Chapter 10 is my favorite so far and I look forward to the next chapter. They can easily create a Scream inspired cosmetic for The Legion.
-
Says who? As long as they keep up with cosmetics it gives me reason to play other survivors. I main Adam because of his cosmetics.Thatbrownmonster said:it was said before and ill say again
won't happen
even if it's a 1% change, people will start focusing only playing as 1 survivor instead of others
So even if another survivor has a better default abiltiy than Adam it won’t matter because of the fact that I enjoy his cosmetics. -
@AlwaysInAGoodShape
Yeah I like this idea but I also think David need something else. Maybe when injured he can move a little faster.
You should have this added to the balance section or wishlist. -
Cosmetics are optional. Otherwise far as your grind list it give you a reason to keep playing the game so o guess it works.KillerRaccoon said:
I’d actually prefer less cosmetics.Iceman said:I prefer original killers due to BHVR being limited when it comes to license killers. However if they get permission to make cosmetics for him then yeah sure.
I don’t need any more on my to-grind list. -
Teachable perks should just go only to tier 2. Maybe only allow an additional survivor/killer to get tier 3.
-

@rafajsp
I had my rl friend do this for me. I didn’t want to lose my Halloween flashlight because I was prestiging one of my characters. So I took it in the match and gave it to him. Then gave the flash light to Adam since he was P3.
So yeah some kind of feature like this would be nice. -
I like the concept but I think it should be ultra rare medkit only. This feature will increase the use of franklin demise. I am all for more game play styles.
-
@Kurisataru
I want to know more about the character that you created. She seems really interesting. Is that your drawing at the bottom? -
@MongByeolBuddies
This is incredible. I have a strange feeling that a voodoo killer is on their list. It would be interesting if you can create perks and a survivor to go with this chapter. I know you want to leave it up to the dev but I’m interested to see what you have to offer. -
The add on is perfectly fine, if anything just make it ultra rare. However I haven’t seen much people complain about it. I find it exciting when a player uses this addon because it make the game even more horrifying.
-
The game has always been survivors vs killer. It all depends on your play style, there is no right or wrong answer. If a survivor/killer dc because they are not able to complete their objective then I guess they will just have to keep dc’ing until things go their way.
My favorite event so far has been hallowed blight because I had an optional objective beside just doing gens and totems. However the only problem was a lot of people sacrificing themselves.
Anywho I look forward to this event. -
It’s one of my favorite map as a survivor. It’s fun not knowing if the killer if the killer is above you or near you.Unnamed_Freak said:@Vietfox said:

Aka you have the game game and doctor?
Good job on you!
They picked the map OMEGALUL 😂
Wait, the survivors put the offering to the game??! Or it was the RNG being nice to ya?
They did put the offering 😂
I don't know how stupid a survivor must be to put A Meat Plant offering, I mean ain't all killers good on this map with the exception of the Trapper? Like even Freddy, LeatherFace and Legion are viable on this map.
Principally if the killer is using a Hex totem.
The game + memorial institute are maps that are hard to escape. And when you escape them, it feels awesome 😎 -
That’s an opinion, not a fact.legion_main said:Why would you want those cosmetics anyway they are garbo -
Lmao I forgot about that perk, I think that would be best.Milo said:No Mither is more riskier than OoO
I guess since I’m speaking in my behalf lol. It feels risky since the killer can see you as wellDwightsLifeMatters said:Since when is OoO a risky perk to use? It helps me a lot as solo player, and for SWF it's even stronger -
We don’t need 5perks for a game. And let’s say the dev did go with this idea then I think only solo players and killers should have this benefit. There should be a downside to swf. Which there currently isn’t.
-
I prefer Bamboozle, it helps stop survivors from constantly looping a particular spot such as the shack. This perk is definitely good for killers that may have a hard time getting kills.
-
-
We don’t need five perks slots, however I think some perks could be build in mechanics.
Killers - Blood warden
Survivors - Kindred (however I would prefer if they just created a new perk for survivors to have as a built in mechanic) -
@rapido
I find it fun going against the nurse, it’s like playing hide go and seek lol.
And then it’s fun trying to dodge her hits. A good nurse is hard to come by, so let’s not nerf the nurse.
Tips that may help you going against her.
1. Always cleanse totems. A nurse with noed is deadly.
2. Soon as she goes in a fatigue state you try to hide, hoping that she didn’t see you.
I am jealous of all the players that are good with nurse 😭😭😭
-
@Gardenia
when there are 3+ survivors you need 4gens done to escape through the hatch. It is time consuming to look for the hatch. And by the time you do it find it, the last gen has already popped.
Also only swf are able to coordinate well with using the key. Solo players either just jump in the hatch in hope that you find it or you can message each player which takes time. Then you risk getting the birds flying over your head or either the killer finding you.
I am fine with the current mechanic of keys and moris -
The person wasn’t paying attention to the tv at the time.Milkymalk said:TV? I guess this doesn't stand for "television".

I play solo as well and I don’t see this affecting survivors in any way. If you are curious to know what the killer use then just quickly send them message. That way you can move on to your next match and look at their message later, if they happen to respond back.Brady said:@Orion said:

Heyo, didn't say this was a nerf. It just makes solo unappealing. I had a game on PTB that when I died, lasted 20 minutes and it's not really an attractive change as a solo survivor.
It just makes me want to play SWF only, really.
The question is still essentially the same. How does this change anything? Do you have to see the Killer's perks at the end of each and every trial or else you can't enjoy it?
Questions not the same, but anyway
@Milkymalk summarized it pretty well. It's nice to know if it was him who found me, or the use of BBQ or Nurse's. Did he have Tombstone on Myers or Unlimited EW3? Well, you can't find out because you're the first one who's died and the match lasted 25 minutes because of a hatch standoff.
It's mental satisfaction on knowing what I got outplayed with.
Now, I do understand this change was implemented in spite of demand due to the problem of what?... oh right, [BAD WORD] SWF. Because friends can tell each other if a Killer has NOED, BBQ, Bloodwarden, etc.
Which I get, but it's funny to me. Your NOED was already negated by me, a solo survivor, who took out your 5 totems. Your bloodwarden never activated because I know if someone is going down while I'm opening the gate, I'll leave a sliver before fulling opening it prior to the survivor being hooked. And for your BBQ and Nurses, well that's where your on the fence because it's not that hard to tell, so I guess that's irrelevant.
So, yes, my experience is gonna become more suck-ish with this change considering as prior to it, it was how I liked it. I'm allowed to voice my distaste too, I'm tired of this game heading in a direction that's discouraging playing solo survivor.
Maybe with Dedicated Servers, they'll be able to change it where SWF are considered groups separate from Solo Survivors and will be able to implement features around such. (Like, Solo Survivors can see Killer loadouts right away but SWF cannot)
"Essentially the same". Emphasis on "essentially". The words may change, but the rationale does not. If seeing the Killer's perks is where you derive most of your satisfaction from, to the point that having to wait to do so (or not being able to do so at all) ruins your experience, you may just not like the game all that much.
Don't take this out of proportion and use the argument "you must not like the game so much". Sigh. Have a real conversation with me. Infact, you disregarded 80% of the post.
Anyway, obviously it isn't where I derive my most enjoyment from. The issue is the discouragement to play solo keeps becoming more prevalent. SWF is looking more juicy these days and it's not typically something I like. I'm not going to stop playing, but it is affecting my experience in a negative way.
So no, I don't like this change. I've voiced it. But it's not a deal breaker.

Finally I can show my love for Legion -
That is why you exit phasing before getting close to the gen.George_Soros said:
Nope, experienced survivors will definitely move away from the generator and try to hide as soon as they hear the whoosh (which is not affected by M&A).Larcz said:
So when i use monitor and abuse this give me somthing like more chance to grab from gen?Unnamed_Freak said:They made so that the "whoosh" sound when she's phasing is not directional outside of her Terror Radius, and you can't hear the "whoosh" sound when inside her Terror Radius. They also lowered the recharge time of her power.
You can have a marvelous grabfest though if you're using Prayer Beads Bracelet, especially if you throw in ToTH. They can do very little to counter it. -
The last thing I want to do when playing killer is giving survivors more time to complete their objectives.
-
I wouldn’t consider borrowed time to be underrated. I see survivors carrying this perk a lot.Chi said:Borrowed Time and We're Gonna Farm Forever.

Stake Out and Small Game/Detective's Hunch. These are much better than people think they are, and they are fun to use together when you want to go all in for objectives.
-
I miss where you couldn’t leave the match until all survivors had the RBT off their head.
-
Yeah Bloodhound is a must for me when I am playing Legion, it is difficult for me to keep up with survivors once I applied dw since you don’t see any scratches
-
Not really because you can hear heartbeats, it will only punish people if you don’t pay attention to what your teammates are wearing during the campfire.Milo said:@MojoTheFabulous said:
Someone already made designs for this idea and they are [BAD WORD] fantasticIf they did have a "I'm a killer but have the clothes of survivor" feature (like in the link they have the coats on their heads) then it's okay.
If not it would be so p2w vs new players let's be real here.
-
I had match against with the hag,
It was just me and another survivor
I got hooked and then unhooked
The trap triggered and hag teleported
Hag came after me, I was able to dodge the first hit
Before she could get another hit, I found the hatch and used the key 😁 -
😂😂😂Orion said:That's up to Sony and Microsoft. Sony has a stick up its ass when it comes to cross platform.
-
No, that perk are for survivors who like a challenge. And that happens to be one of the risk when using it.
-
Tenacity, if you have tier 3 it is awesome. I love when killer leave me on the ground just to destroy a pallet. And then they have no idea where I went.
-
@Spirit_Hag
When you are in a chase with a survivor just stand at the pallet, do not phase. Most of time they will drop the pallet and comes towards you. This will allow you to get a hit. If you see them move away from the pallet then you can go back chasing after them. -

So you are saying it will be an issue because people will say that all survivors could have been all in one in the first place?Raptorrotas said:Isnt that exactly what the devs were intentionally avoiding with all they got?
" a single survivor, but you can choose their gender, skin tone, hair clothes "While im partially sorry for those theoretical twins of yours, once theyre added, certain people will either call out the devs on this or demand that the whole survivors\cosmetics part of survivors will be butchered into a single survivor to put bloodpoints in, but fully customizable to be every other survivor that has been before.
Well if that’s the case then that kind of idea would be a problem since every survivor have a backstory and unique perks until it becomes a teachable.
And this is just an idea of survivors looking alike. A male and female, if it is too problematic then they could be their own individual person.
I just thought it would be a nice idea for the game. -
I am pretty sure they could make this work. I wouldn’t be surprise if they already have this idea in mind since they introduce Legion like this.KillerRaccoon said:
The Legion works a little differently though. Their whole body is one cosmetic piece. A Survivor is split from their head, torso, and legs. It’d be weird to have a male head on a female torso, or female legs on a male torso, etcetera.Iceman said:Seeing that Legion are four people, I think it would be awesome if there were two survivors that look alike.
We could get two survivors in one chapter. A male and female. And it would be the same concept as Legion, just switch the body for the character that you want. -
Theluckyboi said:
No, it would make them lose a lot of money
I don’t see how because I would pay for it. -
Is this a leaked cosmetics? If so I am here for it lol
-
@Dav105
I like this killer concept, my only question is are the webs visible when fully grown because depending on the size of the web then this could easily be avoided making the killer weak.
And I am pretty sure the animation for the locker perk would just simply be opening it then closing it back. That way if a survivor is inside they will be captured. -
Don’t let someone size fool you.Vietfox said:In realism mode David can beat the **** out of Amanda or the Legion.
What if we actually have these sort of things in rl, you just have yet to experience it.altruistic said:Realism? I guess Nurse can't blink through objects anymore, Wraith can't go invisible, and Spirit can't shift.
Sounds like a good idea 🙄
-
@browalker15
Yeah this sounds similar to what the devs had in mind for Freddy rework.
1. Every time it puts he puts a survivor to sleep he grows stronger in power.
2. Freddy can see survivors aura when they are not in the dream world. However he is not able to see them when they are in the dreamworld.
I like your concept though far as with the killer instinct and his speed increasing. -
That is why I don’t like Haddonfield as a killer. All three houses are problematic with all the windows that they have open.
-
Yeah you are expecting something to happen, it’s not guaranteed that you work as a team. You are going to meet various players with different goals in minds.ThatOneGuy said:
Pretty sure it is, you’re supposed to work together to fix gens, there’s literal perks to help boost everyone else’s repair/open/search speed. You can stun the killer to make themAttackfrog said:I don't think it is supposed to be a team game.
drop another player. Literally it’s a team game, you all have to work together if you all want to escape.
And far as the key, sometimes I will message people or I will try to communicate with the in games emotes. However if no one is not listening to me then I just take the hatch. -
Yeah this map is problematic when playing killer. Especially Myers house.Master said:haddonfield
-
Yeah not have the time to play.The_Crusader said:Lmfao. Not to be mean but from the ones I've watched play they just don't have it in them. -
I like the DW changes as far as giving survivors a reason to heal to the healthy state. However I like that I can use frenzy whenever I want to, So I am not keen on waiting til fully charge.
-

Playing as the Killer is more stressful than playing survivors. There is nothing easy about playing killer. As a survivor player you may be use to taking advantage of certain mechanics that once its gone you feel like the whole game is collapsing. I play solo survivor and have no problem with surviving.
And camp/tunnel, I know it could be frustrating but either just hurry and move on to the next game.
