    Most of the hits that look weird are due to latency.

    Not for me. I play billy and so far my hits have been on point so idk how they are broken. As a survivor they are still not broken because I can still easily dodge them when they are on my a**. Most people I find who call them broken just don't know how to dodge, they immediately start spinning when the billy starts the saw instead of getting the little distance during his start up and then dodging.
