i dont know...
the grind is the only thing that actually keeps me playing this game. if there was nothing to grind, i would have stopped playing ages ago.i would like to leave it the way it is. at least that way it is an achievement to say "i got 8 P3 lvl 50 all perks killers and am currently working on Spirit". cut 2/3 of that grind and a lot of people will have everything maxed out very fast.

Every time you hit your Obsession, get a token to a maximum of 5 tokens. for each token, your movement speed gets increased by 2/3/4%. Each time you hook your Obsession, you lose 5/4/3 tokens.
only one obsession per trial.this one could also work:
Every time you let your Obsession get away, gain a token to a maximum of 3 tokens. for each token your movement speed gets increased by 3/4/5%. each offensive action performed against your obsession consumes 3/2/1 token(s). -
sometimes, when im in a bad mood i use the Spark Plug and Vegetable Oil.
if I am pissed off, i use the Primer Bulp and Carburetor Tuning Guide.and if i am really pissed off, i use an Ebony Memento Mori. this usually helps.

I always thought this was called the Piccolo build because Interview Tape + High Stimulus Electrode = Special Beam Cannon
you can basically call them however you want.
i personally think sniper doc is more fitting though. -

the only thing that needs to be removed on these are some loops and the walls you can look through.
-
ive had these annoying birds on the first floor stop my gen patrol multiple times now, just because they flew away when i walked underneath them and i thought it was a survivor setting them off.
that rly needs to be fixed.

pyramid head would be amazing.
lets hope they can get the license for him ^^

flashlights are disgusting
coordinated swf groups are disgusting
multiple insta heals are disgusting

i would definitely not say he is overrated.
he has an extremely good map pressure and can oneshot you whenever he wants.
against a really good hillbilly, there is not much you can do, especially when he gets that snowball effect goin he is aiming for. -
as always, i am impressed by this post xD
like, the numbers, statistics, thoughts and time that went into this is amazing!
just wanted to give you a little heads up and continue your great work! (even people who disagree with your posts have to admit that they are very well made.) -
considering the fact that you just created 3 discussions in relatively short time between each other and all you do is complain abou the most ridiculous stuff, this is guaranteed a bait / troll post.
nice try though
-
i made a whole discussion avout the killers who need new ultra rares, so ill just link it to you right here:

tea bag piggy.
i just love to give them their own medicine xD
-
not if you are interested in seeing something as the killer.
i mean... how are you gonna see anything in tall grass, how are you gonna kick stuff, how are you gonna vault stuff and how are survivors supposed to spot you at all?chucky's design basically makes it impossible to add him...

@CrowFoxy said:
Leatherface and Trapper are both worse, that's for certain.wanna discuss that?
i play trapper and freddy farily often (both P3 lvl 50 all perks) and believe me: trapper himself is VERY underrated.
there is no way he is worse than freddy.<-- Trapper main

michael myers in tier one is extremely slow. i dont have the exact number, but id say he is around 108% movement speed, which is basically nothing. he also has a decreased lunge attack.
once he tiers up into tier two though, he will be set into the normal 115% movement speed and given back the normal M1 attack. he also benefits from a smaller terror radius in that state.
when he pops tier 3 though, his movement speed does not change. however, his attacks deal more damage and his lunge attack is increased, together with his vaulting speed. he has the normal 32m terror radius during evil within 3.TL;DR his movement speed between evil within tier 2 and tier 3 does not change.
-
thats why Bloodwarden made it to my #1 most favourite perk in this game xD
I LOVE IT!
-
i have made a whole post about ultra rare add on suggestions myself.
i'll link my post here if you are interested:

the whole point of the clown is to cut a survivors path off and force them to run into the open field.
obviously he cant just stop survivors from using the pallets, but he is far from being as useless as you try to picture him. yes, he is a basic 115% M1 killer and eats pallets like a wraith or leatherface would do, BUT he has his bottles.
the bottles make it way harder to loop him, as the decreased movement speed forces the survivor to drop the pallet way earlier than he would do it against a wraith or trapper. of course you will eat many pallets at the beginning, but they will run out of pallets fairly fast later on (considering that they dont have 20+ pallets and done the gens within 3 - 4 minutes). another factor to the clowns gas is, that you can cut off a survivors path and force them to run into the open field. i know the gas isnt that threatening, but its enough to have most of the survivors try to avoid it.he does have one BIG problem though:
map pressure. his map pressure sucks, as he just has no way to travel the map effectively and protect his gens, which leads to a fairly fast genrush scenario, especially with the current gen times.
if they would give him a way to apply more map pressure, he would easily be one of the top killers this game has. -
michaels ultra rares are all pretty well balanced.
in order to get said tier 3 effect he needs to stalk the ######### out of you first, which is extremely hard against survivors with some awareness. also, while he stalks, you can easily do gens, as he cant apply pressure on the team.
-
did we meet the same player?
-
ooooor (crazy idea incoming) we could actually reward a killer for not camping, instead of punishing him for doing so.
i know its crazy.
but it might actually work. -
have you ever considered changing your playstyle?
maybe the killers arent up for a 4 man SWF group with flashlights / toolboxes?lets face realitly here: this game has broken mechanics. some survivors really loved to exploit them to a point, where killers closed the lobby and retried, just to avoid said mechanic abuse.
this goes for SWF, Flashlights (and even though they have been heavily nerfed, killers still dodge them, as the pure thought of a flashlight in the lobby is enough for them to leave) and now toolboxes, as the current meta seems to be "why play the game when i can also win within 5 minutes?".sometimes a killer just wants a fun round too.
a round without toxic survivors constantly trying to blind him.
a round that lasts longer than 5 minutes.
a round where no one is gonna give away the killers whole setup and location.and what will they do when they see a group of survivors who promise him to break at least one of these 3 rules? they search for new survivors, who can give them said fun round.
its the same as why survivors ragequit or kill themselves on the hook. just that it takes place before the game started.
-
idk what your problem is, i barely get lobbydodged. and if i do, its no big problem, as i will simply enter a new lobby. that takes less that 30 seconds.
maybe try playing without a toolbox next time? or solo queue?
i mean... at the current gen times its no wonder that killers are lobbydodging toolboxes...
i think at this point we've all seen tru3s genrush videos. i personally prefer rounds that last longer than 4 minutes. -
i have never noticed that...
would be a nice QoL change for sure.
-
here is my PoV regarding distortion:
you are not saving yourself from the killer, you are screwing your team.
when i run BBQ & Billy (or any other killer, but billy is the best example for this), i will aim for a snowball effect. by running distortion, you will make me chase your other teammates who, at some point, will already have been hooked. this leads to a faster death of your team, as you wont take a hook status for them, allowing me to eliminate a survivor quicker at the beginning, due to the "tunneling" that has occured. the more players run distortion, the more the others will suffer.
if you all run distortion though, i will be forced to stay at the hook, as i have to guess that you are nearby. with other words: i will probaply go ahead and camp your mate on the hook, until i eigther find someone, or he hits the second hook stage and i will leave on my own.
EDIT: oh, and i will have to return to the hook once the survivor has been rescued. obviously.so: run distortion and screw the other survivors, or dont do it and take some hits.
its your decision. -
dude.
this perk has just been nerfed.
isnt this enough? like, seriously?this perk has so much counterplay, if you cant use it properly then git gud and stop asking for nerfs

-
this. has. to. stay.
periodif you as a solo player are interested in the killers loadout, just spectate the round and wait till its over.
if you are not, just leave and go for the next game.
the same goes for newer players, they even improve while being able to see other survivors play against the killer they just lost against. and if they win, they now know how the others did it.and yes, SWF being able to tell each other eas a big deal. not only did it put solo players in a disadvantage, as they couldnt know what the killer had, but that also completely killed perks like Hex: No One Escapes Death. SWF groups who know there is gonna be a NOED ncoming will just cleanse all the totems, rendering the perk useless. SWF groups who know there is Barbecue and Chili will simply enter a locker, hide behind a gen or go near the hook to get rid of the effects. same for Nurses Calling, Knock Out, basically every single killer perk that influences the gameplay. if that is not a big deal, i dont know what is.
-
the prayer beads are a very rare add on. this means, that you will not see these very often in the normal game, as they are pretty rare to be found in the bloodweb.
besides that, once you know its a spirit, being aware of your surroundings is often a great indicator to weather she is coming or not. watch crows or grass, as she will disturb the birds and move the grass while phasing.
i also agree with @DemonDaddy here. this is a horror game. jumpscares are a common thing in the horror genre.
just enjoy getting scared once in a while and later on laugh about it. -
clown is far from being overpowered.
he is good at chases, but that is it. he is easily avoidable, as he has the basic terror radius and basic movementspeed. this also really affects his, pretty much non existant, map pressure.
clowns get genrushed fairly easy.id say he is a pretty balanced killer.
-
id say the easiest would be billy, not because his gameplay is the easiest (this spot woul dgo to legion), but because he is fairly easy to learn and gets really strong.
hardest killer is easily the nurse. she takes forever to be mastered and requires a lot of muscle memory.
-
the reason why legion is hated so much imo is, that he has no counterplay to him. you cant stealth away from him, due to his heartbeat detector and you cant run away from him, due to his ability to vault stuff as fast as you do and continuously catch up to you, which leaves chases completely pointless, as you only stall out what can not be avoided.
on the other hand, legion really struggles to down a survivor, which makes him very unfun to play as killer.its basically a loss-loss situation here. no one has fun with him, unless you use add ons to down survivor with your frenzy quickly.
-
i mainly play claudette for a couple of reasons:
1: she is the only one i have ever leveled up on the survivor side
2: she has selfcare (as a default perk)
3: i am a stealth player (i try to not get involved into chases as much as possible)however, if i would have leveled, lets say, meg or dwight, id be using them.
i just dont see the reason for leveling up a different survivor, as they are all just reskins... -
@Peasant said:
The only maps I can see this perk being useful on are The Game and Lery's Memorial Institute. Not seeing hook auras doesn't really matter unless there are walls preventing you from getting to hooks. In general, because this perk is more annoying than it is effective you're more likely to be camped with this than to actually break free with it.wait a second!
killers are camping becaue of boil over?
seriously?big OOF.
-
i dont rly have a problem with the gen spawn or lightning tbh.
however, i feel like this map offers way too many, too safe pallets. they need to remove some pallet spots. -
i personally dont care about the shrine.
i just unlock a killers teachables as soon as i can, so i wont have to buy them with shards and instead can go and buy some neat cosmetics with them
so, yeah... if you want BBQ, just level your Bubba.
if you dont have him... sucks to be you i guess xDbut yeah, i might be up for an idea that makes the shrine of secrets prefer perks you havent unlocked yet, so you have a higher chance at getting what you want. there would also be a reason then to buy the ones you dont like, as this would increase your chance to get a perk you want next time.

cuz i really like the idea of being able to play in a slasher movie.
i enjoy it even more, if i can be the killer!and i fell in love with the characters immediantly.
like, cmon. you cant say no to trappy if he looks at you and smiles in that special way only he can...

im unsure weather i like this new survivor buff or not...

it doesnt.
after leaving the lobby, you get the pip back.
at least thats my experience with it.Hmm I didn't check, but I did just have a game where the killer DC'd after 1-2 mins and I lost one of the
add-ons for my item.yeah, you do lose these for some reason...
but i think pips are not gonna be lost. -

honestly, these things should be removed instead.
they are eigther filled with tons of VERY useless information, OR they completely screw the killer.
there is literally nothing in between. -
its bugged.
if you try to pick them up, they just get pressed on the ground and stay there instead of going on your shoulder.devs, fix your game!
(seriously, it cant be that there are at least 3 bugs going on AT THE SAME TIME on ONE killer. how are we supposed to play him like this? and why havent there been fixes? its bugged for months now ;-;) -
and this is why i dodge 2 or more toolboxes ^^
just thought you might be interested.

sorry, but im not interested in a round with 2 or more toolboxes (i dont run ruin), 2 or more medkits (ive gotten instahealed so many times now, i actually dodge these. its annoying. you down someone and he's instantly back at full health .-.) or 2 or more flashlights (maybe ill play the round, maybe not).also, i might just not be in the mood to play against certain people. i know some names by now and sometimes (especially if its my first round of the day) i do not want to play against these, as they would completely demolish me.
or sthg irl happened and i had to close the lobby.
and here are a ton of reasons, besides the common "SWF group" reason. i usually dont dodge these btw.
You dodge lobbies cuz of items, seriously? Are you a freddy main or something?
If I see 4 flashlights e.g., there is no way that I will enter the game.
i feel like not many survivors actually realise, that us killers are also human beings who also just want to have fun in this game...
we are no machines that you can bully endlessly, at some point there will be consequences for doing so (e.g. lobbydodging)!
