Run insidious Leatherface. Get one in the basement and camp.
Doable with Trapper too.
It’s not a challenge you could get quickly unless you’re lucky.
My tips:
-only the last hook needs to be in the basement
-don't camp, but don't be afraid to take advantage of altruism
-if you've got a map with the basement off in the corner or something, don't bother. You need a good basement.
-Iron Grasp, Agitation, and Mad Grit are your friends. Monstrous Shrine is not.
-don't feel like you HAVE to play Trapper or Hag. Use whatever killer you are best at. I got the challenge as Trapper, but recently did it accidentally as Freddy.
-accept that this challenge isn't entirely in your hands. Unfortunately, lots of survivors will DC or kill themselves on another hook, or just book it away from the basement when they figure out what you're doing.
