If you had to keep 10 survivors and 10 killers in the game and the rest had to be deleted, who would you keep?

    Oni - One of the best made killers, imho

    Huntress - Heavy hit ranged killer

    Trickster - Light hit ranged killer, one of their best in terms of personality and animations

    Wraith - Stealth killer

    Trapper - Trap killer

    Hag - Trap killer

    Twins - Unique power

    Myers - Stealth killer, Too iconic to cut

    Pyramid Head - I like the idea of the cages and such

    Demogorgon - Monstrous, teleports


    The removal of the the super mobility killers would be essential to the health of the game from my view point. Any core buffs to low map presence killers like Huntress, Trickster, or Trapper is hindered by the abuse killers like Spirit, Blight, and Nurse can achieve due to already having map coverage in spades. Oni's has to be built up and earned, so he is around for that playstyle while keeping it under control. Removing them would allow overall buffs to Killers (or nerf to Survivors) in regards to game length.

    Wouldn't even need 10 for Survivors.

    Bill, Claudette, David, Dwight, Elodie, Jeff, Kate, Meg, and Yui

    I only ever play those nine, so that was kind of easy. If we're deleting all other perks too, then add in Laurie as #10 for DS, and swap David or Jeff with Ace. I have a soft spot for Ace in the Hole.

    Killers are trickier: Wraith, Billy, Nurse, Huntress, Oni, Freddy, Michael, Doctor, Oni, and... eh, why not Spirit.

    I'll also give a little reasoning as to why I want to keep them. I also assume that the perks of everyone else will be base.

    Survivors:

    1. Nancy, she's my main and, of course, the best survivor.
    2. Felix, he's my second main and, of course, is the hottest best male survivor.
    3. Bill, my friend likes him a lot. 😟
    4. Kate, she's sweet and has cool clothing and used to be my main.
    5. David, only one with a fully shirtless cosmetic.
    6. Quentin, I like him.
    7. Dwight, he's cute.
    8. Jeff, every Jeff I encountered was usually really nice.
    9. Jane, same reasoning as Jeff but there are some toxic ones I had to deal with.
    10. Cheryl, she's alright

    Killers:

    1. Clown, my main.
    2. Pig, used to play her a lot, really like her.
    3. Demogorgon, really fun to play as.
    4. Blight, can be fun in some occasions, often though, I am just a useless pinball.
    5. Wraith, same reasoning as Demo.
    6. and 7. Trapper and Oni, love the Krampus and Minotaur outfits.
    7. (8.) Deathslinger, like playing as him sometimes, not so against him
    8. (9.) Huntress, same as Deathslinger.
    9. (10.) Trickster, isn't live yet but, whilst not the best, he's fun.

    Survivors:

    1. Jake Park: Has two stealth perks that most people tend to overlook.
    2. Nea Karlsson: Hiding, support, and an exhaustion perk.
    3. Laurie Strode: Obsession perks that benefit survivors are a good trade-off. Also, a classic final girl.
    4. David Tapp: Tenacity to help when slugged, Stakeout to incentivize hiding near the killer, and Detective's Hunch to help with totems--all around helpful perks to have.
    5. Jane Romero: Alternative healing that incentivizes being with teammates, a perk that allows escape from a finished generator, and a stunning perk, offering a well-rounded kit.
    6. Steve Harrington: Kind of all support perks, but they're useful enough.
    7. Zarina Kassir: Stealth, Healing, and diversion all in one tiny package!
    8. Heather Cheryl Mason: Anti-obsession perks, blocking, and the sweet, sweet nectar of taking a hit from a killer that just tried to re-slug you (which also combos with For The People, which is cool).
    9. Felix Richter: A nice set of perks for beginners, better yet they give utility for higher play (Desperate Measures is also anti-thana, which is very neat).
    10. Élodie Rakoto: More chest utility, a mindgame perk, and a perk to buy you time and get you killed!

    The problem with taking survivors off of the board is that some of their perks would then almost need to be placed into rotation (Empathy, Vigil, Borrowed Time, Alert, Fixated, etc.), and I feel that goes against the spirit of this thread...

    Killers:

    1. Trapper: While not the strongest, he is the most satisfying to play, and is the "mascot" as it were. There might actually not be a better feeling in this game than watching a survivor walk directly into a trap.
    2. Nurse: She plays differently than most killers, and that diversity is actually really good for the health of this game.
    3. Shape: The other stealth killers are almost cooler (and better designed), but I like Mikey a bit more. Mechanically, he's not as good, but if the others aren't there more changes could be made to his power. Still, he's not bad, if a bit too addon/perk reliant.
    4. Hag: Honestly, not sure about her place here--but her ability is unique, and that's the first criteria for my cut-off point...
    5. Huntress: Probably the best all-around ranged killer out of all of them--Deathslinger can shut down loops a bit much and Trickster is a style win but a mechanics fail.
    6. Cannibal: Fulfills all my chainsaw needs! Also, I like the feel of his sprint more than Billy's, and the dichotomy of the tantrum mechanic is very flavorful.
    7. Pig: Amanda is my favorite and I love her, even if she isn't amazing...
    8. Plague: Very unique power, and she's oddly endearing! Sets up the diversity of play that's good for the game.
    9. Oni: Has the best charging ability out of the killers--there's a requirement that encourages you to play the game, and he has a good amount of synergy with normally unused effects! 10/10, would keep again.
    10. Executioner: I actually really like the alternate hooks, and the built-in mori is made just so in a way that isn't overpowered while still being viable. The trails and skillshot are also very well designed, if a little punishing to traditional survivor mechanics.

    Killers have some of the same problem with their perks as survivors do--mitigated due to their base kit, of course.
