Sorry, The Nurse decided not to take new students and teach them the art of teleportation. She used to do that in order to make Survivors so dependent on Pallets, they always ran to them like nit wits thinking they would save them. 

The other Killers asked her to stop because it was making it way too hard for them, and Sally, being the kind a caring Nurse she was, agreed.

I played a game yesterday where pallets refused to be pulled down and I got hit twice. I don't know if its latency or whether pallets are harder to maneuver. Too many times it just refuses to pull down. It's quite annoying being in a safe position by a pallet and the mechanic of pulling down doesn't work sometimes.

you should never feel like you're in a "safe position" as survivor, especially during a chase

When I play survivor I usually feel super safe. The only exceptions are nurse and mirror myers or tinkerer 2

When I want to throw down a pallet then it should let me. That is the only time in a chase that you are safe for a couple of seconds. It's how it should be. But the pallets have to do thier job, they are not doing a pretty good job those pallets. Survivors being able to defend themselves with pallets isn't something which is wrong with this game. You have to be fair to both sides. Sure it would be easy for people to say its too easy to loop so get rid of all windows. Get rid of the basement because it's a deathtrap. We have to be neutral. Pallets being able to stop the killer for a little is a mechanic of the game.

No. Why make the survivor side even easier to play for high-rank players? Low ranked noobs made Freddy what he is today. Stop whining and learn how to play the game

Actually you are safe for the whole loop. the only risky moment is when you drop the pallet or you decide to take another loop. And pls dont tell me sth about mindgames now

Do you even play survivor at all? DO you understand what looping is? lol

@Master Stop trying to insult me. I play both killer and survivor. I said pallets are intended for a second or two restbite from the killer not that looping is/isn't safe. Looping isn't safe if it's a bad loop. Generally a good looper avoids hits. Pallets are a mechanic vital to survival.

@Master see now you're just being toxic. Pallets are wonky and don't drop when I press drop and you think you can say it's because I'm not good enough. This is why we can't have nice things.

I sorta like it the way it is now. Not way back at launch where it was crazy delayed and you had a 50/50 chance of getting hit right through it. Not after that when they were 100% safe. But now it's somewhere in the middle. Safe, responsive, but you better have your timing down or else you're going down.

It's good. Feels fair on both sides, in my experience.

I don't like the delay in pulling them down. Not sure if it is a frame rate issue or what. They also said if you were in the middle of the pallet it wouldn't come down. They showed it in the stream but they still can come down. Again not sure if it is frame rate related.

Well if you are in the middle of the pallet, throwing it down would made it fall on you. Thats why its not possible to drop it in the middle (at least for me)

I was healing. I saw on the stream when they were showing the mechanics this was possible.
