"I'm too poor, I have a gaming PC and a money based not free game" hehehe
Being poor does not equal being completely broke. I saved and worked really hard for my PC, and it’s no where near the top of the line. The game itself was only $10 on sale.
I also get a lot of value out of my PC and expect it to last 7-10 years. Being poor doesn’t mean I can’t have 1-2 nice things for myself. Or am I not allowed a little splurge here and there?
I don’t think anything about my situation is funny. God forbid you get in a similar situation and have people laughing at you.
-
I use it to warn of camping but have learned most survivors use it to try and rush people to unhook them. So now I have to tell people in chat to only use it to warn of camping.

Your phrase is the reason I play Daddy Myers. He needs enough support for the confidence to show his beautiful sculpted abs.
Yes, I want to see his abs glistening in the moonlight, while he penetrates my body with his tool of choice.
<_<
-
Nerf Daddy Meyers shirt. It should be completely destroyed. He needs to show David who the real swol boy is.
-
I expected this thread to be another “Nerf: XX” thread. Nice to see legitimate complaints.
Hopefully the devs will iron out these bugs.
-
I’m too poor to do anything for the holidays. I’m happy I have my PC and DbD to spend it with.
Thank you devs for providing a fun game to play.

I hate playing against her because I hate stealth killers. But her reverse bear traps are also very annoying.
I’ll push aside my hate if she lets me Boop the snoot. It makes me sad when a piggy doesn’t realize I want to Boop it. I had one that saw me pointing and went off looking for a survivor in the direction I was pointing in (even though I was crouched and pointing at them).

But you are a "special" case, for people that can loop, this perk is trash
So all perks should revolve around people who can loop?
Doesn’t matter if I’m a special case, there should be perks for several types of play styles.
Also, I don’t think self heal is trash. You not liking it doesn’t make it bad.
-
I played Billy for the first time yesterday for a daily ritual. I never realized how difficult it is to control him while using the chainsaw.
People need to play both roles before they complain about something. Then they’ll see not everything is as over powered as they think.

if the killer comes you loop'em, ain't that just easy
Unfortunately for me I don’t have the hand dexterity for looping, watching the killer during a chase, or 360°. My left hand just doesn’t listen to my brain like it used to :(. All I could do is stealth play, work on gens, unhook teammates, search for ruin, heal people, undo traps, and tap an I worked gen so the killer could waste time searching an area.
I know it’s not the preferred play style but I don’t care. It works for me.

More people Self-caring in an corner.... HELL NO
Better they heal in a corner rather than expect me to heal them at the hook I just unhooked them off of. So many survivors don’t consider that the killer might come right back after they get unhooked. They just do the little squat dance for me to heal them.
-
I would like to see self heal buffed.
Actually, I know I'm in the minority, but I'd like to see self heal in its current form become a base ability and no longer a perk, and am willing to see killers get the same treatment with Ruin or some other perk.
-
Anytime someone complains about anything I did in the match and call me bad, I just say "You fell for it, so you're obviously worse". It usually shuts them up or causes them to give an expletive filled rant that just makes me laugh.

You need to send the developers some ginger snaps first.
-
Longer screams, with better facial animations.
-
Op too loud, couldn’t see.
-
Depends on my mood. If you looped me forever, then no. You obviously have enough experience in the game that you don’t need the blood points. You could rot on the hook.
If you offer me your item, I’ll down you, then let you get up and go.
If you are a bunch of potatoes, and still have 5 gens after 6-7 minutes, I’ll walk one of you to ruin and let you have an easier time. I ain’t got time for that slow of a game.
If you’re a sexy shirtless David, and do a little twerk for me, ima let you live after I put my hands on you.
If I’m playing Hag and catch you looking at my ruin, you must die. Nothing personal, but after seeing memes about her I feel like I have to uphold the legacy.
If I signal for you to unhook someone and you don’t, you die.
If you’re playing Jake, you die. I hate him for some reason.

Give survivors a scream emote and give the killers a laugh emote.
-
I want to learn more about the entity. I’m not happy that it seemingly has no weaknesses and that all of the survivors are forever doomed in its eternal games.
I understand that this is a horror game, but I’d like to play with the hole that my survivor will have a small chance at escape. Claudette needs to have a nice ending where she lives out the rest of her life in a quiet town, with David chained to a bed in her basement.
Id like to also know if the Entity has any enemies that may be aware of its antics and if they’re trying to rescue the survivors.

The event Im referring to was back in June. You play on PC with that username?
Yes, my username is the same as the one here, but it may have a period after the “s” and before the “d”. I forget. I’m thinking to change it to something along the lines of Potato. It will help prepare people to expect the worst.
As for the event, then it’s a definite no. I haven’t played for that long.
-
He is a survivor because the Entity feeds on the hope that Meg has every time she gazes upon David’s sweaty torso.

I dont have the hospital gown, plus this match was during the 3 year anniversary event, so that cosmetic wasnt even released yet. Any chance I was your killer?
Maybe not. I only started this game last month, so I have no idea when the Anniversary event was. It’s just the way you described how the match unfolded is almost identical to a match I had against a Michael within the last week.
Im always appreciative to nice killers like you. So even if you weren’t the same Michael, thank you for being nice to survivors. Not all of us are tbagging turds. If you ever see me in the middle of a match, stopping dead in my tracks and tbagging, that is not tbagging, I’m putting on a little twerk show for you.

I forgot this one. After I saw so many ppl use event BP offerings, I decided to play around with everyone. Pretty much I played normally except... I decided to only 2 hook everyone. After someone was already on death hook, id still chase em if I found em, but would just slug em so their teammates could fetch em later. Actually got to the point where some of em almost bled out and I had to be the one to fetch them, lol. I guess one of em hit stage 2 on the hook without me noticing though and died when I hooked him a 2nd time. This was the chat...
Side note, this was my first screenshot I put into my "salty endgame chat" folder on my desktop, lol.
I remember a match with a sexy Daddy Michael that went exactly as you describe it. It’s always nice to have a chill killer once in a while. Next time, make sure to wear your hospital gown <3

I only like to boop the snoot and then fall into the warm embrace of Piggy.

Thanks for the response. I was more worried for the nice killer than I was for me. <3

We do not need more killers. We need more killers to be reworked (Legion, maybe Plague), buffed (Clown), and for the Devs to focus on ironing out the bugs and making the hitboxes better. They also need to improve the dedicated servers.

I didn't have much issue with either of those. The one that broke me was the flashlight save...
I still haven't completed it, and now I'm mashed potatoes. Oni took my tongue earlier so I don't know what I taste like.
The challenge is like, piss off the killer so they could make sure to kill you first.

This was one from afew weeks ago. They managed to 3 gen themselves on azaroth's, and only got out due to keys... Apparently I should walk to the opposite side of the map instead of "camping gens".
You’re supposed to teleport up into the clouds and only descend once’s the gates are open and the survivors are ready to safely t-bag you.

Ah well I appreciate the kind words. Sadly, I cannot condone any DC'ing, as it is strictly against the rules of the game.
I don't condone it, I just understand it.

It isn't even that, a mori, I can almost understand. It isn't okay by any means to DC, but at least they have a reason.
This is a Tombstone, it takes a long time to build up, easily enough time to finish all 5 gens.
There are some reasons to dc, such as you're facing a super campy and tunneling killer and all of your teammates are feeding right into their play style. Or maybe a casual killer who gets bullied by optimum swfs who have all the right perks and have the map layouts perfectly memorized. People can only take so much. When I first started, I used to dc when I couldn't handle the jump scares that Daddy Meyers and Ghostface provided.
What you faced is not from the above. What you faced are entitled children who are used to getting everything handed to them and couldn't compute the thought that they may have actually lost at a game. Nothing you could do about them other than report them for the DC. It sucks, but just know that they will never be able to handle life properly if this is how they behave in a videogame.
If you ever see me in a match, do a little dance so I know its you and I would be more than happy to be "impaled" by you >.>
-
I’m a potato so I understand the frustration of not being able to do the achievements. When I see people dcing in a match because a killer did a mori, I just walk up to the killer so he could get it done. It’s a video game, not the end of the world.
Cant wait for dc punishments.
-
It’s difficult but not impossible. Just do what I did and be a Blendbush. Do gens, totems, and heal others while never letting the killer see you. Once one door is open, hide until they hook a potato.
It gave me trouble, just no where near as much as a later one of Blinding the Killer 4 times. OMG. I wanted to rip the hair out of the head of the dev that though that it was a good challenge. Only reason I got it was because Ghostface was nice.
Now I have to blind him while he’s carrying a survivor. ;_;
-
I had someone try to help me when I first played Wraith. He said not to use insidious because it’s basically built in to my cloaking. I didn’t believe him, thinking that even though I’m invisible, survivors could still hear my terror radius.
I felt so stupid after I realized that they were honestly trying to help.

I think most of the archive challenges are fun except for the flashlight challenges. It would be different if flashlights weren't lost on death but trying to practice with them is a guaranteed down for the killer.
Yes, the flashlight challenge drove me crazy. I got lucky and had a nice Ghostface who understood what I needed and let me blind him 3 times. And by some miraculous twist of fate, I was magically able to blind a billy while he was doing his dash, which stopped him in his tracks. I didn’t live after that.
Im just happy I could skip the blind while killer is carrying.

It was always just my preferred playstyle to out-sneak the Killer.
Looping might stall them for long if you're better than the Killer, but if the sneak near your Generator is successful, you'll either waste the Killer's time since they wanna find you, or they go away and you can immediately jump back in to complete the primary goal.
There's also been a few matches where i as Killer just could not for the life of me find one of them, always impresses me, far more than running in circles.
I did that today against a Hag. She never saw me until I was at the exit gate, waiting to say goodbye to her. One of my teammates was mad that I urban evaded the whole match, and I had to point out that its not my fault everyone is stupid and can't crouch through traps.

BHVR doesn't have an issue with money.
I never said they did. I just said more money may tempt them to make the game better than it is now.
-
I just want them to get more players. More Players = More Money = More inspiration to make the game better.
Maybe Ninja playing will help.
-
Its sad, but we have to remember lots of immature kiddos are playing these games. Unfortunately, the same goes for some adults. I wish I could have a magic power to where I could open up a small portal and smack these people upside their head.

Og's will forever be better than any dlc character. Then again, i don't play Claudette because of her stealth.I like her sounds and cosmetics, but Yui's are a lot better in my opinion.I would also go as far as to say that they are the best in the game.Even her reskins of the default ones are pretty cool.
I enjoy Claudettes stealth attributes, but it’s not the main reason I main her. I just really like her. She seems likes she would be a genuinely good person to know irl. I like how kind hearted her face looks, how her voice sounds, and how average her proportions are. And she has some nice cosmetics. She and Dwelf are the only two characters who are tempting me to spend real money for cosmetics, though Neas upcoming cosmetic and hairstyle are really nice.
I hope they come out with a braided hairstyle for Claudette soon. Not the one long braid, but the many small braids that are just left straight down.
-
If you like how she looks, just play her. You don’t need to rely on her perks. Make sure to unlock the teachable perks that you like so you could ha e them on her.
Also, Claudette>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Yui.

@Boss said:
Pretty much the same as i do now: Stealth stealth stealth or kill kill kill.
This is me. I don’t have the gaming capabilities to loop like some better players can. So I become Mr Sneaky McSneak.
As a killer, I feel bad if I realize I’m up against a bunch of potatoes and end up letting them farm more than I should, but I remember how hard the game is at first since I started playing only under two months ago.
Now, if they blind me while farming, they die. It hate it along with getting hit with the pallet.

Claudette is my main. She was the survivor that was most suggested for a new player and I’ve grown attached to her. She has a kind face, and a great voice. If she was real, She’d be someone I’d like to be friends with.
Currently, I’m playing Meg because she has Urban Evasion maxed out while Claudette doesn’t even have it yet. I can’t wait until all my characters are leveled so I could P3 my Claudette.
I also fully embrace being a Bush. It tickles me to no end when a killer walks within 2 inches of me and not realize I’m there.
