I am on Xbox Series S playing as Jeff Johanson using the perks Decisive Strike, Dead Hard, Resurgence and Adrenaline. I went up against a Demogorgon on Blood Lodge and had wiggle skill checks enabled. I have a condition called Uveitis which causes my eyes to be almost always inflamed. And because of that they're sensitive to bright lights, I have to wear dark glasses outside and even in stores all the time because the light physically hurts my eyes. Since May's update, I have and I still am the obsession of every single match. I literally run no perks that would make me the obsession or make those chances higher. Never had this issues before. Writing this really quick while I queue into killer games cause incentives. Is it me or did the devs only nerf killer regression starting from he meta shakeup just to justify Knight and Sm. You might think I'm crazy but the more I think about it, the more I feel vindicated. The meta shake up didn't change the meta, only replaced perks to fill the roles. This is will sound stupid but the perk is called save the best for last aka saving your obsession for being the last alive but the killer for example Demo or Wesker can use their powers to injure the obsession and not lose stacks then kill them off easily and keep all their stacks. I get it takes more effort to see if the person did wrong. But it literally has exactly the same effect as disconnecting and should be treated as such. It's technically sabotaging your team and refusing to participate in normal gameplay. As a survivor main it's becoming a lot easier to DC now and just put the control down, unfortunately thats how it is in solo que, im getting dc'd on by other survivors and dcing myself. This update targeting Dead Hard is fine, but there isn't much counter play to Sprint Burst. Even if you bring Fearmonger, there's just all these opportunities to 99 your recovery. In my opinion there should be a pause timer on recovering exhaustion if you sprint for more than 5 second or something. What perks would you say are Overrated and underrated for either side. The ones that initially come to mind Overrated survivor: Deliverance Yes, getting yourself off a hook can be nice but it's a perk that's one time use and you have to have specific situations to get it to trigger or at least be worth triggering. A Zarina disconnected minutes into this match, however the HUD never updated for it and just displayed her as injured. This was on Dead Dawg against a Wraith, platform used is the Xbox One S. Scourge hooks are currently somewhat odd, as their random nature turns the idea of them from an interesting one of "OMG! special hook" (or whatever) into what is more like you either get it or you don't. I think scourge hooks should be more interesting than just being random, as well as not being random just because that's kinda silly dontcha think?
