SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Backwater Swamp has some really overpowered issue that allows survivors to loop infinitely in the main building. The loop is really long and it allows survivors lose the chase with the killer so the window doesn't block. It's really challenging to catch a survivor here. The problem is Vigil doesn't executes its direction well at all. The flavour text reads "You look over your friends even in dire situations." The player fantasy described is you are an anchor watching over others through tough times. I've only played 2 trials and I'm exhausted of the new characters already. 80%+ of the cast prior has no spoken lines in trial or lobby. I recognize that these can be appealing for new players but for someone who has been playing for years this is a bizarre tonal shift. SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I was running up and down the stairs on underground facility (when injured) and hugging the inner wall/banister tightly and they slowed down my character bringing them to an abrupt stop. I noticed during the previous rift that the community cosmetic contest winners got their skins + badge released without being credited at all in the game. In previous years, every winner was credited in the outfit lore description. I brought this up in an email with BHVR and was told to come here and bring it up.
