I am not amused. Instead of fixing the totem spawns or how closely Survivors spawn next to totems or buffing the totem perks or addressing the problems that the totems are SUPPOSED to fix. They instead go for another band-aid fix by creating a new perk, a DLC perk you have to buy, in order to fix a problem. And yet people wonder why I, a Killer main, uninstalled DbD. Only reason I'm stickin around on the forums is to see more bs band-aid fixes and maybe, by some miracle, see the devs actually fix DbD for me to consider returning.

Who else dosent mind Ochido in PS4? Like ik he is toxic and all but admit it the community itself is toxic, Ochido is just part of it, he was good in pc and everyone hated it just because he was toxic but if he wasnt people would be like oh he is very good,ps. some killers are saying he is trash is PS4 its not like you can get used to playing something new in a day
He is the essence of toxicity in this community, and the main source of it. The day he die, the sun will start shining again.
And by the way he is a pedophile, I wish him the worst.
Hmm. when did this occur? can I have source please?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pBKEa3R1ru0&feature=youtu.be
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Ow557E29rg&feature=youtu.beArdetha deleted the videos with evidence, because it contained fragments of ochido's videos, shame.
But it was like that:
He was inviting underage girls to chat with him privately on Whatts App, or something similiar, was acting nice, then, when he gained their trust, he was aking for nudes. When they said, they are just children, he did not give a [BAD WORD], and insisted on getting those nudes. When they refused, he started to harrass them, insult etc.One of them provided proofs (screenshots of the chat), and posted it on his discord chat, which has been deleted after it by a said pedophile. Ardetha got those proofs, and made 2 videos with more evidence of the behaviour of ochido. He harrassed many girls, not just 5 or 10, it was a big number.
He is just a pedo on a power trip, he thinks he can do everything he wants, hurt children and people, without being punished.
how old were they? In't he from Europe? In Europe 16 is fair game. Doesn't matter your age. If they were below his country standards than yes very disturbing.
One was 13/14 for sure, do not know about the rest. He is from Spain, if I am correct.
"Spain is to raise the age of consent from 13 to 16 and the minimum age for marriage from 14 to 16. The change was agreed unanimously in principle by parliament in 2009 under the previous government and is expected to come into force this month."
Not sure if it was raised recently yet if it was then it's still a big culture change and I do not condone his person hobbies yet if the change was recent and depending how long this was in their culture, it will take a while for some of the population to adjust especially if this is common in their culture aka grand parents, parents did it. People tend to forget the old world and new world are still very very different places.
Age of consent was 13 in Spain??? And 16 year olds could get married???
Where is it? Ah there's my NOPE button!

It's not known exactly which Killers were tortured, but one look at Evan should tell you at least one of them was. Those hooks and skin mutilations didn't get there by themselves...The Entity would want long trials. Gotta make the Survivor feel like they've got a chance, even if they don't.
But for some reason the Entity gives the survivors the power to end the game in less than 5 minutes. GG lol
Well the Entity does get amusement from things not going as planned so perhaps it gets enjoyment from the suffering of both sides. Someone gets tunneled and feels hopeless it enjoys it. Watching the killer get upset because the survivor got away, it gets amused.
Even though I don't agree with the principle of that viewpoint (because it makes killers weak in general), but that is a really good point lol

For a casual game like dbd, survivors should have the advantage, when in doubt. Leaving all "Killers should be op and feared" bias aside, its a 1vs4 and if you want to outplay 4 players, you should be better than them, not worse. Appealing to the greater mass makes more sense for me. Look at deathgarden, hunter is op and no one plays it anymore.
You shouldnt have problems as billy tbh. He can take care of r1's most of the time. It's sad how the balance of DbD is so bad that even though it's a 4v1 pvp game with a ranking system, you have players that call it a casual game. I can't blame them though. I mean it is balanced that way after all lol

If 90% of the totem locations weren't worse enough, I present you with this. I wouldn't be more surprised if it was any other map. But this specific map is the most strategic map for totems. Why would a survivor not be tempted to break it immediately? This is the reason most totems go off in the first 15 seconds. @not_Queen please convey this to devs.
im sorry but the devs are idiots. they know about the totem spawns are #########. and they do nothing about it. i expect nothing but for them to make a mess of the game more and keep favouring survivors. they buff killers then they take 2 steps back by making it more a pain in the ass to player killer. pretty good job so far lol
I tried the game again this last month after having an extended time off. I am back to not playing again. Killers are still a joke. See you this time around in a year? If the game is still alive then? Devs have their darlings. We all know it.
No deathgarden for me even if it liked it, which i dont. No money from me for DbD ever again. No money for any of their future projects and i will leave my negative review in place. The only thing that has changed is that there are more highly coordinated groups now in the 15-20 range.
Its obviously swf using mics when one guys spots the totem, nobody else is around, and as soon as a leave the chase the guy who saw it the totem is down as soon as a leave.
Actually. Gonna delete the game off of my steam library. Good ridence. Nothing is going to change. Survs will always run the show and balance cannot be achieved. Ever. The powerrole is not the killer for sure. Its the survs.
So....[BAD WORD] you devs.....you can ban this account as well. Go on do it you dumb #########
My dear, don't be so rude. Balancing the game, any game in fact, is tricky business. But given your reaction, I'd say the Developers are afraid to make changes due to such disrespectful outcries with no real positive comments for the attempts they have made at getting closer to a more equal balance. But that'll always be the case in these games. If a killer is a bad the survivors are likely to escape. And if the survivors are bad they are likely to be killed. That's just how it is and this game does rely on luck along with skill, as demonstrated by the OP's video. But if they made the totem locations fixed to a certain four or five patterns people would be able to learn the patterns and destroy the totems just as quickly.
Balance requires foresight in order to predict how a certain change would impact future killers and survivor gameplay with the introduction of new perks. Most people just look to the present. But to get back to your comment, please, don't be so dismissive and rude. Behaviour have given a lot to the community with free ways to purchase DLC characters (excluding licensed characters which is understandable) and other new features. Problems will always be present in the game like in any other game. And mistakes do happen as the developers are Human at the end of the day and are doing an incredibly difficult job as it is. So, please. Be the person Mr. Rogers would want you to be.
My two pennies on Totem placement? Meh. Some survivors are blind to totems and ignore them whilst others are like Eagles. I think it all depends on two factors, luck and the players. Hell, you could have been texting during the introductory camera turn and missed that totem. I do sometimes. But it's very hard to balance situations like this that are so tightly connected to RNG.
Logic would dicate that in a 1 vs 4 situation that the single player would need to be stronger. The killer is not nor will ever be in charge, nor stronger. The suvs pay the bills with their idiotic purchases of cosmetics. They are not going to harm their revenue stream. The killer will always suffer. They need this to be the case so they get more purchases.
And i wanted to be [BAD WORD] rude for a reason...duh. You are not very smart are you?
Which is why I finally quit DbD. I finally have had enough of the devs and their survivor favored balance changes after literal years of continou proof of how badly favored toward the survivors the game is when it's even advertised that the Killer is the power role in one of their steam store videos. Sorry devs. But you finally lost a devoted Killer main that has finally run out of hope for your game. Huh. I wonder how the game would survive if all the killers quit and left the survivors to pick up the tab. Maybe then there would be a change. Oh who am I kidding? As long as there's 1 killer to bully, the devs will think the game is balanced.
-
I only run NOED on my Trapper to counter gen rushing since that problem isn't a result of me failing to play but the devs failing to balance their game.

Oh please.
Of course there are some survivors who exploit BUGS for wins, but the number of people I ran into exploiting the tinkerer BUG for kicks and giggles was incredibly discouraging.
If you're comparing that to "looping" or "gen rush" or "bringing in a flashlight" or even "SWF" (all mechanics that are put in the game by the developers even if you don't like them) then that's not a great way to view the game play.
I believe CallMeRusty420 was referring to exploits such as Dead Hard jumps and the infamous Pale Rose put trap.
I don't see the dead hard jumps that often and what is the Pale Roe put trap? I don't really watch the live streams or see that enough to know what it is.

If I am by the hook and you unhook a survivor, I'm not gonna avoid hitting the uninjured survivor just to avoid being called a tunneler. Sorry about your bad luck, wait until I am farther away before you unhook. I noticed people just love to complain.I don't really understand why we are expected to play a certain way like avoiding tunneling or avoiding camping but survivors can use any cheap mechanic they want and that's perfectly fine.
It's because survivors are entitled double standard crybabies.

@Crazewtboy said:
I might get some hate for this, but as someone who has 1,000+ hours on both killer and survivor, I say tunneling does not exist. The killers job is to chase you and kill you. I have over 2k hours and tunneling does exist. I asure you. I've pissed off plenty of killers that focused only me lol

Me and a friend of mine loaded into a match where 2 dc'd at the start of the match and had 4 gens to do and we managed to power on the gates and 1 of us (me) escaped. If that doesn't scream imbalance and bs, idk what does. So in other words, no you don't need compensation for crappy teammates and if you don't want to die, learn from your mistakes in the past and utilize the knowledge gained to improve your performance. Just give it time and do your best. I don't mean to sound like a class A jerk but as a Killer main that's toughed out the survivor biased balance since before Nurse came out, I'm just short fused on anything that has to do with only helping survivors and not helping the overall balance. Now just because I'm a Killer main doesn't mean I want the game to be killer favored. Trust me I don't. I want fun and intense matches. Not ezpz boring matches. Like I hate when the season restarts because I get paired up with nooby survs and I usually have to slow myself down or else 3 of them are in the basement and the last one is in a bear trap 5 minutes into the match. I hate that because I know I'm ruining their enjoyment and as a Killer that had to deal with all the survivor toxicity bread by all the crutches they were given throughout the lifetime of the game, I know the pain and I hate distributing it back. It just feels wrong.

they already plan to buff others and nerfing survivors than i don't see about nurse
killers shouldn't get 4kills everytime and now even more easy to get 2kills for full camp
but i get 4kills everytime with 3red trapper after rank patched
the point of walkers is if survivors good and lucky theres no answer to get more than 2kills
and currently all answer is going to playing nurse if you don't like to get stress
if you hate nurse you should play nurse if you hate looping and doing walkers than do nurse

No I read the whole thing. Talk about assuming. I was just stating what I got from reading your post. I personally don't have any problems about the hooks and I think they are good this way. Survivors don't need a crutch for when they get downed one after the other like dominoes. So excuse me for having the opinion that complaining about the hooks is rather pointless.Props and fair enough. And I don't think there needs to be a huge change, or possibly even a reduction, (especially since the hook reduction offering exists. And doubly so if sabotage ever gets a buff) but maybe even a change in the placement logic of said hooks, or something along those lines.
But again, I feel there are too many hooks, even as a primarily killer player. I mean, I've had a few times where a survivor ALMOST wiggles out, and that's nerve wracking, but 3/10 I can just turn around and hook them without moving, 6/10 times hook them within 3 seconds or so, and that last one is where I have to walk and they can almost wiggle out.
Well like I said before, this kind of situation that you portrayed with the screenshot is only due to the lack of caution, skill, or whatever you want to call it which is how you and the other two got into that situation. I'm a long time killer main myself. I'm from before Nurse ever came out. I've played through the horrifying survivor-favored balance all the way up to this point. Hell. The balance got so bad that I had to take a 3 month break from this game due to how survivor biased it was. Survivors were so OP that they could make a thousand mistakes and get away clean and yet if you, as the killer, made a single mistake, it costed you the game. Then after BHVR bought the publishing rights from Starbreeze, all of a sudden the devs began to balance the game toward killers which was LONG overdue. And not the bs buffs like the long awaited Wraith cube that us Killers waited for over a year and a half and turned out to be a complete fluke. Oh and remember the Freddy nerf that took place only a week after his release? No wonder Freddy came with a perk called Remember Me. He didn't want to be forgotten when the devs tried to erase him from existence only 7 days after his release. My point is, seeing someone that is a supposed Killer main suggesting a fix to a non-existent problem which would only help survivors, it makes me wonder what you exactly mean by killer main and the only way a situation like that in the screenshot would happen is if you (which you did) and your teammates (which they did) mess up severely and paid for your mistakes which resulted in you 3 gettin hooked simultaneously. I'm sorry but I'm just callin it out like I see it. You can take offense to it like you tried to do with my first post but that's on you. Not me.
-
Yeah survivors are usually either Ochiduh wannabes, entitled crybabies, or all the above. But on the rare occasion you do happen to find a good survivor. The good survivor is such a rare breed. If you find one, make sure to friend them or else you won't see another good survivor for a long time lol

Everything you said here just sounds like a practice makes perfect situation. Just keep playin and work on yourself and your gameplay. As for the colorblind part, that may make it harder on you as well.
