I personally think they’re okay. Object of Obsession isn’t “Well I can see the Killer and they can see me just because” anymore. I’m hoping to see more of a variety of Killers with this change.
Decisive Strike by itself is okay. It may not be the change everyone wanted, but it’s still a nerf nonetheless. It can still be powerful if used as intended and especially useful during Endgame. It also still has some synergy with Unbreakable.
We now have to choose between walking around doing absolutely nothing (except jumping in a locker), or do something at the cost of deactivating DS.
To be honest, I am a bit iffy about that. I was hoping that it’d be “if you do this for X amount of time, then DS will be deactivated”.
But eh, what can ya do? I’m just happy that BHVR is starting to talk to us now. It shows, you know?
(Remember, this is all just my opinion.)
-
I’m more excited about the possibility of the variety of Killers coming, especially the ones that were strained mainly because of OoO.
-
Is this about Ruin & Undying orr..
Just Ruin?
-
I always watched my older brother play DBD. He played Killer a lot, so naturally, I did as well when I finally got it on my PS4.
Fell in love with it.
He gave me tips on which Killers to begin with (I begun with Spirit, loved her and still do). When I switched over to Survivor, he advised me to begin with Jake (along with a few others like Dwight and Nea).
Jake has been my main ever since.
I eventually favored the Survivor gameplay more than the Killer. I usually play horror games to get scared so, it was perfect.
-
I don’t hate Deathslinger, but most I’ve gone against tend to stick around the hook. I don’t know if it’s a strategy for him or what.
Other than that, I don’t have a difficult time with him.

Can Windows store players talk in the end game Steam chat? I don't know anyone who uses it
Yes, they can.
At least, that’s what I heard.
-
It has to be a bug.
Either that, or the Killer picked you up at the perfect moment for the wiggle bar to regress.
Nonetheless, the perk lit up again sometime after she began to move and the bar reappeared. So, I’m calling it a bug.
-
A random hatchet being thrown at me out of absolutely nowhere.
-
Well said.
I’ve learned the hard way that some people are just gonna be a douche. Not just irl, but in games as well. There’s no controlling that.
I just learned to deal with it. It sucks and I do feel like ranting at times, but at the end of the day, it’s better to forget about it and move on.
-
No.
No, it doesn’t.
Toxic kids are in every online game, this game just have it worse than some others.

And if your wondering, yes I am a toxic killer/survivor main, I bring op perks cause I'm insecure and I use certain items and add-ons cause I can't win a game without them
I can’t tell if you’re serious or not, but in case of the former:
Use whatever Killers, perks, items, and/or add-ons you like. Don’t let anyone try to shame you for using them.
But for the love of everything that is good, don’t be toxic.
-
Once. It was a match where everyone brought BPS, except the Killer who brought the anniversary cake. (That’s better, of course.
During the match: One of the survivors in the match got an error in their application, ended up having to close it and disconnecting in the process.
Needless to say, they were pretty angry. But, I have so much respect for them to continue playing this game, after that incident.
Edit: Sorry, twice. It was a game against a Freddy. The guy couldn’t win any chases and DC’ed at 4 or 3 Gens left.
He was Rank 17. Matchmaking screwed him over and queued him up with all red ranked survivors. Can’t really blame him.
