  • If the Wraith's Sloppy Butcher/"Blind Warrior" - White bug is the standard of how they do game-breaking bugs related to equipment, i don't think they'll disable it & leave it broken in the game until they fix it.

    in Wow... Comment by Boss
  • Yup.

100% of all Killers were forced to run Sloppy Butcher.

Seriously though, i can see why they would: It makes you waste more time on something that you really wanna do and it's not helping towards progression at all.

  • Maybe you want to hang onto it until the new characters come out soonish?

I'm not saying you should spend it on them, but you'll be able to check out their stuff and the Killer's Power and then decide what to do with that bucket of BP.

Barbecue & Chili is ALWAYS good to get though, new characters coming or not.

At least you're not biased then. I like your response Mr. Boss 👍

Hey, if you find Legion fun, good for you!

I love the ######### out of Wraith currently, which makes people immediately say CAMPUR!

Would your response be the same if this post was about people who say Nurse is weak because you to learn blink times/range?

    Absolutely.

  • Not anymore.

Almost everything i see nowadays, i've seen before.

And i don't laugh at the same joke again unless it's REALLY good, and there's never REALLY good jokes ingame to me.

  • Yes people, stop stating your own opinions.

    Gosh!

No One Escapes Death, Perk Level 1

    • No One Escapes Death starts with 1 Token.

    • Everytime you instantly put a Survivor from any Health State into the Dying Health State using your main weapon, remove 1 Token.
    • No One Escapes Death is disabled after reaching 0 Tokens.

Sorry for the exxagerated killer bias now.

But wasting a killer daily quest to give in to the "dont tunnel" demands of survivors... feels stupid.

This was not created to follow Survivors' made up rules, i always ignore those.

This was simply to give a bit more variety in Rituals.

And if it's a waste to you, you can always delete these. :)

I know that its not your intend, but giving one survivor a "free ticket" until hes the last one does simply like "survivor rules". And killers possibly lose their reroll on those.

Well technically you'll only "follow" 1 out of 4 Survivors' rules, since you'll be going for the 3 others first if the Ritual is your goal.

    • OchiDO

LUL Did he really said that?

When he got banned from PS4, he said pretty much that.

  • Liking Dark Souls series and Bloodborne, a giant sword is more than enough to satisfy me.

  • From a main Wraith...

Honestly, any Killer-aura-reveal Perk is a direct counter to him, as long as he's cloaked.

Funny enough, the more and/or better the "Shadow Dance" Add-ons a Wraith has on, the better Alert becomes, since he'll leave the location of the broken pallet/damaged Generator sooner, giving Alert more time to show where he's going.

As you mentioned, Spine Chill is probably the best counter though.
It's a rare Perk for me to encounter, so you won't ever see me moonwalk to a Generator.
But that makes it only better for those who do run it, since it'll work against me.

If you have a camping Wraith, Kindred is your best friend.

Premonition works too. (Which is real fukn stupid, but whatever, it's underused anyway, it shouldn't get nerfed.)

On a sidenote, i'd like to mention Perks like Diversion & Stake Out depend on the terror radius, making them significantly weaker against him.

Well yeah, you'll tunnel the other 3 Survivors if you go for the extra BP.
Otherwise, you're unaffected by the new incentive and you'll play like usual.

    My mistake. I read wrong.
You want a daily version of Play With Your Food.

That's one way of putting it. :p

I don't think this would work in favor of the Killer because it's the last Survivor, I'm guessing it means if the other 3 are dead then you ''kill'' this one and you get points or do you get points for having this Survivor just be the last one? If it's the 2nd one that's cool because it won't matter if they escape or get hooked, still get points.

Hmm, considering hatch is ezpz, yeah, i guess i could do the latter. :)

  • Technically, one could set up not blinking and still playing a match.

    • Position your monitor so it faces down above your seat.
    • Make sure your seat is something you can lie down on
    • Put up machinery next to it that forcefully keep your eyelids open
    • Put up more machinery to regularly gently apply clean water to your eyes
    • Play a match

Not an interesting one, but a valid one nonetheless

    Aye.

  • @Steamtastic_Vagabond said:
How would a daily work if we had to hunt down not a specific character, but a specific player?

Same way the Obsession targeting mechanic works: One player is chosen as the Non-Target, except instead of someone having an Obsession Add-on/Perk on, the Killer has a Non-Target Daily Ritual.

    @Steamtastic_Vagabond said:
Would it change every time a match begins?

Yes, it's very rare to get the same players twice in a row after all. :p

    @Steamtastic_Vagabond said:
If so, how would you go about finding out who the target is once the match starts?

Simple: A new icon is plastered onto the randomly chosen player.
Whether Survivors can see it too, idk about that. Don't really care either.

    @Steamtastic_Vagabond said:
If it picks someone in the lobby, then you’re boned if that player leaves the lobby for any reason.

Nope, it'll pick one during the loading, just like Obsession targeting does.

    @Steamtastic_Vagabond said:
It would probably be much better if the target was characters (or obsessions) and not players.

The reason i don't want to do characters has already been stated, you can wind up waiting 20 lobbies and still not complete it.

  • @Saint_Ukraine said:

As The [INSERT KILLER NAME], save the randomly chosen Survivor for last.
    And you'll earn BP.

That sounds really hard and based on luck. I mean, what if it's Quentin? What are the chances that you're going to find a game with one of those nerds?

What? No, that's the wrong idea.
The random Survivor is based on the players in your lobby, not the actual characters.
But to prevent further confusion, i'll be sure to explain it in the topic. :)

  • Maybe the Killer is just a hobo who snuck into such a place for shelter. C:
And the Entity thought: "sigh Fine, you'll have to do, i guess."

Broken Keys from Chests need 1 Add-on on them by standard.

    Oh rly?
    I rly didnt know that.

    I think you misunderstood me.
I mean that i wish for Broken keys to have an Add-on on them by standard.
Currently they don't have Add-ons, you can't put Add-ons on Items while playing, and they are broken so they can't open a Hatch either, which is a Key's only use without Add-ons.

Finding one does literally nothing but waste time and give you some Chest Search Bloodpoints.
I mean if you escape with it, then you can use it i guess.
But Bloodwebs should supply you with Broken Keys at a better rate anyway.

He made the video after patch 2.3.3.
Idk when the Hag buffs were.

  • Depends on your skill.
TydeTyme puts her low for example.
But when you see his gameplay with her and then Ardetha, you know why he puts her so low.

I daresay she might be the one to require the most dedication. (At least for me, i got ones like Nurse & Spirit down quite easily.)

  • Number 1 is the developers' ideas of what's balanced.
    Not even kidding.

Before i "lash out" though, i love how they've made the game way better than before, and dropped memeable statements like infinites requiring skill.

That said, it only takes 1 or a few mistakes for the balance to just shift 100%, which was more than apparent on patch 1.9.2.
I don't like quitting, but after i got my cosmetics from that event, i was out.

This time they recognized it as a bad balance patch, but y'know, what if they don't recognize it?
That's what scares me the most in DbD.

    Number 2 is Hillbillies.
