Yeah, kira is how killer is said in Japanese if they use the English term. Satsujin is the Japanese word for killer. However, if you like to kill with knives and swords, hitokiri (like Rurouni Kenshin) would be a good name heh..KiraElijah said:Let’s Start.

I don't rank as well being a solo survivor as I do killer. Obviously that makes sense because you should be better at a role that requires you to work with no one else rather than with 3 other people. That is if you split the tasks equally. I am 60 40 killer right now.
Solo surviving IMO requires patience I don't have. I think it requires patience because more times than not the other players will either be morons, selfish, or a team that will sandbag you. I am not one of those survivors who hide forever. I prefer to play striaght up and fair because its enough if the other survivors do the same. Get on the damn gen and do it until I have to run off. I actually want the hatch removed from the game FROM a survivor perspective. Simply because no one uses it the way I imagine it was intended as. A last ditch effort to escape in a match where the killer held the momentum. Turned into something where other survivors stop working and INTEND for you to die so they can use the hatch. Nearly half my matches as survivor where 1-2 people are dead and we need 2 or more gens turn into me trying to finish the match while the others sneak around hoping I die first.

Well, I’ve added BT and WGLF to my build because I spend more time rescuing people than doing stuff. Yesterday I had a game where the three other survs got hooked one after the other so I ran to rescue them all to find them hooked a minute later. That’s not the problem. The experience as a whole can be really bad as it can be really good. I sometimes swear some of the people I play with have just installed the game. It’s not fair for them when they get an experienced killer, it’s not fair for me when my teammates put every effort into failing at every task hahEveline said:If you just want to pip and be around rank 1 it's really not that hard. Pallets don’t make the killers drop the survivors either for some reason. Yes, they make you burn perk slots that you might not even get to use. Doesn’t seem like good game mechanics.

I usually bring Small Game and I always miss a totem. I don’t complain about the perk, buuuut it’s the killers “hatch” let’s say. The easy kill.

Taking into account Last year needs a very decent to very good computer to run, while dbd can run in low specs, I doubt it will get to that point.

Rank in dbd is basically a way of showing you are competent enough to fulfill certain tasks within the game. Yet being competent doesn’t mean you are skilled. People progress in school because they achieve the minimum expectations yet that doesn’t make them intelligent.
Being rank 1 and resetting back to 10 is the same #########. It means nothing. If you are still able to do what you need to do you’ll be 1 again in no time. Just take it as if you’re rank 1 and keep playing the game as you always do and when you least expect it you will have a red circle around a skinny number 1, that will, again, mean nothing.

We already have this. But then it will be 10 times worse.
On top of that we'll get angry parents. Because little timmy is crying and we really shouldn't attack kids.They'll say, "poor little Timmy doesn't deserve to be trashtalked like that!" while literally everyone playing this game assumes we're all in our teen- adult years, which is how it should be.

I feel like the solos that I have encountered at the lesser ranks have been ranked appropriately.
However, I feel that the SWF players, when judged individually, are deserving of much higher ranking than the end of game summary has placed them at.
All this assumes that I correctly identify who is SWF and who is not which is by no means a certainty.

Yesterday i played trapper with ruin just for fun and camped the totem to see how much they advanced vs ruin still active... oh man... they kept failing skillchecks and took ages to repair gens. Skill checks on ps4 can be deadly

You can have trials vs solo players and still depip. Those swf guys that you say are great loopers do play solo as well and that doesn’t reduce their skill. Good survivors can organize well even without voice comm
