  • It's just so unfun. I just had a guy crouch outside of a Shack door and my Shred misses.... are you serious? People crouching and I can clearly see them but it hits the window instead of the Survivor... just, why? How is this sort of thing still in the game? This isn't counterplay, the counterplay is being able to dodge the attacks.

  • Hi, First of all, I love the new bloodweb auto purchase feature. Purchasing each individual item on multiple people was extremely tedious. With that said, why didn't you bring that feature on new characters or any existing character prior to first prestige? On characters with prestige 0 levels 1-50, the auto purchase is turned off. If us players don't care about picking and choosing items in the

  • I had an Idea about cosmetic improvements that could be made to the survivors in particular, The idea was to make things like backpacks and hats ‘accessories’ rather than have them specific to one outfit choice. I think Thais would help players create more unique characters and allow them full control of what their characters look like. I know that there are a few outfits I don’t use because

  • Disclaimer: I'm discussing my own personal experience and how it affects my personal playstyles so it may or may not be relevant to anyone else. I would summarize myself as having two playstyles, Killers I Kill with and Killers I Meme with. I separated the two groups and only killed with certain Killers and only memed with others so that my MMR didn't go crazy. For the Killers I Kill with I wou

  • The hallways on Hawkins are too narrow for flame turrets to be deployed for majority of the map. This is the situation for majority of it. Standing in the middle of the hallway for both upstairs and downstairs isn't enough space to deploy it. As a result, flame turrets were deployed in low traffic areas or not at all, resulting in the Xenomorph having t

  • The Game needs some changes, because playing on this map and eating X god Pallets isn't very fun to be fair. on this map Survivors don't need that much skill. All what they need is to pre drop everything they see. I don't get it why on this map are 25/30 Pallets and most of them are very safe or impossible to outplay. What are your thoughts?

  • Can we please show the aura of the locker to allies so they know you have head on. This just bridges the communication gap that solo q and survive with friends have and would be much appreciated.

  • They can hit over pallets, through windows, over any small wall loops and through cracks already but you could get lucky and they miss but still get hit by them dragging their post miss hitbox? How does that make sense at all? Same thing goes for Nemesis tentacle but xenos feels way longer than nemis whip and can even be ran into if you dodge one way, they miss and step back the other direction

  • A lot of newer characters don't have a single Rare (green) cosmetic, and almost everything added to the game these days is Very Rare (purple) so they can be sold at max price. The Lyra siblings and Gabriel don't have a single one. Xenomorph has one, but going back through the killer roster, you don't see another Rare cosmetic until you reach Trickster. Add more Rare cosmetics, especially for cha

  • Think about it. WGLF requires unhooking, taking protection hits, pallet saving and flashlight saving just to give endurance ONE TIME to ONLY the person on the ground, while Buckle Up doesn't need anything and gives BOTH survivors endurance. How does this design make any sense? Before you ask, no, increased healing speed to the person on the ground is not worth it. IMO these two perks should swit

  • This might honestly be the worst map in the game for survivors after the rework. It's the size of Dead Dawg, but 5 gens tend to spawn on one side with only 3-4 weak pallets. The main building is weak so you can't depend on it to save the other scare resources. My last survivor match on this map had 1 garbage filler pallet, one of the 2 lane cart pallets, a harvester, and a LT wall on this sid

  • Now hear me out. NOED's performance varies very much. It depends on whether the killer has it's just to get 1-2 free kills or has an antire build around NOED. It depends on whether survivors are in team or solos. At last, It depends on random(totem could be anywhere or even spawn next to hook nearby). It really frustrates when after perfect plays you just have to give a kill because of NOED, bu

  • So picture the following scenario: I load into a game I have to do 4+ gens I have to unhook everyone or they die on the hook I have to heal everyone half the time I have to take chase long enough for my teammates to decide to do a gen, or they will die instantly in chase This is my experience in most lobbies currently. There are the rare lobbies yes, but.. why do I have to do everything?

  • Hi! Hope everyone here is doing fine. Continuing my journey on the forums to talk about the Knight, I've come with some suggestions on how to change his addons. I will leave the addons which i don't think need a rework to the end; if i talk abou a addon, its because I think it needs some changes or tweaks. I'll go from the brown rarity to the iridescent rarity, with suggestions on how to chan

  • The amount of pallets is just not okay. It's nearly impossible to win as an M1 killer and killers like Billy can't even really use their power because the loops have weird bits that stick out making curving impossible. It's such a horrible map that basically plays itself for Survivors.

  • Guys I have a real quick question. Do you think with the new idea of Chucky and seeing his footprints should be an almost similar idea the Dbd devs should have for The Spirit? If so, why? And if not, why, and would you change anything about her if the footprint idea doesn’t need to be implemented for her, or would you keep her as she is?

  • I have seen many people complain they go against the same handful of killers. Perhaps there should be a BP incentive for killers currently not selected or being played (irrespective of where the usual BP incentive happens to be). For example, let's say the BP incentive is 100% on Killer side but you could add an additional 25-100% for killers like The Twins and The Nightmare.

  • It's not currently possible to communicate with them in any way if they are on PC and you're on Console. If a small chat box was added in the friends list tab in the menu and this were see-able in game too when you press pause this would be very helpful.

  • So the current tier three would become the only version of each perk, each P2+ prestige reward would get moved two prestiges earlier, etc. The game now has 60+ characters, so prestiging everyone only once would already be a massive/daunting grind to get all perks. Having to do triple that is just egregious imo, and I think new players would massively benefit from this kind of change. Older pla

  • A good addition would be to be able to see how many players are currently on a particular role. This would make queuing much more simpler. I'll click on a role I fancy playing as either what I'm in the mood for or Tome challenges need cranking out, and sometimes queues are oddly lengthy. Ignoring days of the week context, this happens at times when you'd logically assume the most people are actua

  • The combo effectively full heals the survivor by giving them 2 extra life states. After hitting one survivor, the one other can tank another hit using their Endurance. The combo almost completely undos a chase that is won. It reminds me of old instant heal syringes but stronger. Depending on the situation you're in, e.g. under a pallet or at risk of a flashlight save, it may be impossible to avo

  • Which type costume you would like to see for your mains? I will go first. Zarina - Uncharted'ish costume. Zarina can get very nice costumes but it's kinda sad her costumes are usually feeling so boring. She has some very good costumes tho. Mikaela - Medieval Witch = Something like that. • The title says it all, I've never had to sweat this hard in my life to get a single kill this just feels terrible to play. I can't put on any fun builds cause I have to go against people with over 5K hours in the game. It's just exhausting and makes me want to just well stop playing

  • Anyone who has played this game for long enough understands one simple truth; It is not a matter of if RNG will screw you over, but when. For those unfamiliar with how DBD creates it maps, it does so by combining chunks to make a map, and then adding the props afterwards. This system is random but with rules. Totems need to spawn a certain distance apart, props can spawn here, there can only be

  • The perk was already not good, as you rarely want to chase around completed generators as killer. You'd rather chase around unfinished gens to pressure survivors and prevent the generators from popping. So I don't think nerfing a perk that was already not very good is the way to go. It also gets rid of fun endgame combinations like BFFS Legion! The endgame part of this perk shouldn't be scary o

  • For some reason after a locker has been locked and opened it can't be locked again, this would be fine except in some niche scenarios it makes gens impossible because the locker is a single right behind it so you literally can't get away without getting hit.

  • Survivors can just run around the traps in loops unless you place it in a very tight spot, which is usually only directly at the pallet. The problem with placing it there is that survivors can just drop the pallet making the trap completely useless. This is a major problem because trapper only has 2 traps, so after placing 2 traps, he becomes a M1 killer.

  • It's been so fun since the anti-camp update. Every killer now is just tunneling because they can't find a way to quickly kill a survivor other than facecamping. I mainly play survivors and it's really enjoyable watching me or one of my teammates getting tunneling and dies very soon after each and every trial started. I think BE did a good job at enhancing killer strength, or, on the other hand

  • Hey y’all! I have been throwing out ideas for legion to make him stronger and for most of the comments they have mentioned that he has no skill and it is easy to apply mend to some of not all survivors. What I thought was well plague has it pretty easy to infect survivors and add a broken effect to then use her fountains to down multiple survivors. Why not add that same logic to legion ? Make i

  • This added function should also have a mechanism to not work if a survivor is hooked close to a gen in progress or with more than 50%, otherwise the killer cannot patrol the gen and is forced to leave the area, in addition to various means of reduce earnings. Behaviorally, we understand that the game favors the majority of players who are survivors but it is increasingly worse for killers.

  • I think Ghostface shouldn't be able to be revealed by someone hooked during the Endgame, since the game disables the anti-camp mechanic, and the assassin has no more objectives to defend. Another change could be changing an accessory so that it takes longer for any survivor to reveal it under any circumstances, or also that you can't reveal it when you are behind a corner where he can't even mark

  • I just wanted to start this off by asking the people reading to not assume anything about who I main or my skill, they have little to no influence on this. Skull Merchant is a 4.6 m/s killer. This makes her among the fastest killers in the game. What makes her even faster is the passive haste effect: 1 trackable Survivor equals +3 % 2 trackable Survivors equal +5 % 3 trackable Survi

  • Sorry but getting tunneled early game at 1 gen done just sucks. Played 5 games today and in every single one of my mates got on deathhook by the killer who went into full tunnel tryhard-tournament mode before or after the first gen popped. "jUsT geT gOoD" is a fair point but a game should be fun, even if you are not skilled yet. Early game tunneling is the cheapest easy to win option and complet

  • The overall changes were very positive, but she's still problematic in a lot of aspects. The rework went a little overboard in trying to make her power viable. Here are some of the problems I've observed: She has far too many drones, that each covers a very large area, that can very easily overlap, and never expire. Survivors have very few ways to counter drones set up in a 3-gen. They're essent

  • Since the mmr change I keep getting same if not worse teammates, BUT at the same time killers who sweat their balls of like their life depends on if they get 4k or not, most of the time its nurse or blight(or high tier killers) with full sweat builds, add-ons and "tactics" aka tunneling, I've never before been more annoyed to play dbd than now.

  • Hey y’all ! I wanted to throw out this idea for legion. I wouldn’t think it’s too powerful but I just wanted some thought from y’all. Reduce Legion mend time to 8 ( maybe 6 or even lower) seconds After EACH TIME the survivor is put into the mending state 3 times they get the deep infection status effect. The survivor has 60 seconds to get themselves antibiotics and swallow them otherwise they

  • I've prestiged my Nea to 100 a while back, and have hundreds and even thousands of items/addons that I will never use. I think it would be helpful and effective to allow players to sell back their items that they won't use to earn back some bloodpoints, depending on the rarity. Thoughts? Has anyone else thought this or posted this discussion before? For example, I have over 1,000 brown med kits a

  • I hear many mentions throughout this community that you allow ReShade and Filters to be able to run on Dead By Daylight without a ban, I have even seen ways to utilize the game files in such a way to gain specific advantages. If so, why isn't this considered cheating especially since you have crossplay (consoles) along with many players who want to play vanilla to provide fairness for both sides

I dont want to abandon my proggres made from 2017, items and event skins. I've read about crossave Console-PC will be implemented but articles about that was written around
