Yes! I'm happy someone else noticed this!...Myers with M&A, wraith, pig, GF theyll be able to make use of these perks and it's awesome to see some perks directed towards them!
Yeah was thinking this too. Pig with this could be amazing. I’m more tempted to see how it plays with stealth killers than to say it’s outright trash...

Yeah, and that's without sprint burst which is already looking like his hard counter. Most chases against standard killers last at least a minute on average. I'm not fully understanding where they're getting these numbers or what made them think this was even a good baseline to start at.
Baffling. I'm just confused about it is all.
To be fair I was also thinking I’m going to run SB on the initial ghost launch bc all the ghosts we’ll get. It’s like legion in frenzy you can literally outrun them. It’s 100% going to destroy his exposed (it seems like it needs to be longer)...which is concerning given also being seen for 1s takes you out of stealth... what happens if survivors start having lookout roles at gens and as soon as one person gets downed/exposed etc people are going to be vigilant like with Myers only ghost has a lot of counters already and not many strengths to compensate. It’s not looking good. But the thing is we won’t know for certain until PTB where people can use SB, practice his power etc.
About the perks I’m all ears (the TR thing is a bit dumb though, it’d be much more practical in general during a chase etc) and tremors look interesting, but I’d like to see the tier values etc.

22, feel like it’s a good average looking at this thread. I’m not surprised by the distribution of ages though it’s actually pretty cool there’s a range

Well if you already P3-50'ed him like me you're good to go.
But for you, it will be a nice thing to learn (if its good... i dont see how the "worst killer" could get worse.)
To be fair though I put effort into legion playing him correctly only to have him yeet into the trash. He’s not fun anymore due to the vault and speed changes and his power literally means close to nothing, it’s not even worth playing legion in the current state regardless of him being able to get kills. Yes they could rework them entirely down the line but it made learning them feel pointless and a waste of bp and time. Freddy is my second top killer, I’ve got consistent kills with him through most ranks I play (green-purple) and I’m not looking forward to dropping all that knowledge on perk/addon/play styles into the trash too. Hence I said I’ll prestige and start over because I’ll likely have to forget everything I bothered learning, but that’s the best case scenario if the rework makes him more fun but how likely is this to actually happen because fun killers isn’t fun for survivors.
But congrats on having p3 50 (I don’t usually see the point in prestige, it’s much better to get all perks and save the bp for something better/new killers etc this would be an exemption only for Freddy because it’s easier to relearn the addons/power that way)

I'm gonna lean towards it being decent.
I'm not gonna just go full cynical on this one just yet but.
I have high hopes, they had 2 years to figure it out so it should be decent or even in the best case scenario amazing.
I think everyone is just scared/worried, they have had 2 years, but it's better to be cautious and pleasantly surprised when it's good then excited and disappointed. It's also a little disheartening when you've learned/mastered a killer as is and they get a full rework. I'm thinking if Freddy is good post rework and it's drastically different I'm going to prestige him regardless of addons left etc and relearn from the ground up.

I just hope whatever they did isn't a complete redesign and he is similar to how he is now. I like playing Freddy he just need QOL buffs really.
I'm with this 100% but seeing hints at the power bar...I'm concerned. Hoping on slight improvements though, but it's a rework meaning they probably will evaluate all areas of his power including addons.
-
I've had one that was stuck in one of those brick side walls on the swamp with legion, like legitimately stuck wedged up against the wall behind the killer shack only one side of the gen could be touched. I didn't even see it until last survivor stand off (this was back just before EGC) and I was just looking around.
Not in a broken position to defend per se but very broken in general.

I thought it gave a strict 32 meter radius?
I think you're probably right but I swear I remember this being discussed a long time ago.
Edit: Yes, I'm pretty sure you're right now. The thread I was thinking about was when it first came out and people were discussing if it works on freddy and if M&A interacts with it based on the "setting terror radius to 0 part". My bad. Is 20 seconds really that good though, looking through the past threads I'm not surprised so many asked for a buff...

Edit: please disregard this comment, I was thinking about a different thread. 100% wrong.

Not really, what if I have two survivor main friends with me and my last friend only plays killer but decides he wants to play survivor with us. Sometimes it can be (Smurf account) but if I’m just playing with friends then no.
This is a valid point though. Not all do it with the intention of abuse (some do though)
-
I've heard some say this is actually a thing, that if the lowest rank survivor hosts the SWF lobby there's an increased chance they'll get a lower rank killer, might be complete bs though based on me being rank 8 a while ago and my friend being rank 10 and making the SWF lobby to test it out and we got a rank 3... 😂 we swap regularly too and it makes no difference. It's probably just the game trying to "balance" the ranks, like when I got a 2 man SWF as rank 12 killer, one was a rank 15 and the other a rank 2... 😓 It is complete cheese though, especially a 4 man...
-
Umm yeah...pretty sure most realise this early survivor days, it's not a good habit... if you're really struggling but want to power through gens and practice hitting greats without the risk of stalling/regression try running stake out (Tapp teachable) this allows you to turn good checks into great based on tokens while in the killers TR but not in chase. Also you can let go and restart if you hit a good and spark it, this seems to reduce that no progress delay but not really that worth it...

After the first 5 games I didn't want to post anything that feeling increased after about the 7th time in a row.
This is honestly why I avoid the forums after playing a long session of dbd, it's a question of "how unreasonably tilted am I and will I make a post I will regret?"

I did ask for something slightly be taken away so he isn't more so appealing to every killer to grace the game. something that makes them look at the killer list and say naw lets play trapper, or wraith.
This implies trapper and wraith need buffs to become more desirable to use. Which is true. Still doesn't mean Myers needs anything taken away. He's probably just chosen a lot because he's a bridge, he's average skill cap with a great power and playstyle versatility and doesn't require hours of training to play decently like nurse, huntress, spirit and to some extent billy. That's probably why he's so popular.
-
@List_of_concerns If you think asking other more experienced people on the forums who I respect their opinions of balance for their opinions on a perk is witch hunting then fine, believe that. Do what you deem necessary. I just really respect their opinions, they could have said I was absolutely wrong and I would have accepted it, I didn't choose them because they're biased or were going to 100% prove my point. I wanted more experienced opinions as I know they have played for 1000s of hours over many years and may have some "data and facts/proof" you desire.
No our conversation was disappointing, you could have taken concerns on board and edited your perk idea to bring it into balance, then maybe we could all agree with your point of view and the perks ability to function fairly in the game. Instead you remained on this one track saying people required proof, brushing them off, it wasn't pleasant. I'm sorry too, maybe one day we can have a conversation and agree on how to make a new balanced perk for the game. I don't have a problem with having such a perk to counter exposed, but it must be balanced, not unfair to a killer that is quite dependant on exposed as a main part of his power/pressure and not abused. Which is difficult. This is why people were voicing concerns. Sorry our conversation wasn't more pleasant you did say some pretty condescending things, but yes, this is all from me just to wrap things up.
You need to accept that experience does mean something, and yes while some really expert players might get 4k at rank 1 with a tier 2 Myers this does not take into account how they did it (could have hard tunneled/camped, could have got potatoes who fed hooks etc) Proof and data aren't all they're cracked up to be in dbd anyway. Data shows it's all mostly billies and nurses at rank 1 anyway with high kill rates. Myers is nowhere to be seen even with tier 3 (as some people call it OP, if so why isn't he top kill rated?), hard counter his main ability with a perk that has no balance and I doubt it would improve his kill rate. This data is not a be all and end all anyway, it has flaws, like any data. Expecting it to show you some "truth" isn't going to happen anyway.

@ClogWench Yes, but I was mostly referring to fragrant because they said "unlimited making you faster", vanity also slows speed despite allowing tier 2. To be fair there's only so much you can do in a loop against an infinite tier 3/tombstone Myers. It's honestly better to A) never let it get to that stage/get better at LOS blockers (but doesn't help teammates) and B) Never get seen. Even if he's only running fragrant go stealth like your life counts on it, because it does. Also I don't think tombstone alone speed is a problem, the stalk requirements are. If speed is that much of an issue one can get stacks on PWYF and kill, I'm pretty sure this doesn't remove stacks.

An Add on to have unlimited tier 3 making him faster, an Add on that lets him kill without having to hook or down, yeah no he doesn't need a buff of any type, he is already faster than any other killer once he hits tier 3
Also this is wrong, just confirming for you, the only change is vault speed, lunge and insta downs. Tier 1 is the only movement change tier.
-
What rank OP? I've noticed the ones around rank 12 (played this post reset) are way too snowball dependant and super hard camper/tunnelers which I can see why it isn't fun, especially with the less than optimal teammates feeding him stalk. Generally an actual good Myers is fun to play against, usually don't see these until high green/purple ranks though, trust me without those "OP" addons he's not half as bad to play against he's actually a bit weak but I don't know about buffs (if so very small and for the love of everything make PWYF actually usable). I do get they tend to be horrible though, don't know why, just about any other killer only has a few horrible players even at low ranks, this one it's 90% of them and they DC if you beat them while they're using "OP" addons 😂 I should start playing Myers again, my boi has started to get a bad rep...
Also if you look at the dev data for consoles we got a while back Mikey is a popular choice on consoles at rank 12. Not going to say why, but you'll also mostly see billies above this.
-
I play mostly survivor (70/30) and have been red rank survivor and up to rank 5 killer (but tend to lose interest at high purple ranks because killer becomes a chore, I tend to fall into purple ranks regularly as both if I play normally- 4-6 times a rank season for 6h-8h sessions divided into that 70/30 ratio) I agree with the above, with killer being the more stressful role and going up against 4 people and having to outplay all of them, I feel I come across as killer biased even though a majority of my play time is as survivor. It really depends on the topic, pipping and general bp gain I think is more messed up for survivors as they have to play every role despite the situation of the match and this depends on the killer and teammates more than individual performance (but gatekeeper and chaser are also messed up on the killer side) but balance is more messed up for killers especially since they fall into tiers and some become inherently weaker against higher skilled survivors and a lot of survivor sided things can be abused to destroy certain killers while survivors are a pick and play the same mostly.

@Hoodedfengm1n beautiful, that just sounds beautiful, utterly horrific but beautiful. I swear YT recommendations just decides to get strange all of a sudden. Then I check the comments and like 5-100 other people all say they were recommended it and...what is the real plan here YT...I mostly use YT to catch up on dbd streams I missed and watch other gameplay videos/trailers etc so I 100% get the never looked up something even remotely related to it.

I’m kind of interested how people will use the exposed mechanic since it seems like it only targets one person at a time, if there’s multiples at a gen would you expose one and hit the other too, would this end the exposed on the target, would it be better to pick off the lone survivors first? it also seems like being seen/spotted has an impact on his power. I’m concerned about his strength against a group of 3 at a gen. I think Groxiverde has it right, but we haven’t seen all his perks yet and we haven’t seen if the final version is exactly like the leaks, nor what his addons do (that much)
-
Necro thread...😔
-
Or maybe same amount but 2 survivors can open the same one once (max 3 chests per trial maybe and no guarantee of an OP item such as a skeleton key on first search unless using a perk that requires a certain item (pharmacy). Meaning at most the number of items doesn’t change much (and not everyone searches chests anyway) but it gives room for people who use these perks to actually get use out of them.
So to clarify if there’s one chest ONLY 2 separate survivors can search it (same for each unique chest, once searched by two separate people it remains empty) but on a survivors first chest search it will not guarantee things like keys. Not sure on it though...
I use pharmacy quite a bit and there’s not much more annoying than every chest being cleaned out not even a brown medkit left....😔
-
That is a nice difference, it is actually a strange moment when you look down far enough and notice you can actually see your legs/feet as a killer, it’s a little disorienting but pretty cool.

This problem isn't exacerbated by the EGC: there is now a time limit on something that used to be able to go on indefinitely. It's great. They can sit at the exit gate while I get points doing other stuff or searching for the hatch so I can close it for those extra BP, and I know that one way or another the game will end in two minutes.
This is what I do too, and if I have nothing better to do I go to some random part of the map and AFK or practice chainsawing as bubba, not really keen on chasing them out to give them more points, they’ll leave eventually. They act brave and vault spam but they won’t dare leaving that gate area anyway 😂

@List_of_concerns I like how you chose to respond to the one I removed, can’t handle the real reply I guess. I asked for their feedback because apparently to you I don’t have facts and have no idea how Myers power works, thought I’d ask some players with thousands of hours experience but withdrew it to try to give a reasonable response myself since you don’t believe anyone without irrefutable proof. I’m just sick of you ignoring everyone’s opinions, thinking you know better and talking down to everyone while having nothing to back yourself up but demanding it of others. It makes trying to have a discussion with you infuriating, if you can’t see the point everyone is trying to get across to you, then that’s fine, guess we’re all wasting our time. I don’t really want to waste any more of my time talking to such a person that can’t see when numerous people make the similar points on this thread maybe they actually have a good point? But no, you can’t accept that and keep brushing everyone off. I’m actually done here, we have nothing further to discuss.

This one and the santa one are some top notch skins. I wish we'd get more like these for the other killers.
All of Spirits skins are just lackluster to me.
This is actually true, I'm thinking of playing spirit as my next killer and would like to actually give her some clothes...but most of her outfits are just kimonos, even just an actual glass-like katana would be cool. I kinda like the nails and colours/pattern on the new cursed one though but it's cells only I'm pretty sure.

Hey, I'm onboard with the love for the first Evil Dead!!! If watching for first time now, I can understand audiences would b put off by some of the low production values, but for its achievements, the movie is up there with Bad Taste as a true cinematic miracle!
I watched ED2 with my Daughter a few weeks back and it blew her mind! AoD, I'm sure looks better today than the others but is pretty weak IMO.
Sorry if slightly OT, but read the word Betamax, saw Evil Dead needed some love and dived in!
I think the only movies I've not seen are the Scream ones, as I loathe Scream and feel it killed Horror in the 90s.
Boo hiss.
Okay... but I actually like what scream tried to do, it took a "it could be anyone" approach, I think it gave a fresh perspective to horror/slashers, the first and last ones were actually good. It's a breath of fresh air in a genre that can become very repetitive after a while i.e. the creepy weird guy slasher style that's hunting teens relentlessly (3rd movie was trash though, I think that's widely accepted) Evil Dead (as a series of movies) was also a change from this, they all have unique good qualities to me. I think scream is one of my favourites but I guess it's the same to you with evil dead.

Just over $100 (maybe 110-120?) I think because I'm yet to see any cosmetics I really like, but I've bought all the dlcs some on sale, some not. But overall I think it's pretty fair considering a new game would be 70-80 if not 100 here so considering the play time I get out of those (between 8-100+h) and the play time I get out of this (near 1000h thus far), it's not really a big deal. I'm happy to support the devs, only buyers remorse was plague thus far but she might get buffs in future, it's a constantly changing game.

@Kiskashi yeah, I just normally protect 4 gens anyway. She does fine.
@Poweas Thanks for the reply, I was just wondering on maps where gens have a very high chance of being spread out like the temple map. I guess you could split the map and keep 1/3rd of it trapped and pressured forcing the survivors to step into the trapped zone eventually. I'll have to try out some new tactics with my hag I usually use her as a area defence/anti looper, I've recently started M&A on her but was going to prestige due to lack of addons and why not she hasn't got amazing perks right now anyway and gets ruin and H:DH back anyway but might wait until I get spirit levelled for haunted grounds, this would be a good opportunity for a fresh start on different ways to play her.
I really need to devote some more hours to killer though. Haven't had a full killer weekend session in a long time mostly because of the sound issues/DCs etc...😔

Billy is even more loopable without add ons. Myers lol.... Myers is barely viable WITH add ons and some would argue he even isn’t at that . Spirit without add ons has no room of error because she doesn’t have high duration and speed in her base and it takes forever to re charge. Mind games will only take you so far in Spirits base kit IMO.
Pretty much true, hurts a little as a Myers main but it's accurate. I've used J Myers memorial every match for so long I've basically forgotten how slow stalking is without it (please don't actually remind me, I'm good with forgetting this detail), plus as you get into the higher ranks you need to be able to stalk as fast as possible because survivors get more efficient with LOS blocking. I don't tend to use duration addons though I used to use hair bow a lot when I was fresh but now it's mainly swapped for dead rabbit, at base ew3 is more than enough time if used strategically. This actually sounds like a nice challenge though, see how far I get without addons for once. (seeing as I'm not too interested in plain ranking anyway)
I agree with most above, Billy, nurse, huntress, spirit and potentially hag (although how well would a hag actually do on a large map without distance and duration addons @Poweas and @Cymer you'd have to more so establish a "net/zone" or gen protected area, right? There would have to be a lot more region control, even with where you hook survivors.)

Its not just the trapper, stuff like that can happen on any killer. For example Myers... Chases are super quick when Tier 3 incl snowbal (not many points) and long when stalking (loosing points).
My advice: Ignore the rank, its meaningless, until they deliver a ranking system that works.
I'm glad someone mentioned this, being efficient is wrong in all cases apparently for this emblem, it's just there to promote longer chases. I will still use my ew3 how I see fit however, people have mentioned this before but it's probably unlikely they will ever make killer specific chaser/emblem categories even though it's needed because not all killers play the same. Some people here have suggested getting double points for hits/other areas etc to compensate in the chaser emblem but I can't remember the thread title (I'll edit if I find it).
-
I was looking at the survivor ones on 95% a gen while the killer is coming at you like a bullet train and I recall people saying SWF unfair and I also recall a moment I committed to a gen because it was 95% and it was almost done until my friend (only person I play SWF with) blew it up at 99% by letting go (I was on the killer side too) and I got grabbed. 10/10 SWF for the win.😂I swear we end up sabotaging each other by accident more than anything.
I do also love the teammates that find a key/bring a key, show no-one and just nope out when the match goes downhill without letting anyone else know at all (they also proceed to do no gens and look for the hatch while everyone else is struggling to get them done)...it always happens on the red forest map for some reason too.
Also had one recently where the whole team knew about a key, a jake who found it dropped it in the bus on the autohaven map, jake died because he was hard tunneled (was hooked first), another teammate died not long after and it was just Meg and I, she ended up grabbing the key but was also caught first then decided to struggle on the hook while the killer chased me... I really want to know when she picked it up because if she picked it up in front of the killer and that's why she got caught...
Great list though OP, some of them are way too accurate

Going to try to limit to one but...it’s so difficult
Dbd original: Hag, I love the variety to her addons and how you can change up her builds, her short height and dark colours make her a nightmare with certain builds and maps.
Licensed: I feel obliged to say Myers, he’s a main for a reason but Freddy would be a super incredibly close 2nd he’s extremely fun to play to me, I love the juggling and the control, the anticipation of trapping them in the dream world then his mind game potential is crazy with his height, aura reading and the dreamworld in general, throw some H:DH and blood warden and/or class photo in there and it’s beautiful.
-
Yes yes yes yes, I’ve been an avid user of thanatophobia and I don’t care what buff, just buff please. I did like the devs hinting at it causing increased debuffs to everything but healing (because they were hinting at another healing revisit back then when the thanatophobia change was considered) this would encourage healing and give the killer indirect time to apply pressure. I’d love this but for now any increase to this perk would make me ecstatic 😍

Okay going to give this another shot after I got over the initial disbelief of the response....
I'm not offended by your responses. I'm worried. It's concerning when other people refuse to recognize facts. When you base your argument on something you can't prove, it doesn't hold as much weight. I'm not suggesting you can't make said argument. You can definitely try. Just don't expect the other person to validate your point. The number and or percentage of people that agree or disagree with my posts is irrelevant. I'm just sharing my suggestions. I'm not seeking validation. I'm trying to bring awareness to the lack of Perks that directly counter the Exposed Status Effect (Ex. A survivor Perk that, at the very least, mentions the Exposed Status Effect).
Not going to comment on this facts thing....
I don't think either of us knows if a Tier 2 Myers is, without a doubt, viable. I'd imagine he would be just as viable as those other m1 killers you mentioned. He might even be more viable than some of the m1 killers due to his reduced Terror Radius and faster vaulting speed in Tier 2.
I play as him regularly and see others play as him regularly, I think I’d stand a chance at knowing... you know Freddy and wraith etc can reduce their TR and increase vaulting too? Doesn’t make them viable.
I don't believe everyone would run such a Perk. I don't believe >50% of survivors would run such a Perk. I won't fulfill your request. I won't tell you if Myers is fun (at red ranks). I can't tell you if Myers is viable.
Tell that to the adrenaline, MoM, DS, DH meta, your perk would love those. I don’t really need you to but it’s funny you keep asking me for proof yet have none of your own
Yes, they could. Provided they had also played survivor at least one time, at rank 20, they wouldn't be lying if they said they'd played both sides.
Hmm, that wouldn’t mean they have a good idea of what constitutes balance though only what they find unfair due to lack of experience....
We don't know if Myers is considered balanced. Assuming that Myers is completely balanced (never going to be subjected to future balanced changes) is illogical.
Look up some threads on the most balanced killers, plus I said “fairly”
Are players abusing a Perk if it's working as intended (final draft before going live)?
Hmm I wonder if MoMs getting abused... even if you say this perk would help people who struggle with exposed perks what’s stopping the toxic pro SWF squads abusing it to render a killers exposed perks/power useless
If the Perk rewards mistakes, they could change it. It was just an idea. The Perk doesn't have to do exactly what I wrote.
This is why I am voicing objections and pointing out flaws, most take these into account and edit/tweak their idea. I’m not here to fight you, just saying your perk, as is, is not balanced and needs requirements to balance it as the earlier person suggested in theirs, OP perks must have a downside or caveat otherwise it is rewarding bad play and opening it to abuse
You didn't consider facts about Myers' power. I don't need to consider how a Perk would be abused. I don't work for BHVR. We can still discuss how a Perk might be abused. You've certainly brought some of those ways to my attention.
I play Myers as one of my most played killers (70% of my playtime as killer) saying I don’t understand is what I find insulting especially when all you’ve said above hints that you haven’t played him, hence I did respond in a negative way. He does spend a lot of time in tier 2 yes, he does have a small TR yes, but he is susceptible to looping like any M1 killer at tier 2. Tier 3 gives him that extra edge and does make him viable against good survivors because it can be used in a number or ways, strategically, saying he should be good with tier 2 might be true but he won’t be viable, you will be lowering his ability with a SINGLE perk, not even considering combos, it would make using tier 3 not even worth it if the perk is a popular choice because survivors can use it without downsides and Myers who takes effort to get to tier 3 would find this doesn’t matter anymore and would essentially lose his effectiveness
I agree that survivors shouldn't be rewarded for bad plays. I don't think using or benefiting from a Perk is considered "bad play". I think it'd be quite the opposite (good). Relying on a crutch Perk can absolutely help you get better as a survivor. After gaining more experience you might find you don't need such a Perk. If you don't feel the need to use a Perk anymore, wait for it, you could equip another Perk instead.
It would be, as above it has no real downsides, and therefore no balance, even adrenaline requires all gens to be completed... So you’re fine with new killers running NOED as a crutch until they get better, good to know. Still won’t stop toxic squads from abusing what you’re intending as a new survivor perk, akin to the “balancing around rank 20 argument”
Sorry about my response above, I just don’t get how you’re saying I’m the one who doesn’t understand Myers power, when I’ve played him for a long time, ew3 is a key part of his kit and pressure, it’s what defines him from M1 killers, he’s not billy/spirit/nurse tier but this ability gives him a chance against co-ordinated groups better than a wraith, plague or legion could handle it at high ranks. (Not to say there aren’t some extremely skilled people with these killers, it’s relative) This perk would mean survivor gets a no downside extra chance and the killer has to chase again, meanwhile he’s losing pressure on everything else.

There is no way to directly counter Exposed status via perks, only proactive counters:
- Not being found - proactively passive counter to Exposed status
- Not being hit - proactive counter to Exposed status
- Juke Killer - proactive counter to Exposed status
- Don't do Hex Totems - proactive counter to one type of Exposed status
- Don't rescue others from hooks - Proactive counter to one type of Exposed status
Also @List_of_concerns please refer to this ^^^^ it will help improve your experience against exposed perks and statuses

I only had one come to mind... I was trying to open a not fully frozen iceblock (because I like them in that slushy state) and it splashed back in my eye and I dropped it as a result and just stood there laughing like a crazy person at myself because I never got to have it anyway and was disappointed because it was the last one but laughing regardless, embarrassing part is someone walked in on me laughing in that half pain/half coping state. Or the other morning when we had people door knocking and I was still in my Pjs (which includes this shirt with a Mikey as below and some shorts) and had full 100% case of bedhead and just hid behind the couch and went full stealth because they were super insistent (the kind that stay if they even hear breathing) but so was I (I also think they saw me like this anyway in the kitchen with this bc we have a 70% glass door upstairs near it...)

I don't know if I can quantify really really super duper enjoyable or anything but as someone that has watched more horror than anything else it holds a special place in my blackened heart. I rewatched the original trilogy again and they're all sort of in their own lane. The first one is a strait forward horror movie with an 80's horror vibe that I can understand maybe not jiving with if you didn't grow up seeing other movies with a similar cheese to them. The second is a comedy/horror and does both well and probably why it's so many peoples favorite. The third is almost a strait forward comedy in a medieval setting with some horror elements.
I was disappointed when I first saw AoD but after 15 years I found it enjoyable after accepting it as its own sort of thing. I think that's the beauty of the trilogy really. Depending on where you're at mentally the next time you see them you can have a new favorite and even appreciate the one you once didn't even care for. Two was my favorite for a long time but I was more into the first one overall this last time around. The series only strengthened the ED legacy as well IMO.
@JESUS_CHRIST I can respect that, I definitely get how watching the same thing at different points in your life can change your view on them. Interesting points. 👍️ That's honestly what made the Nightmare on Elm st movies interesting to me, they weren't super good but they were certainly unique and had a strange charm compared to other horror/slashers (new nightmare can go burn though, that wasn't even a movie it was like a bad trailer that never ended), they were also partly horror comedy, especially when you look at Freddy vs. Jason, that was 100% comedy. I just wasn't a fan of the first Evil Dead on first view, it was just... strange and quite slow but of no real fault of it's own when you see the backstory of how that movie was made and how tight their budget was, but I guess that's evil dead. strange and an acquired taste, but interesting nonetheless.

I must have gotten lucky because this is one of the first achievements I ever got back in 2017.
I was same for this one, had one friend and the rest were smart randoms and we weren't even going for the trophy, it was my first time using a key and I didn't know it just sucks you into the hatch, I thought you could just open it for everyone, going in instantly was not my intention but everyone else caught on 😂 I can appreciate it's definitely become harder to get out of the blue like this though with teammates and EGC/hatch closing, congrats on getting it OP 🎉.

Quentin by far overall, his falling noise is adorable. I love all the falling noises really (midair)
I FOUND A VIDEO OF IT, BONUS (but it's missing dwight 😔) I never realised Min's is a full I'M GONNA DIE style scream while falling 😂

I'm half way...
*A challenger approaches*
I'm with blueberry though, time to get the prestige icons out 😂 Wasn't Orion king because they had the most overall though (down votes, up votes and comments - about comments I've seen some around with 3000+ comments but orion has 10 000+ 😨)
Congrats on all those comments though 🎊🎉
