Do not take self care! it is a trap. The game is much more fast paced now and wasting 30s-40s per heal is gonna make your team lose. So the event is tomorrow as we all knew but geuss what? You can only get ONE skin if you maximize your play time. That's total bs. There are a ton of event skins for the killers and survivors. Seriously. Everybody knows that disconnects happen in about a third of all games. What's the point in the rest of us staying in? I just had a Hillbilly who facecamped after a survivor rage quit in the first 30 seconds. Seriously who does that? So I quit because I didn't pay for the game to play that #########. The changes made to the chaser emblem change from PTB are still bad and cause a lot of issues here some issues it dosent fix: What issues will it not fix? Issue 1: It wont fix securing a kill when exit gates are open. Currently you often want to secure a last kill if you have someone hooked and the gens are powered/gate are open. Seeing as how the developers of this game think it's funny to take on the roll of a troll while implementing "fixes" into this most recent patch 2.3.0, I think I won't be playing for a while. Yes, I know there’s juking and utilizing jungle gym windows. There’s flashlights. But could there be other mechanics the devs could add to defend themselves besides just running in circles around safety pallets? Maybe like a trap that could be set? Caution: Wall of text incoming. TL;DR at the bottom. The recent changes meant to combat/discourage camping have been, at best, ineffective. At worst, they just further encourage toxic behavior, mindless gameplay and one-sided engagements. I've been playing survivor a bit lately. Mostly I want to see what the most common killers on PS4 are Anyways after a good chunk of game,s I've realized. The most fun part of the survivors game, is interacting with the killer. I don't think I've met a single person that thought fixing a gen was fun in any way. I used to be a big SC user, but then realised the time it took made for it to be not so useful, and at higher ranks survivors are more team players. My suggestion to replace SC and its great. BOND! If you are injured then just find a survivor. Once the gates are powered killer has basically lost there are very few moments where the killer actually gets a kill at this point without camping. That's why imo they should remove the penalty when the gates are powered. Killers have nothing to do at this point but camp if they get someone or they could chase people out the gates and lose anyone they have hooked. I dont know if anyone agrees with me but with all of the tall killers like The Shape the vision for the killer is down by the neck/chest. I would want them to make it where the vision for the killer would be where the eyes are located, not below the chin. Unpopular opinion but I think killers killing should be more common. I think it would be cool if killers had the option to kill a survivor if it’s their third down or they’re going into the last phase on hook. Killers are too weak. When you have survivors able to taunt and t-bag a rank 1 Myers/Leatherface theres something seriously wrong with the game.. You go to look at their perks after match: Dead Hard, Self Care, Adrenaline and Decisive.. they take flash lights and micro spam them at you taunting you. This isnt fun gameplay.
