For Survivor it's got to be Ash, Ace or Quentin- they all have a useless perk (Buckle Up, Up The Ante, Wake Up!), a niche perk (Flip-Flop, Ace In The Hole, Pharmacy) and a perk that's useful only when paired with others to maximize its potential (MoM, Open-Handed, Vigil). I'd argue Ash is the worst of the three just because Pharmacy and Ace In The Hole have synergy for Item-Hunting builds, Open-Handed helps everyone's Auras and Vigil is decent now when used correctly.
For Killer Wraith has been the worst since launch. Predator hurts more than helps, Shadowborn is for those Quake gamers that love to max out FOV and Bloodhound is rarely used since most people track primarily off of Scratch Marks and noise. On the rare occasion that it could be useful (No Mither, Iron Will, perks that hide Scratch Marks) people still dont run it because they have the game sense. Next to Wraith, Huntress and Pyramid Head have terrible perks.

I want to see more Scourge Hook perks. It's an interesting mechanic, but with only one perk of it in the game I don't think we have a good idea of what their power level should be, nor if they have the potential to be powerful enough to see regular play. Ideally the new Killer has an Obsession, Hex and Scourge Hook perks- we could always use more. Boons too, but less so :p

A fake power described a mix of Deathslinger and Pinhead, where crows would grab Survivors and fly them across the map to the Killer. Broken af, but hilarious to think about XD

I didn't catch where it referred to C. Mora as female but good catch. I was looking more at the fact the art site references Chile and the coordinates to the graveyard. Another strong link to the black vale is great but imo makes for a crappy teaser since unfortunately many players don't seem to read or care about the games lore.
The female reference is subtle, found it bc French readers pointed out that in the FR translation gendered pronouns/words are used, revealing C. Mora as female. It is the same way people think the Entity is female because the devs do the same thing when talking about it in French.

In Chilean folklore and mythology the only being that is similar to crows or birds that I can find is the Alicanto, a bird with shining metallic wings that consumes ores and will lead miners to treasure unless they have ill intent it will lead them off of cliffs to their deaths.
The strong crow related imagery reminds me of the loading screen tip that refers to crows as "these servants of the entity" and makes me think it's like Kate's expanded lore from the tomes where she caught a glimpse of the entity before being taken.
If we're going off of Chilean folklore, lets talk witches. If you look into the site's code you'll find anagrams for the 3 revealed pictures: ALET, CKVH, and BLAE. When combined they mean THE BLACK VALE, the cult in the lore of the Entity. Makes sense- the first tower could be some kind of obelisk or religious feature, all the twisting black tendrils are the Entity itself. The Killer is a member of the Black Vale.
So why witches? In Chilean folklore, the only mention of magic and its usage is in one myth about warlocks on the island of Chiloe'- men who performed inhumane acts for dark magic. The only problem is that the warlocks were men only, with women only being involved as sacrifices or for use in rituals. This contradicts the fact that the site references C. Mora as female, so either this myth is unrelated or the Black Vale comes to Chile for the artist separate from any cultural magics.

I think either it might be the survivor is the painter and her paintings are related/are about the killer who is related to crows in some way. Or the killer is the painter and they are painting about the entity in some way. (Also Mora sounds like Mori but I know thats a stretch).
I doubt it- C. Mora (the artist) is mentioned to have disappeared after the 1970's, all our Survivors are from modern times. The artist is most likely the Killer.

To me this looks either like a teaser for a Scourge Hook perk (I think that's less likely), or a new map (most likely). It's a tower of some sorts, with black roots encroaching upwards from the base.

To me this looks like a tree with pendants and rags hanging from it, with a birds nest in the middle. I don't really got any ideas as to what this could be. It could be one of the killers perks as much as it could be just another image teaser of the new map. Although, the birds nest I feel is something to keep in mind for the next image.

The most obvious of the three. It's a crow. Or at least, looks a lot like a crow. But, any closer inspection and you would note the background. The crow isn't in front of the Moon. It's in front of what looks like the eye of a giant crow. This, I believe, is a teaser for either the killer themselves, or one of their perks.
That's all I got, I'll leave the rest of the theory crafting to everyone who reads and replies to this down below.
Two bird themed pictures- the artist (C. Mora) is crow related. We also know this person is female due to gendered words in the French translation, so its a female character involved with crows. I'm also inclined to think that C. Mora is the Killer because they were active in the 1970s, all our Survivors are from the current time (~2015-Present). Lastly, the fourth picture is heavily suspected to be the face of a woman, so it's most likely C. Mora/our Killer.

This doesn't seem like a direct hint towards the Killer though- but they had short video teasers which threw us off too. This looks more like a fake report generated by BHVR, more focused on the artworks than the Killer. My guess is C. Mora is the Survivor and the legends of horror we'll hear about from this Chilean artwork is linked to the Killer.

I'm getting the same feel as Zarina researching Hellshire Penitentiary or Elodie finding the French Catacombs- the Survivor is researching the history of the Killer unknowingly and the Entity takes them both.

It's one of the easier challenges? Just bless one Totem, then bless another- you can move your Boon even if it hasn't been snuffed yet (since the last time I played, haven't seen what it's like this patch). If you're having trouble finding Totems bring a map or Totem perks (Detective's Hunch, Counterforce, Clairvoyance, Small Game.)

As it currently stands, DBD is not in violation of their rules but if Steam decides to make a more stern ruling then the game is likely to be removed. This is also shown to be on BHVR's radar, as the DBD and Epic Games Twitter accounts have had some interaction around the time people were freaking out about them. Why change launchers if there wasn't a potential issue?
Regardless, this thread is old, while the issue is still very much valid and important we shouldn't keep dredging it up.

I just hope that Propnight, VHS, Charlie The Legend and some future Leatherface or Michael Myers game by Gun Media will destroy this game alive so you know how a balanced game should be handled well. Not making it worse.
As a Killer main this will be annoying but it was necessary. This won't make Survivors OP with Dead Hard, but instead remove the 0.1% of cases where Survivors get hit through (not before or after) their Dead Hard, avoiding the scenario of being Exhausted on the ground. Unless the Survivor can see the future you can play around DH.

She might be a basic witch, where the W is pronounced like a B, but I like her. Her aesthetic is interesting but not tacky, her audio is one of the best IMO and she's got a great pair of Boons. Being barefoot in her trailer was also great, and the fact that her book disappears when she puts it behind her- where does it go???

I play 20/80, mostly Killer. Thanks for the message- I'm taking a break for the foreseeable future because of the NFT screwup, but its nice to know some Survivors don't want me to hook myself.

Also let's see if this keeps up after all the hype dies down- 2 week Halloween event, lots of recent BP codes, new Survivor and big balance Midchapter. Will a boycott (which is about Pinhead and buying w/IRL money, not playing the game) make massive changes to the playerbase? Probably not. But if you want results just check the reviews of the Hellraiser chapter. There's your boycott :)

This game isn't a F2P Game though. This game costs money 40$ to be exact when I bought it anyways. If you can't fork over 5 bucks then you obviously have bigger problems then the event. Orion was one of my favorite people on this forum. Kind, respectful, knowledgeable about the game and balance- BHVR just lost one of their biggest fans. Here's hoping their next big flop doesn't end up in more like this.
