The first person he killed she was at her apartment and her screens were muffled so the trickster started to kidnap people after he could fully enjoy the screams of pain from his first victim
Oh heck, I forgot.
Thanks, lol.

When I started playing DBD on the Nintendo Switch, I always thought the Haunted Ground icon was Spirit with her hair sprawled into a skull.
Then I switched to PS4 and saw that it was a freaking candle.

Jake in a onsie, yes.

Ugh, Twins need a hard rework. The fact that this is such a grey area is just awful. No other killer has anything like it.
Second that.

Alright thanks for the answers.
Did this shortly before EGC but was still chasing and downing them and after i downed 2 survivors i also hit the one i trapped there.
In this case, you should be fine.

Oh crap, sorry the caps was an accident. I initially typed most of a sentence, realised it was capitalised, then was like 'OK I'll type it again and then remove the capitals.' I'll edit it out, sorry!
Don't get me wrong, I agree, but I also don't agree with the exact way it's being done. For one, totems shouldn't deactivate, and nor should healing yourself (good medkit healing builds exist) And I don't think it should deactivate, but the timer should go down at an increased rate, while there should also be conditions under which the timer either pauses or at the very least massively slows down, too.
Lol it’s fine! 🤗 I figured as such.
And yeah, the healing condition is a bit concerning. (The most concerning for me actually) Especially since some people are able to heal themselves mid-chase to make it last longer.
The timer slowing down would be interesting to see. A friend of mine once got tunneled all game and wished the timer slowed or paused in situations like that.

The Survivors, but they’re Killers from an alternate dimension or something.
After seeing Yui’s tome trailer, it got me thinking.

iT'S NO BEING MADE MORE ANTI-TUNNEL; IT DOESN';T
It's not being made more anti-tunnel; in face, it doesn't even act as anti-tunnel right now. If a strong player is running it, then they get punished for running it with an empty perk slot unless they intentionally go down and we all know that the killer can just watch the slug for a minute anyway. This change is a pathetically short sighted way of dealing with it and the devs were given countless ideas other than this, but they decided to be lazy. (which honestly isn't new)
Whoa there. 👀
The point I’m trying to get at is that: If a Survivor is being tunneled, they obviously can’t do objectives without being downed.
But I think I see what you mean. The Killer can still just tunnel, slug, and call it a day. Or eat DS and continue to tunnel.
The change could always be better, but they’re trying. (Slowly.)

hey just gonna say that just because you chase me doesnt mean i CANT get on a gen and get hit downed or grabbed.
🤣 True, true.
-
I agree there should be an obsession every match, no matter the perks.
However, DS is only being changed to make it less-abusable and more anti-tunnel. And as you may know, if you’re being tunneled you can’t hop on a generator. The thing I see iffy is healing, maybe.
On another note, I do think they should do something about generators and perks that increase their speed. But, I’m afraid that might even present it’s own set of problems.
Who knows. I’m not a game designer, I just want this game to be healthy.

And then she enters phase and slaps you 2 seconds later anyway
I was just thinking that.
The worst thing anyone could do is walk towards her, but running away means she’ll chase peeps with her power.
Still, the latter decision gives them more of a chance to live though, but it is slimmed if she has Stridor.
-
It’s a sign of good sportsmanship or surrendering.
They could just teabag to say thanks, but that’s not well perceived by some.
-
I’m mostly chill unless provoked.
-
Some of the most-
And I mean the most childish people play this game, it’s almost funny. It’s best to ignore them and move on, turn off endgame chat if you have to or limit who can message you if you’re on console.
Seriously, those people aren’t worth your time. They’re actively looking for a fight and/or out to hurt people.

Bad game?

Even I started playing more Plague for no particular reason. I vsed many Plagues as well the past days.
I wish I can say the same. 😞 She’s quite rare.
She’s one of my mains as well, very fun to play (But, hopefully her bugs get fixed soon).

Jake is cute.
I also liked the idea of Saboteur.
So naturally, I’m drawn towards Yui with her Breakout.
.. Yui is also cute.
As for Killer, Plague is the first person I wanted to main ever since I’ve heard about DBD. She seemed fun to play.
Spirit, well, my brother was like “She’s strong so you should play her!”
And so I did. And boy was he not wrong.

Do you know any good healing builds I only know Autodidact and Solidarity.
The current build I’m running is:
Botany Knowledge, Desperate Measures, and Bond. I choose between Iron Will, Self-Care, (I mostly go Solo) or Pharmacy as the fourth perk.
We’ll Make It, Desperate Measures, Aftercare, and For the People for a completely selfless build.
As you know: Autodidact, Solidarity, and Spine Chill is a good combo. ☺️
-
Bond, Aftercare, Desperate Measures, Autodidact, and Botany Knowledge.
I’ve been addicted to healing builds lately. Healing is just so.. convenient.

I felt that.

That Wraith story, the very same happened to me once.
Never t-bagged again after that.
-
Survivors:
Jake- He’s seemingly quiet, loves animals and nature. Just peaceful to be around. I’m also a fan of his unkempt hair and he looks good with a beard.
Yui- Strong women ftw, she’ll definitely try to bring you up on the days that you’re down.
Killers: The Trickster, he just looks great. Can’t wait for his cosmetics.
Conclusion: I have a thing for Asians.
As for least attractive: Clown because his murderous finger obsession is revolting. (Ironic because I main Plague.)
I’m not exactly sure for Survivors. Personality wise, I’d probably choose Ace because I used to be with someone who liked to gamble his pockets dry. Not fun.

No need to fight! Just calling out the problematic posts when they're there.
I get that, but nothing about their post is problematic.
In DBD, a lot of people play women of color because 1. Women are smaller than men in this game (naturally better at hiding) and 2, the devs want to include different races.
Unforunately, a lot of people play tryhard and/or toxic as well. So characters like Claudette are always picked to help them win.
That’s sadly just the way it is.

I looked at the list which is making a judgement of characters, looked who was placed where and for the tells of conscious or unconscious biases, and made a hypothesis about what was happening.
And it's a race and sex thing. Intersectionality matters.
Stop looking for a fight, when there is none.
-
It entirely depends on the situation, but I can think of at least two:
If you do it during EGC, you’re fine.
At the start or mid-game is when it becomes reportable, I believe.
-
Yumi could be the first person he actually murdered, the first victim mentioned in his lore.
-
I hate seeing some Jakes act toxic. 😞 He’s my favorite boi so like, why?

I'm pretty sure the devs retweet several artist works when a new killer is released. Balance or how the gameplay of killer is has nothing to do with it.
Pretty much this.
And a ton of fan art was made not even 12 hours after he’s been revealed.

Biased: Yui
What I actually think: Jane. She has good cosmetics, a friendly/outgoing personality, and she’s very huggable.

Yui is a woman of color. Meg does have a butt. That can be a result of her athleticism. But its purely a muscle butt. And I'm not sitting, I'm laying 🙃😘 I'm saying lack of butts for Women of color is the problem.
Yeah, no, let’s agree to disagree on Meg.
But to be serious here, I’ve heard the developers use the same model for almost every female Survivor. (Except Jane, Élodie, and maybe Yui).
I agree that it wouldn’t hurt to be a little more um.. diverse.
-
I usually pay no mind to posts like these, but you’re not gonna sit here and tell me that Meg and Yui has a butt.

The only compliment I’ve ever gotten for playing Spirit is having a good outfit.
It has stuck with me to this day. 🥺
-
Will do. Thanks. 😌
-
If it’s early game, then yeah, might as well. Don’t see any harm in it as the DCs already messed up both of our points. No point in trying so hard for that one kill.
If I find the hatch first though, I’m closing it. They can get the door.
-
I’m fine with any change to Spirit, as long as they don’t severely butcher her.

To make things harder on the Killer when trying to determine who is who. If everyone looks similar or the same, it can be hard for the Killer to determine which of those Neas he just hooked, and which one is going to jump out of his arms, look him in the eyes, pull out a glock, and shoot him dead on the spot.
What? 😅🤣

His lore is actually terrifying because it’s realistic. Somebody like Freddy Krueger isn’t scary because you know you’d never encounter anything like him in real life. Ji-Woon is somebody that could murder you or your family members. He’s just a legit psychopath who gets off on torturing people and hearing them scream in pain. That to me, is a lot scarier in itself than anything any of the current killer roster bring to the table.
I love horrors but they don’t scare me. What scares me are the nut jobs walking around in the world that could do something unspeakable to somebody I love. That’s who Ji-Woon represents. Real horror.
Well said.
-
Thank you so much, for doing this. 🥺

Use whatever items/add-ons/perks you want, try not to care about what others think.
There’s just people out there who will be an arse for no reason, so just do as you please.
As long as you aren’t breaking BHVR’s rules, you’re fine.

Literally just.. out in the open.
