We already have incentive not to camp, for example BBQ and devour hope.

Getting hit through pallet and laggswitch? Sounds like your connection is pretty bad, maybe investigate on your side
I assume that you are still new to the game. If you really want to understand what a competent team of survivors can do to a killer, you might wanna check out the depip squad (check marth88 on twitch/youtube)

If high rank survivors play in a party with low rank survivors, then they can verse low rank killers.
I dont know why it is that way, but its been like that since they introduced SWF

Reduce killer queue times, and I would play more killer. I haven't played anyone but Trapper, and I really want to try out more killers. This event sounded like a gold mine for getting the 4Ks (adept achievements), but extremely long queue times.
Killer queues are fine, the event is just special

Competent survivors will deny you tier 2 so long that you are tempted to DC as a killer

I agree but that would also make them hard to hit so why not a different animal one that is bigger. Now if they got the hitbox right or if they allow you to pick up the player turned chicken then i would see that working better.
All survivors have the same sausage hitbox. Just give the chicken the same hitbox and voila
SUre, some hits would look weird, but lets be honest here, everyone playing DBD is used to that anyway -

Yes you can increase the player pool by switching to survivor.
Ive noticed that too. Even the biggest fogstreamers derank regularly now (even by dcing) and all their sheeps copy this mentality. You just gotta derank on the killers side too and you are fine
And yes, piping is ridiculously easy now, but to be honest, the community asked for easier pips and the devs handed it to us..... we got what we wanted I guess =(

The current queue times are a direct result from the design choices of the event and those have been pretty bad if you ask me^^
