I entered this thread with certain assumptions.
I am not disappoint.

Because i paid for the game and no one else. I decide when i complain about mori and noed. Trying to shame me everytime after post game chat on the forum just makes me laugh.
....
Seriously man, dont take that now personally please but do you really come here to complain about complaining people...?
If people dc on you all the time and it bothers you, change your playstyle?
It almost never happens to me that someone DCs, i try to play fair and that it is fun for everyone. A red mori is not fun for anybody (not even for the killer) so i dont use it.
It is still a game of 5 people and we forget that behind every name there is a person.
The problem is, more often than not, survivors forget or don’t care that there is a player behind the killer. The don’t consider the stress that falls upon the shoulders of a killer when survivors bring in purple toolboxes and blast through gens. They don’t care that the killer chased and downed a survivor and then deny them the hook by sabotaging or blinding him. Many don’t want to admit that the game really is survivor sided.
I used to think the opposite when I first started. I only played survivor and just thought killers were scum and OP. But I played killer and a whole new world was revealed to me. Killers have nowhere near as many tools as survivors have to help them in the game. It showed me that I was just a bad survivor, and showed me what looping a killer is.
Now I only play killer because I get more bloodpoints to use to level up my survivors. Once all my characters are done, I’ll probably only play Ghostface so I could twerk while moonwalking.

I’d like to see an ebony demodoggy.

So i played with leatherface and i had a ebony mori and i put someone down but i couldn't mori him because he was moving left and right i picked him up put him on the ground and i tried to mori him but again i couldn't do it so i had to put him in the hook i think it's a good counter against mori.
There are three different moris. Yellow mori lets you kill the last survivor. Green let’s you kill one survivor after they’ve been hooked at least one time. The red colored one lets you kill every survivor as long as they have been hooked once. They’re rare, so make sure to save them for when you see survivors are bringing in multiple toolboxes or keys and tunnel the crap out of them.

I will! <3

Aw, that sucks. I actually bought Ghostface because I love it when he twerks. Maybe I’ll try something similar and use NOED and see if that will send them all into a tizzy. I probably need to get Freddy leveled up for bloodwarden too.

I play both roles, and I think Killer is the more difficult of the two. I always start off trying to be nice, but some groups are infuriating to face. Good luck trying to find a group of Kagebushettes who equip Spinechill and urban evade away from gens the second they get the alert your near. Good luck chasing Swol Boy David whose t-bagging and flashlight clicking at you in order to bait you into a long chase. Good luck hooking someone while two of their teammates blind you from different angels. Good luck trying to hook them at a hook that has been 99% sabotaged, with their teammate ready to finish that 1% to deny you the hook.
The second I see they they have good coordination and more than 2 gens are done, I stop caring about being nice and I will tunnel the crap out of their weakest link just to remove the pressure off of my shoulders. Are they bringing in 2 tool boxes or more? I will assume they have a spare part and bring in a mori. They want to finish gens faster, I want to kill them faster.

I want Claudette to get a copy cat of Michael Jackson’s red “Thriller” outfit.

Pretty sure there's one we already have called dead hard. Having a healthy survivor dodging is too rewarding in my opinion counting the fact there was already time put into a chase.
But I want to do flips, rolls and cartwheels! Let me dodge the killer in style!
-
Nope, it’s his fault for chasing you that long, as well as the devs fault for designing bad maps that allow chases like that.

HAha was it on swamp and was the other person a Meg? That happened just a while ago with me exactly and I killed her and that was what was said in chat xD
She had AFK crows like 2 or 3 times they were doing nothing long before it was just the 2 of them too.
No, this was a few weeks ago on the clown map. It was a Claudette, and even though I had the killers attention for about 4-5 minutes, she wouldn’t even do 1 gen. She just crouched and walked around, hoping the killer would kill me. Thankfully, he was a good guy and killed her instead <3
-
From what I understand, if there is even a small chance that you are innocent, the powers at be will not ban you.
Something similar happened with me and a bad teammate. The killer saw that she was just waiting for me to die so he let me get up and killed her instead. The survivor said she was going to report me for working with the killer and nothing came of it.
-
Bring in an ebony mori if you see two or more toolboxes. They’ll either dc at the loading screen or be more cautious around you, thus, less toxic. If not, tunnel and mori them.
You could also master the nurse. I want to, but I hate how her vision gets impacted after a teleport.

I've been wanting a Mummy for a long time. I would love a desert/pyramid environment. I think that would be great. Give the Mummy an ability where he can whip out his bandages, catch a survivor, then pull them in for an instant down. Something like that. A night time desert map? Yes, please!
I like this, but I'd like it to be in a bright daytime desert environment. They could part of the map that takes you into a dark Egyptian crypt and the outside is oppressively hot and bright, with large pillars that cast long shadows for the blendettes to blend into. I'm tired of the dreary maps we have, I want something radically different.
They would just have to make sure they put enough things to help survivors hide around. I'd also like this to be the start of more interactive maps, such as having sand too hot for survivors and killers for too long, causing them to grunt in pain and slowing their actions. Or even quicksand that will take you down into a tunnel that could lead you to the crypt.
But thinking of how many bugs this will all cause makes me think it will never happen.

I would defenitly want pyramid head from silent hill. That would be pretty cool to lug the broad sword and chop people to bits with it.
Artistically, it would be a nice addition to the game, but gameplay wise, I don’t see how they could make him unique enough from the other killers.
They would have to give him a good power and not just another variation of the Oniichan smash.
I don’t really want a movie monster/killer unless it’s Chucky, but his silhouette is just too small for the games mechanics. Instead, I hope they take a 3 month break from new killers and focus on the current state of the game and it’s bugs.
Once they iron out some bugs, I’d like a new original killer that is either Zombie or Egyptian Mummy themed. Or even a hybrid of both.
If they have to get a licensed killer, I wouldn’t mind Eligos, a demon summoned in the series of Ash vs Evil Dead, as long as they include Pablo and Kelly.
-
A new perk that would let me dodge a killer during a chase by either performing a roll or cartwheel away from their strike.
An Egyptian Pyramid themed map.
More affordable cosmetics.
Cosmetics that I could use with all of my characters.
Shirtless Michael Meyers
Speedo David
Panda Costume Feng Min
Daisy Dukes Dwight
More emotes for both roles. Creepy nod, “No” finger wag, and thumbs down for killer. Distracting shout (with a 2 min cool down) for survivors.
Trapper starting with 4 traps, and being immune to his own traps.
Devs keep to their word and iron out a lot of the bugs, optimize the game for all platforms and finally introduce crossplay.
People stop complaining about things that the devs have already addressed.
-
The fact that the game has no endgame contributes to this feeling of having no purpose. Its one of the reasons why I stopped playing fortnite (also because i don't like fps) and WoW. I like games that tell a complete story with a beginning, middle and end.
Right now, I am addicted to this game due to the fact I want to level up all of my unlocked characters, but once that is over with, I don't see myself playing as much as I do now. I'll probably cut it down to one or two days a week.
-
I just started using plague this week, she’s fun against potatoes, but difficult to play against smart survivors. I like to run whispers and infectious fright on her.
If I can’t find anyone and we are outdoors, I’ll go to an area where whispers lights up and helicopter vomit into the air until I hit someone. It doesn’t work all the time, but when it does, it’s glorious.
Its also fun to vomit on a survivors face after I hook them.

Hillbilly is the most disturbing for me. The way his skin is stretched across his torso and face, ew, I can feel the pain just looking at it.

I like it!
Here is my favorite.
Play Wraith, find your hex totem (needs to be in a alcove of sorts) Stand in front of it becoming "true" invisible. Watch as the survivors try to cleanse it but can't get close enough and don't understand. Ring bell once you feel a jumpscare is needed.
I love you and I’m going to do this when I get ruin on my Wraith
-
It was much faster when I started in October but slowed down a bit now. It’s probably a side effect of their stupid matchmaking that the Devs said they’ll work on after their vacation.
-

Just started a game, killer was GhostFace. Two survivors immediately DC (I don't blame them, stealth killer are very annoying). Five gens to go, 2 VS 1 game. Thank you Devs for this game balance. Seems fair.
This literally happened to me this morning, maybe I was your teammate in that match? He let us do the gens and escape in the end.
Devs really can’t do anything about it, players will dc for any reason, they’re just bad sportsman. If they took away the ability to dc, they would Alt +F4, End Task or just afk.
-
All I think he needs is to be able to carry 3 traps as a baseline ability. He should also start with those 3 traps.
Anything more and you’ll risk him getting into overpowered territory.

How the hell pray tell do you n get the freaking basement 4 sacrifice challenge
Run insidious Leatherface. Get one in the basement and camp.
Doable with Trapper too.
It’s not a challenge you could get quickly unless you’re lucky.
-
I'm still at rank 13 as a killer and the higher up I go in rank, the faster the gens pop. It's very aggravating to set 3 traps with trapper, chase one survivor, and have 3 gens pop. The survivors get mad when I stay near the hook. Sorry, what am I supposed to do?
Should I just go around the map, place trap, while Claudette shadows me and disarms them?
Should I chase t-bagging bald Dwight, who obviously has all pallet locations memorized?
Or should I trap the crap out of the hook and stay near, and monitor the near by gens?
-
Before the devs even think about adding water to the game, they need to fix the plethora of bugs that they currently have. With the way things are now, water would probably break the game for people, especially those on console.
-
Unhooking someone while the killer is still in range and not having BT
-
As long as I don’t have to worry about the killer trying to murder me, I choose Michael. He seems like he won’t be too talkative, has a minimalist lifestyle, I’m pretty sure he has a nice body under that hospital gown, and he’s probably the type to stand up for their roommate when the time arises.
-
I like Trapper the most at the moment. I’ve only been playing him for the last week and he can be so much fun. It is so satisfying to get looped, pallet stunned, pointed at, t-bagged and the heat the SNAP! and watch the person you were chasing wreathe in agony, not able to move, and then meet me machete.
Its just really difficult when you have to search for your traps and have someone shadow you and disable any trap you set.

He would instantly become my main if he looked like that in game.
-
Her point of view is really annoying.
-
Only show mercy to non toxic shirtless Davids.
I personally show mercy to people who play as if they just picked up this game. I don't want to put off people and would like to have a larger player base, so if I see a Bushette wearing a bright green shirt, trying to hide behind a rock at the start of the match, I'll pretend I didn't see her. Once they have 2-3 gens done, then I step it up a notch.
I like this game, and I think many others would too, they just need to experience the fun aspects before they get exposed to all the negative Nancys that want to ruin it for everyone else.
-
I'm terrible at getting chased and looping, but yesterday I was able to make Ghostface lose line of sight during a chase several times in the match. It was glorious. I still died in the end because he closed the hatch and camped the gates, but I was still happy that I was finally able to get away from a killer on my own.

That's 2 characters 😂
Edit: forgot mine...XD
I came in here to post this too! Dante will forever be my favorite video game character.
I have to toss in Ryu Hayabusa as well. I loved him in the Ninja Gaiden series and Dead or Alive.
-
Yes, as long as they were being a good sport. It’s not going to ruin my life if I help out the killer, especially since I’ve had killers let me blind them or pallet stun them for my challenges.
-
Remove his mask.
-
I started seeing more and more killers doing this, and while I believe they have a right to play how they want (as long as it’s not cheating/hacks/bug exploits) it’s still poor sportsmanship and I will treat them how they treat me and my teammates.
The next time I face a camper, I will just ascend to full Bush status and become one with the environment. Good luck trying to find me. It’s easy to juke a BBQ+chili. Heck, I’m getting better at losing a killer after their first hit. If I’m the last one left and you find the hatch, I’ll just let The Nea impale me, better that than to let you hook me.
-
- Allow Wraith to attack while cloaked.
- Give Claudette the same cloak ability Wraith has.
- Give David a higher resolution texture and higher polygon count model along with a Speedo cosmetic.
- Allow Dwight to teleport between lockers.
- Create a hide and seek mode where the killer can only m1 the survivors, and the survivors have no perks. There are no generators, only trees, bushes, objects to hide behind or in. There is only a single hatch with no gates. The hatch only opens if one survivor remains. It is possible to find one key on the map, but that key will only allow one survivor to escape. Survivors would be able to turn on each other and lure the killer to one another. They will be given a scream emote as well as a baseline pebble toss ability to distract the killer.
-
You're only toxic if you t-bag or point at them throughout the chase. They made the poor choice of chasing you for as long as they did. Yet, at the same time, I feel the killer earns being able to camp after getting looped. I mean, yes it sucks for the survivor, yes it is very toxic- no one likes getting camped, but that's the risk you take when you play this game. Both sides do things that are annoying or not fun for their opponents.
It's not the most efficient method in this game, especially if the rest of the survivors aren't potatoes, the killer will most likely only get one kill. Heck, if you looped the killer long enough, it's possible for your team to finish the gens and power the gates and still save you if they have the right combo of perks and work together to take hits.
Also, sometimes, if three gens pop at once, the killer may feel pressured into camping. It can be a great strategy to make the match to snowball in their favor, especially if the remaining gens are all bunched together, and hes hooked you right next to them. It's like luring moths to a flame.

I think the complaints are about equal. I just wish people would stop complaining about the same things over and over, especially the stuff the Developers have already addressed (camping, tunneling, t-bagging).

In all honesty I'd rather they dc than get death hooked as much as it screws challenges over I don't do them much at all. I'd rather get the satisfaction that they hate me enough to rob me of 700 points by losing everything they've done in that game.
But I don’t want to hate you. I want to love you! Why won’t you let me love you!
-
Survivors have no one to blame for NOED but themselves. All you have to do is cleanse 5 totems. It’s not the killers fault that your team can’t be bothered with anything other than looping or gens.
In a sense, the killer is playing with a handicap for most of the match since NOED doesn’t kick in until all 5 gens are done and the gates are opened! I don’t think it’s unbalanced, it’s not hard to counter, and you can even cleanse it after it’s activated.
If you want to go back in and save one of your teammates, there should be a high risk for a high reward, especially when the risk is easily countered.

Can’t tell you how many Trappers I’ve given the challenge right at the start of the match. They usually end up letting the entire team escape
Same. I actually like most Trappers, I haven’t seen a sweaty one yet. I do hate how they make grass scary. I do love seeing a Trapper nod gleefully at a survivor when they get trapped. I just think it’s funny.
Trappers also seem to be the ones who showed the most mercy to me when I first started, letting me live after I crouch and shake my head. So now, if I sense a baby trapper, I’ll let them get me a few times. Especially with how bad the matchmaking is.
-
With how sweaty the community seems to be (both roles), I try to be nice. I never insult the killer or survivors in the chat, I don’t t-bag or point or flashlight clicking unless the killer was a douche for the whole match (I do like to twerk with Ghostface, it’s fun).
When it comes to killers doing challenges, if I notice they’re taking people to the dungeon, and my team is full of idiot potatoes who keep getting caught, And we have 1 or no gens done, I’ll just head to the dungeon to let them get their challenge.
it’s only a game. It’s not going to change anyone’s life if they win or lose every match.
-
I second Freddy. Its not that he's scary, just super annoying.
Spirit is another one, mostly because 9 times out of 10, they always run straight back to the hook the second a survivor is unhooked.
-
I didn't know this was a thing until today. Devs probably won't fix it until they come back from vacay. Just alt+tab to youtube or something until the killer gets bored, then report them.

What killer are you playing? If I see more than one toolbox or flashlight, Franklins Demise goes on. Best advice is to apply as much pressure as possible. If you can show that you're competent, when you injure multiple people, they will start respecting you and stop to heal. Don't be afraid to slug people either.
If you're sick of getting rushed, get a high mobility killer like Billy or Wraith.
Wraith with the speed while cloaked and see through walls is a force to be reckoned with.
Silent bell is fun for the grabs.
