Oddly enough: Setting up an indoor “Easter Egg Hunt” for my little ones, using their spooky toys as props, instead of eggs lol.
Even better that they have a toy that looks like a safe and a key. Hopefully, it’s the last thing they’ll find.

Very wholesome post.
@Orion, @Buttercake, @GoodBoyKaru
I enjoy reading their posts, makes me challenge my own perspective and thoughts on many, many things.
And Buttercake always makes my day with eccentric posts and stories.

... What? WHAT? Why those offerings? Why all those rare offerings and NO SABO?
I'd expect at least 1 toolbox...
Exactly my thoughts.
Not even a Sabo related perk in sight.
Maybe the flashlight could help, but eh.
-
Good luck on the shiny hunt.
-
Welp.
Whenever I see Huntress now, I’m gonna think: “Fairy Money!”
-
The ending. XD

I had this happen to me once, except I was playing Jake with his default hair, windbreaker jacket, and camo pants. The character I was “mimicking” was a Felix.
I could do everything normally, but every time he got downed or hooked, my character copied his animation for a while.
It was weird, but a little funny healing my teammate while being in a carried animation lol.

I looked online at the Gamepedia.I ate so much Cheese I became one with it, and because Cheese is nearly everywhere, I became nearly omnipotent. As well as Cheese hearing things from others and me being able to talk to them, I also know nearly everything. I am CheeseAnton, the Cheese God.
I don’t know why, but I love this.
-
Jake, because woods are fun.
And solitude.
-
They’re aware of this (stated in the update)
When they’ll fix it, don’t know.
-
Jake. Some of his cosmetics just makes him look really cozy. Plus, I like his messy hair.
For Killer, it’s a tie between Spirit and Demogorgon, they’re just fun to play as.
-
It always takes my cakes.
Like, I want some too, you know?
Old jokes aside, very wholesome post.

Iron Will and Bond. Works for me in Solo and in Swf.
-
There was a Huntress who managed to beat my team, after about 3 generators were done. It was like they flipped a switch, got very serious that match, and decimated us all. 😅 It was fun though.
Anyways, being the last Survivor alive they of course got to me. I started spinning around and they began to spin with me, pick me up, spin a little more, then gave me hatch.
As I thanked them, they were like “You toxic swf! You bullied me! Lol jk gg <3”
They had me in the first half, but gave me a laugh afterwards. Left a warm feeling in mah heart.
-
All hail Vigo.
-
Hilarious, I want to come across a Killer that does this.
I wouldn’t be mad. It’s petty, if anything, but too funny.
-
I don’t know what this is, but it made me giggle.
-
Games where I simply have fun.
Games where I Pip.
The Killer spins with me, before hooking me.
Games where Survivors and/or Killer are being straight up goofy. Best ones imo.
-
Blood.
And Yui and her pink outfits. They all look incredibly comfy.
-
Alex’s Toolbox is great for Sabotaging. Along with the add-ons: Hacksaw for speed, and Grip Wrench for increasing the time the hook stays broken.
I’d say sabotaging is worth it depending on the Killer you’re up against. (Playstyle wise.) Some Killers really hate Sabo players and would probably force you out of the game, or they’ll DC themselves. Other Killers, who happen to have Iron Grasp and Agitation, also makes this play just, not worth it.
All in all, it’s a really risky play that requires taking a lot of Protection Hits. Saving your teammates is good, but make sure to protect yourself as well. (Mettle of Man should help with this.)
In the end, it rewards you with some Altruism and Boldness points, along with a (hopefully) saved teammate.
-
I’ve seen it around too often and don’t quite understand it. Don’t want to understand it either.
-
Killer - Plague, I just can’t take her seriously and end up messing around in a match.
Survivor - Most female Survivors, feels way too small.
-
This just made my day.

Overkill to do both as there is a lot of overlap with aura times - Kindred, Bonds and Empathy fall in that general one off group (Up to you if you want to run more I guess). Kindred is strong because it gives map wide information for who is going for the rescue, including if the killer is face camping and even provides the same information to your randoms when you're the one on hook. That change alone pushed it into favored territory BUT
I'll disagree with the other 5 folks above me and say Bonds is by far the strongest aura perk out of the 3 for personal information and decision making. It's a constant effect meaning you can make a lot more on the fly decisions which fits my playstyle.
1) See someone nearby working on a gen but gotta do something else like a hex totem nearby first? See him getting chased off in the gen and no matter how loud that terror radius blares momentarily- you know you don't want to worry about getting trapped in an awkward spot breaking a totem. You can go finish that gen he was working on afterwords as well...
2) Generator coordination even with a complete random team can be actively done by you alone by having information of nearby teammates. Game starts - you start next to a far corner gen with someone else and begin on it and spot a 3rd survivor working another gen 10m away toward the center of the map (a more contested area). You can leave the random you started with and run to that center gen to try and power that higher value gen OR even make your way through the middle of the map to gauge the 7 gen locations and target another important generator at max 1c/s efficiency to effectively prevent 3 gens from ever happening (this might require some maintenance of matching lobby names to models during lobby like you're some type of Killer main... and some experience to piece all the info together).
3) "Not sandbagging your randoms" to win... or well occasionally forcing them to work for you. You know most survivors start immersing behind rocks or in lockers or down right sprinting from generators at the first sign of a heart beat, creating a lack of gen pressure. Then you run Bonds and get chased by the killer to lead the killer completely away from randoms - who naturally start holding M1 more often than not. Then there's another thing when you are being chased on death hook while being tunneled to all hell over 5 minutes and see the 4th generator just pop nearby. Time to swing the killer toward that crouching Blendette, who has 0 hooks so you can escape, maybe get healed, power the last gen and even get an unhook scoring event for that sweet solo queue altruism. Better yet if the Blendette can actually loop - then he took a bloodlust hit for you maybe "unintentionally" and allowed you to get a 4 Escape.
4) The reverse of the top situation comes up where you KNOW you can take a hit for a nearby survivor who is obviously getting bloodlusted at a loop because he can't transition to another tileset (better yet if he is on death hook and you are at 0 or 1) and you make the bold play to bodyblock and either make the killer swap to chasing you or at worst allow that deathhook survivor to another tileset to loop over there instead - possibly popping his adrenaline and getting away scott free.
This. This right here.
I was trying to figure out how to word my preference for Bond, and this is it.

Small Game
-
There’s not much someone can do to not look toxic when they bring a key, as the sight of it in lobby will make them a target for the Killer 80% of the time.
I guess you can wait until the Killer gets a reasonable amount of hooks and/or sacrifices? I’ve seen people do that, or even complete all gens and open the gates, before they open hatch.
In SWF, I usually leave the key in a chest to avoid being a target, as well as to avoid Franklin’s Demise, if the Killer brings it.
But then again, who says the Killer themselves won’t bring a Mori when they see a key in lobby?
This probably isn’t the answer you’re looking for, but it all just depends on the situation.

Jake. Because Jake.

“Spirit can’t see scratch marks without her iridescent add-on.”
”... collide with Spirit.”
Oh. Okay.
-
Oh.
Ohhh.
Well then.
-
Sabotaging a hook right before the killer can hook my teammate. A few seconds later, said teammate manages to wiggle out.
-
When you see it.
-
Ghostface. I just don’t do well against him, specifically.
-
Either kill out of mercy, or let’em farm.
The latter being if there’s 2-3 disconnects at the near start of the game.

So I was streaming and I got 3 strider spirits in a row one bad and one I got 2 games in a row. One was running ebony and the best addons movement speed and duration.
Mind you this spirit has a good headset and clearly is used to stridor audio and pinpoint tracking. I'm gonna upload the video to YouTube and put it here does anyone want it sped up because I also was left to bleed out.
Something I noticed here, she used her power to catch up to you, not long after that, she pretended to phase.
Her power has a cool down, that would’ve been a good time to run away and leave her standing there. Gaining some distance as well.
If I misunderstood something there though, please tell me.

Oh? Thats really good! Hearing her footsteps would add some sort of counterplay but chances are you'll react too late and get grabbed or get hit becauase the TR is so loud, it would punish survivors for not wearing headphones or for having hearing problems.
You are able to hear her footsteps when she phases.
But, it’s very subtle and it’s probably already too late once others realize/hear them.

Beef has so many different ways you can cook it, yet meatballs are about the only thing I can make with it. Meatloaf, if I'm feeling risky. Pretty much the height of my cooking skill, for the moment.
Does that mean beef can't be prepared in any other fashion but how I prepare it?
The same principle applies here. A killer or perk combo will have counterplay, but your personal skill may not match that you're facing. I have good luck countering Nurse players, but a Trapper will see me dead in minutes, as I haven't made it a habit to look at the ground all that much.
It just comes down to skill vs skill. Starting out last year, I thought Old Freddy was disgustingly OP. It took awhile for me to figure out effect means of countering him, to the point where I won 7 out of 10 times. Again, just boils down to learning how to face what you aren't good at. Atm, Trapper is the bane of my existence. Doesn't mean he has no counterplay.
Beautiful.

The biggest reason why this design looks so different & underwhelming is because it's put on Claudette's actual character model. Like, I don't know if you stopped and looked, but Claudette is not nearly as sexy as the model shown in the concept art. This actually changes... a lot.
Like, for example, her clothes wouldn't fit the same, because Claudette does not have the hips to support a low slung pair of sweatpants & a thong like that. She doesn't have a tapered waist, so her sports bra fits differently. Her hair isn't as full as the drawing, so it looks different. The drawing has lighter skin, so the colors have a different contrast. Claudette hunches over and so in game she's going to look even more different. The drawing's face is cuter, so by default, she looks a lot better in her outfit.
Though the ankles of those sweatpants look dorky as hell, which is kind of signature Claudette style so I'll give it a pass, but they do look really flippin' dorky.
This.

For me, it often happens when a Survivor unhooks me right in front of the Killer, then the Killer downs me. Rightfully so.
But, I wanna survive so um, DS time.
