But you also can't complain if the killer tunnels you while you aren't running ds, because you aren't running the counter.
And you’re right. I can’t.
It’s the same as a Killer without gen-regression perks: I didn’t bring anything to defend myself with. However, I also don’t think I need DS because not every Killer tunnels. In fact, most I go against don’t.
That, and a Killer who truly tunnels will do so with or without DS.
The perk is not required.
While I do get annoyed if I am being tunneled, what I hate is when a teammate of mine induces it. (In a situation I have no control over), then says it’s my fault for not bringing DS, when they didn’t even have BT.
Bringing DS only to protect myself against griefing teammates is wrong.
-
While playing as Plague, I vomited on a Survivor and they didn’t become infected.
The Survivor stops running to look at me. They knew the pain.
-
🥺🥺 Aww.
-
Tunneling is tunneling, with or without the perk.
Running DS shouldn’t be viewed as a requirement, unless literally all Killers tunnel. Which is simply unrealistic.
This reminds me of a person who farmed me off the hook, in front of the Killer (Without Borrowed Time), until I died.
Then said it was my fault for not running DS.
Again, it shouldn’t be a requirement. No perk should.

Did you read my post?
Nope, but I answered the previous title lol.
But, to answer the real question of your post: An exploit is a player using whatever isn’t part of the game to their advantage. Blight had a turn limit in place, but people used outside “resources” to expand the sensitivity.
Or something like that.
Bugs are a part of this too. While bugs are in the game, it’s not supposed to be there. People using bugs to their advantage are exploiting. (For example, when a Survivor crawled under another hooked Survivor.)
I like to think of techs as little tricks, like maybe the car tech on Springwood.
But, if that and the CJ tech is a bug, then the people using it are exploiting it.
This is just my thoughts.
-
It has been confirmed an exploit.

I was playing Spirit.
I thought Survivors cleansing Haunted Grounds was a bad thing, so I greatly prioritized it over everything.
-
I’m a little late to this post, but thank you. ☺️

Iron Will, Bond, Desperate Measures, and Botany Knowledge.
If I have no Med-Kits, I’ll switch out Iron Will for Self-Care.
-
Seeing how fast people can heal others, taking that away would be too harsh of a nerf for DS.
They don’t want to make it useless.
-
I get the concept, but there will definitely be trolls who would mess with this.
-
A friend of mine calls Midwich, Sandwich.
I don’t really have nicknames, except calling Jake, Jakey.

I like his aesthetic, but he's objectively a terrible killer to play. His slowdown is ridiculous on his knife throwing, and by the time you get to the survivor, you might as well just M1 them. His Main Event, half the time I saw the yellow and then didn't do anything with it, because what's there to do when you've already downed the survivor?
He's just objectively a terrible killer, compared to all other killers in this game.
Otherwise, he's great!
I understand that.
If or when he gets buffed, I hope to see a lot more of him. He’s almost completely different in terms of aesthetics, design.
-
He isn’t for everyone, that’s for damn sure.
But, if he’s just right for you, that’s okay too. I feel the same way.
What I don’t understand, is why people have to bash others for having an opinion on whether one likes or dislikes Trickster.
-
Oh-
Now that’s just mean. 😅
-
Take it easy. Or at least try to.
I have a similar experience, but with a Survivor. I can only cope because he’s fake.
-
This chart makes me happy. Jake is my favorite. 🥺
-
Thank you so much! 😌🙏 I’m currently trying to learn Oni, so any advice helps a lot. Thanks.
-
Imho, the timer doesn’t seem long enough.
But, I think making it last another 10 seconds might be too long. Especially considering if Bloodwarden is in effect.
I dunno. It still looks cool.
-
I like it as well. Though it’s not much of bonus, I think it’ll definitely come in clutch.
-
One of DBD’s bugs.
I thought they fixed this one though.
-
Sometimes the combo is paired with Haunted Grounds so,
be careful. 🥺
-
I can’t loop, so he’s the bane of my existence along with Wraith. Wraith being at the top.
-
Tunneled a Cheryl out of the game, after she sandbagged her teammate twice.
Things like sandbagging and/or griefing makes me lose my composure. I hate it as Killer and Survivor.
Thanks Solo Q.

Welcome. :]

maybe im mistinterpretating it but was it 2 survivors left he downed the other guy and you let him almost bleed out then he helped the killer find it
Doesn’t matter if OP deserved it or not.
Leaving a Survivor to bleed out isn’t against the rules, but working with the Killer to kill another teammate is.
The only thing (somewhat) questionable here is holding the game hostage, really.
-
That’s perfectly understandable and I respect this.
Personally, Spirit will always be my favorite regardless of anything, but I can understand seeing how others play her may be a little..
Dehumanizing. A lot, sometimes. I try not to be that toxic Spirit main still. Especially since I don’t play Killer often anymore.
On another note, good luck finding a main. My suggestions are Oni or Plague (my other favorite), but feel free to Main who’s best for you. 🤗

i think shes meant to look depressed and broken, she looks fine
Agreed. Even in Silent Hill 3, she looks a little tired and just sad.

Draw or anything that seems fun at the moment.

In my experience, the glass shards (nor the static on her body) doesn’t light up anymore.

My word-
-
I’m currently trying to learn Oni. Most times I get normal games where I lose because of lack of experience.
Some people are respectful. They do gens and just leave, or let me get one last hit before they leave. They might get a little cocky and bm a bit, but that’s just them being competitive, no harm done.
Other times, I get that one Survivor who follows me around the whole map like a lost puppy, clicking their little chew toy at me and wagging their tail for some attention.
It’s not cute. 😒
-
The Survivors can only see your aura if you’re around the hook.
I’m not trying to imply anything, but Kindred only really punishes those who camp.
Otherwise, it’s a big help to Solo Survivors. Which is great, considering Solo Q is at most times frustrating.
-
Solo. I used to play DBD with friends constantly, up until I started playing alone.
Solo Q made me realize where I really sat in terms of skill, and I was not very happy with that truth.
-
I have yet to be in a match where a Killer tunneled all 4 survivors, at the start of the game, and got away with it. So I don’t have much say here.
But anyways.
Tunneling is a 50/50 for me. It sucks, but the upside is that I don’t have to be in that match for long. (Should the Killer be the better at chases).
I just hate when it’s done purely out of spite, I guess.
-
Thank you. 🙏
-
They were either trying to make you mad by saying “Plague takes no skill”, when she obviously does.
Or.
They have issues. No in-between.
-
They want to win.
And to some people, winning is fun.
To others, winning doesn’t matter.
-
Twins.
I just don’t agree with their gameplay.
-
*Sees Yui at top*
Yes.
-
Yep, it’s fun.
Especially since there are different versions of the characters in DBD. (Alternate Universes and such).
Almost anything goes.
-
That is a lot of work and I salute you for your dedication.

Alas no, every time he was on the floor, I could not pick him up at all, always when he was on the floor, everything else was good, Mr Mushwin explained it to me, when I finally hooked him, I was there trying to hook him for a while, I am surprised I got him up there, Mr Mushwin had said he has never seen a Hacker that bad or seen it that bad, I mean esp as this guy was very very good.
In that case, understandable. XD
But in all seriousness, I’m sorry to hear that happened. I hope hackers in this game are dealt with soon. 😔
-
Okay so first, I like this energy.
Two: You were able to hook him eventually, right? Could it have been a normal lag?
-
My brother introduced me to DBD. I didn’t play it right away, but I always watched him play. He was a Killer main, but played Survivor every now and then.
Around the time Pyramid head got announced, I began playing DBD on Switch. At first, I was interested in maining Plague, but my brother advised me to play Spirit.
Needless to say, it was fun.
When I switched over to PS4 and started playing Survivor, that was even more fun. It moved from horror to competitive somewhere down the line, but now I’m trying to lose that competitive side and just play for fun. Plague has been a big help for that.
